Email

How do I stop losing sales in the email inbox?

With Eva, email joins the same CRM as your other channels, with campaigns, reminders and alerts configured in one place.

Email is still where formal quotes, purchase orders and certain customers live. And it is still the inbox that piles up: three-day-old messages, threads never closed, campaigns that never went out because nobody had time to build them.

With Eva, email joins the same CRM as the rest of your channels: the inbox connects, campaigns go out with consent and suppression, and reminders and alerts send themselves. This page is what Eva does on email and what connecting it takes.

What Eva can do

  • Connects your inbox to the CRM — Gmail is the native connector — so a customer's email threads live next to their WhatsApp conversations and their opportunity.
  • Sends email campaigns with segments, consent, suppression, receipts, attribution and metrics, over the same contacts that already live in the CRM.
  • Runs saved flows with triggers, waits, conditions, two-version tests and contact-profile updates.
  • Sends appointment reminders by email for the visits the agent books, with your calendar's availability, resources and time zone.
  • Alerts your team by email when Eva escalates a case: push, email, WhatsApp or in-app, as you configure it.

What makes it different

  • Campaigns go out over the contacts the agent already serves, not over a separate list somebody exports and re-uploads: it is the same CRM.
  • Consent and suppression are applied when the send is materialised and when it goes out, not as a goodwill checkbox at the end of a form.
  • Alongside WhatsApp, email is a first-class campaign channel: what you measure on one campaign you measure identically on both.
  • A send can be a sequence rather than a single email: the flow keeps state, waits, evaluates conditions and decides the next step.

What you need to connect it

  • Your inbox connected through Gmail if you want email threads inside the CRM.
  • CRM contacts with their email and consent state, because suppression is applied over that.
  • The campaign content and its segments defined, plus the flow if you want waits, conditions or a two-version test.
  • Calendars loaded with their resources and time zone if you want appointment reminders to go out by email.

The channel's rules

  • Consent is applied by suppression when the send is materialised and when it goes out; capturing permission stays your operation's responsibility.
  • Attribution uses a default seven-day window, and return is calculated when cost and revenue reconcile in a single currency.
  • Deliverability depends on the sending domain and its reputation, as with any email; this page does not promise open rates.
