Brevo charges for email volume, not for conversations and not for active contacts. That is the first difference worth understanding before comparing it with a messaging tool: the headline plan meters email sends, while the conversational channels arrive through sales packages and separate consumption.

This guide uses Brevo's public pricing page and its Spanish help center, consulted on September 16, 2026 (the pricing page again on October 24, 2026), and converts no amount between currencies. EvaAI publishes this page and sells Eva, which appears in one price line above and in a comparison at the end with figures read from its own catalog. We sell to businesses in any country and any industry.

How much does Brevo cost in 2026?

Brevo publishes a free plan with 300 daily emails and one user, plus three paid plans: Starter from 7 EUR per month, Standard from 15 EUR and Professional from 499 EUR, according to its pricing page (brevo.com/es/pricing) consulted on October 24, 2026. Billed yearly, Standard comes to 13.50 EUR per month. Enterprise is quoted, with no public amount.

The word from is literal: inside each plan the amount rises with the email volume you contract. Starter begins at 5,000 emails per month and removes the free plan's daily cap; Standard adds automation, A/B testing and one landing page; Professional begins at 150,000 emails per month, includes ten users and is the first plan with WhatsApp.

An annual subscription is paid once a year and takes ten per cent off, and published prices exclude tax. Brevo's page says you can change or cancel a plan at any time, although sales packages are prorated at the start and billed monthly afterwards with no refund.

Which Brevo plan includes WhatsApp?

WhatsApp arrives with Professional, published from 499 EUR per month according to its page consulted on September 16, 2026, or with Enterprise. Messages are not part of the subscription: they are paid with prepaid credits, bought from 100 upwards, which do not expire.

There is a second route worth telling in full. The Sales Advanced package, published at 59 EUR per month according to its page consulted on September 16, 2026, adds one-to-one WhatsApp, internet telephony, round-robin meetings and assignment rules to an agent or a group. That package requires Professional or Enterprise, so it adds to the plan rather than replacing it.

Consumption works as it does with any provider on the WhatsApp platform: within 24 hours of the contact's last message you reply without a template, and outside that window an approved template is required. Since July 1, 2025 Meta charges per delivered template message by category and destination country, except inside an ad's free entry point window and, through September 30, 2026, for utility inside the 24-hour window; Brevo states that one message can consume several credits. From October 1, 2026, under Meta's official rate card, utility templates inside the 24-hour window cost USD 0.0085 per delivered message in Mexico and service messages are free up to 1,000 per phone number per month.

Its coverage guide claims more than 130 supported countries and lists exclusions, Venezuela among them. The exact amount for Mexico was not exposed by the public calculator, so this guide prints no per-message price: request it from inside your own account before budgeting.

What does a team cost on Brevo?

Brevo includes one sales seat and charges the rest by package. Sales Essentials costs 29 EUR per month according to its page consulted on September 16, 2026, and every additional seat costs the same as the package you hold. An extra marketing user on Standard costs 9 EUR per month.

The caps also change by plan: Standard with Essentials reaches five sales seats, Professional reaches fifty and Enterprise publishes no limit. On the marketing side the ceiling is tighter, at a maximum of three users on Standard, so a mid-sized team crosses those caps sooner than it expects.

There is also an older rate, documented as Classic, charging 15 EUR per additional Conversations user per month up to ten users. That article is labelled a legacy arrangement, so it should not be treated as a current offer for a new account without written confirmation.

Why does this guide publish no price table?

Because this guide cites Brevo's rate card in euros and converts no currency. Its page now shows a peso selector with its own prices for Mexico, but here we cite the euro rate card. Our comparison table accepts only pesos and dollars, so the amounts stay in the text, dated to when they were consulted.

A conversion looks harmless and is not. The exchange rate on the day a page is written is not the one you will be charged, your country's taxes land on top afterwards, and the result would read as an official price when it is really our estimate of another company's price.

The same holds for WhatsApp consumption, which depends on the destination country and the message category. If your budget needs a figure in pesos or dollars, ask Brevo in writing with your volume, your country and your plan, and compare it against the euro amount published on September 16, 2026.

What should you check before buying Brevo?

Check five things before signing: how much email you genuinely send each month, whether you need WhatsApp and which plan carries it, how many sales and marketing seats your team will use, what message consumption will cost in your country, and which tax document you receive monthly.

Start with email, because email is what the plan meters. If your operation is mostly conversational and sends little email, you will buy a large email plan in order to reach WhatsApp, and that jump from Standard to Professional is the line item that moves an annual budget most.

Finish with the questions the site does not answer. How many WhatsApp numbers your plan includes and what the next one costs, whether billing can happen in pesos or dollars, and whether you will receive a Mexican tax invoice. None of those three is published, so get them in writing before approving the spend.

How does Brevo compare with Eva?

Brevo is an email platform with a CRM and conversational channels on top; Eva is an AI agent that completes the sale inside the conversation and includes a CRM. Eva costs from $191 USD per month on an annual plan, or $229 USD month to month on Essential.

Eva is our product. Essential includes 5,000 credits and 5 users, with artificial intelligence inside the price and a rate card published in pesos and in dollars. Inside Mexico the charge is in pesos plus VAT, with a CFDI invoice when the tax profile is complete; outside Mexico the account bills in dollars.

What Brevo does and we do not is bulk email: volume campaigns, landing pages and a mature sending tool. If your operation lives on email and messaging is the complement, Brevo solves something Eva does not sell. If what you need is the conversation quoting from your catalog, booking, taking payment and leaving the record in the CRM, compare the full cost against a real month.

Methodology

Methodology
  • Plans, sales packages, user caps and billing rules come from Brevo's public pricing page and its Spanish help center, consulted on September 16, 2026; the plan cards were read again on October 24, 2026.
  • Amounts stay in euros, as Brevo publishes them, and are not converted to pesos or dollars.
  • This guide publishes no comparison table of amounts, because that format accepts only Mexican pesos and US dollars, and here we cite Brevo's rate card in euros.
  • Eva's prices come from its official price list and change when that list changes.

FAQ

Does Brevo have a free plan?

Yes. Its free plan allows 300 emails per day and one user, and its free sales tools include 50 open opportunities, one sales board and meeting scheduling, verified on September 16, 2026. WhatsApp is not part of that plan.

Does Brevo pricing include WhatsApp messages?

No. WhatsApp credits are bought separately, from 100 credits upwards, and do not expire. Its guide states that one message can consume several credits and that the amount depends on the destination country and the message category, so consumption is budgeted apart from the subscription.

How much does adding users to Brevo cost?

Each additional sales seat costs the same as the package you hold: 29 EUR per month with Sales Essentials or 59 EUR per month with Sales Advanced, according to its page consulted on September 16, 2026. An extra marketing user costs 9 EUR per month on Standard, capped at three.

Does Brevo bill in Mexican pesos and issue CFDI invoices?

It is not confirmed. On October 24, 2026 its pricing page already showed peso prices for Mexico through the currency selector. On September 16, 2026 we found no Mexican total including tax and no public Mexican tax-invoice commitment. Confirm the billing currency and the tax document in writing before buying.
