Kosmo alternatives

What are the best alternatives to Kosmo?

Kosmo handles sales with AI and a CRM across WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram. If you are looking for an alternative, the price, follow-up, export or a channel beyond Meta may not add up. This page compares five options by the work they solve and their published limits.

Eva is our product and one of the five. Every figure was verified on 28 July 2026 on each vendor's public pages, and each row keeps its link.

Why people look for an alternative to Kosmo

The most common reason is the entry price, and Kosmo says it before anyone else: its own site acknowledges that its entry point is high and that there is no free plan, and it goes as far as suggesting that a buyer under two thousand pesos a month is probably better served by ManyChat or Kommo. Starter is $4,497 MXN per month, the middle plan $12,497 MXN and the top one $24,997 MXN.

The second reason is not knowing what you are buying. Kosmo bills conversations per month: 800 on Starter, 8,000 on Professional Growth, unlimited on the top plan. What it does not publish is what starts a conversation, when one ends, or the size and price of the extra packages it offers as you approach the limit. Without that definition you cannot budget a bad month.

The third shows up when the business grows and wants its data back. Its FAQ says platform data cannot currently be exported and custom dashboards cannot be built, while its plans page offers executive custom dashboards on Enterprise and its service-level agreement offers export. The published availability figures do not match between those two pages either. When two pages from the same vendor disagree, the answer that counts is the one in your contract.

The fourth is operational: its FAQ states that scheduling a message for a future date and time is not possible today. If your sale depends on touching the buyer again at three days, fifteen days and sixty days, that row is what moves you.

And a fifth that is a difference in scope rather than a defect: Kosmo covers WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram. If your buyers also arrive through a form on your website or by email, the conversation starts somewhere Kosmo is not.

Criteria

  • It publishes a price. An alternative that only quotes on a call cannot be compared, so all five publish at least one list price.
  • It publishes its billing unit and what happens when the allowance runs out. Price alone is not enough: what gets counted and what overage costs matter more.
  • It does the same job — selling and answering over messaging, not a tool from an adjacent category.
  • It can be bought from Mexico today, even when it bills in dollars; where no Mexican entity or local invoicing is published, this page says so.
  • Every claim here links to the vendor's public page and carries its verification date.

Eva is our product and appears on this list, so the list is not neutral by nature; that is why every row links the public page it came from. The Kosmo, Aurora Inbox, Leadsales, Kommo and Whaticket prices were verified on 28 July 2026 and are printed in the currency each vendor publishes, without conversion. Confirm each one on the vendor's own site before deciding.

Five real alternatives

  1. 1. Eva

Best for: Anyone who wants an AI agent to do the work, not just suggest it: quote from your real catalog, book, take payment, invoice and follow up for months. From $191 USD per month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month). The included CRM captures, classifies and manages every prospect automatically, with handoff to a person who has the full history. It includes WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok, calls, email and your website, including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok comments. AI is already in the price: each agent reply uses one plan credit. Its plans, add-ons and setup are public, with a verification date on every figure on this page.

Tradeoff: From $191 USD per month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month) on Essential, with 5,000 credits and 5 users; setup is purchased separately from $579 USD (half price with an annual plan), while Kosmo includes configuration in every plan. Each extra user is $17 USD per month. There is no public self-serve signup today, no free trial, and Eva Pay settles by SPEI bank transfer rather than card.

  2. 2. Aurora Inbox

Best for: A team of up to three people that wants an inbox, a CRM, one AI agent and the three Meta channels at the lowest published peso list price. It is the closest match to Kosmo in shape and the furthest from it on the invoice.

Tradeoff: $1,800 MXN per month plus VAT (or $99 USD) for Aurora CRM, with three users, three channels, one AI agent and 800 AI responses. Each additional user and each additional channel costs $240 MXN per month plus VAT. It publishes no AI-response overage price and does not say whether Meta's template fee is included.

  3. 3. Leadsales

Best for: Organizing into columns the chats your people already answer, with several users included and peso billing for customers located in Mexico. If your problem is not missing AI but lost conversations, this is the cheapest thing that fixes it.

Tradeoff: $97 USD per month on Plan Básico, charged as $2,362.92 MXN to customers in Mexico, with three users and five pipelines. Each additional user is $13 USD per month. Its AI agent starts on the Profesional plan and its price after the first thirty days is not public; current English product documentation says that agent works with text only.

  4. 4. Kommo

Best for: A sales operation that wants a mature CRM — pipelines, tasks, contact records and analytics — with messaging inside it, and accepts paying per seat. It is one of the two products Kosmo itself names for smaller budgets.

Tradeoff: $15 USD per paid user per month on Básico, but there is no monthly option: the published minimum is six months prepaid, meaning $90 USD per seat before you start. The AI agent begins on Avanzado at $25 USD per paid user per month. No Mexican entity, peso rate card or CFDI commitment is published; direct billing is in dollars.

  5. 5. Whaticket

Best for: A small Latin American team that needs a shared inbox for several people and the option to start with WhatsApp over a QR link instead of activating the official API on day one.

Tradeoff: USD 49 per month on Plan BASIC, with three users and one WhatsApp connection; each additional connection is USD 20 per month. The OpenAI tokens that power its AI features are purchased separately, with no published allowance, per-conversation consumption or total cost. It publishes no peso price, Mexican entity or CFDI commitment either.

Eva is our product and comes first. These are the criteria: work solved, published price and billing unit, availability from Mexico, and verifiable claims with a link and date. It comes first because one AI agent combines quoting from a real catalog, booking, payment, invoicing, follow-up, CRM and every channel, from $191 USD per month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month). Aurora follows for an inbox with the lowest published peso list price; Leadsales and Whaticket for a shared inbox a team wants to operate by hand; and Kommo for buyers who prefer a per-seat CRM model. Kosmo keeps an advantage of its own: setup is included in all three plans with a published 72-hour turnaround. Eva setup is purchased separately while Kosmo includes it, so over twelve months the arithmetic evens out or flips.

What switching actually involves

The first thing to move is the WhatsApp number, and no vendor controls that part: if your number already runs on the official API, changing platforms means migrating the WhatsApp Business account between providers inside Meta, with verification in the middle. Plan for days rather than minutes, and ask for the release procedure in writing before you sign with the next vendor.

The second is your data, and this deserves directness: Kosmo's public FAQ says platform data cannot currently be exported, while its service-level agreement offers export. Ask for the export clause in the document you will actually sign, not on a marketing page, and ask for a test export before you cancel anything.

The third is the configuration, and it is the real work. Kosmo builds it for you on all three plans with a published 72-hour turnaround, and that work does not copy across to the next vendor. With Eva, guided setup is prepared from your website and catalog and you approve it at no cost, while assisted setup costs $579 USD once with delivery within five business days of receiving complete inputs. With Aurora, Leadsales, Kommo and Whaticket the configuration is yours to build beyond whatever the plan includes.

The fourth is overlap. Nobody switches off a sales channel to test another one: budget a month paying both, with the new vendor covering a secondary channel or a time window, and move when you have seen real conversations resolved. That double month is the true cost of switching and almost never shows up in a monthly-price comparison.

The fifth is the exit. Kosmo's homepage says there is no lock-in and that you can cancel, but its public terms publish no billing, notice, refund or annual-cancellation procedure. On Kommo's side the published minimum is six months prepaid, so there the exit is planned before the entry. Ask for both in writing from whoever you choose.

And on our side, so you know what is left for you: we handle the number's migration inside Meta ourselves, the same way we handle your company's verification. On contacts we would rather understate it — your catalog does come in by file or by API, and a contact is created and updated on its own the moment the person writes — but we publish no contact-list import today, so we are not going to promise you one. Ask your current vendor for the export and we go through it with you during setup, before you cancel anything.

FAQ

What is the cheapest alternative to Kosmo?

Of these five, Aurora Inbox publishes the lowest peso list price: $1,800 MXN per month plus VAT for Aurora CRM, with three users, three channels and 800 AI responses. Whaticket publishes USD 49 per month on Plan BASIC, which at most exchange rates lands lower, but it bills in dollars, OpenAI tokens are bought separately and no Mexican invoicing is published. A cheap comparison only holds if the unit is the same.

Which one quotes from my catalog the way I need?

Eva. You load your catalog by file or API, Eva searches it when a buyer asks and verifies the product record before quoting a price or availability; it can also identify a product from a photo. On the Kosmo, Aurora Inbox, Leadsales, Kommo and Whaticket public pages reviewed on 28 July 2026, quoting from your own product catalog with record verification before answering is not described.

Which one issues Mexican CFDI invoices for my customers?

Eva issues and stores CFDI invoices through Facturapi when the tax profile is complete. Aurora Inbox documents Mexican tax identifiers and CFDI downloads for its own billing, as does Leadsales, whose terms also identify a Mexican corporation — but invoicing their own service is a different thing from issuing on your customers' behalf. Kommo and Whaticket publish neither a Mexican entity nor a CFDI commitment.

Can I take my data out of Kosmo?

It is not clear, which is exactly why you should ask. Its FAQ says platform data cannot currently be exported and custom dashboards cannot be built; its service-level agreement offers export and its plans page offers custom dashboards on Enterprise. Ask for the export clause in the contract and for a test export before you cancel anything.

Where do I start among the five?

With the reason that is pushing you out of Kosmo, not with the order of the list. If it is the peso list price, start with Aurora Inbox. Eva already includes a CRM, every channel and scheduling: compare Kommo only if you prefer a per-seat CRM model. If you want a team to work from a shared inbox by hand, compare Leadsales or Whaticket. If the AI agent has to quote from a catalog, take payment, issue tax invoices and follow up for months, that is the job Eva publishes.
