Leadsales alternatives

What are the best alternatives to Leadsales?

Leadsales is a Mexican messaging CRM that organizes WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram conversations into pipeline columns, bills customers located in Mexico in pesos, and operates through a Mexican corporation. If you are reading this, that part is probably already solved and something else is missing.

This page does not argue that Leadsales is bad. It compares published prices and limits from five options by the work still undone. Eva is our product, so we state the order and criteria. Every figure was verified on 28 July 2026 on each vendor's public pages.

Why people look for an alternative to Leadsales

The first reason is the AI agent. Leadsales calls it Lead Agent and publishes it for the Profesional and Avanzado plans only; the Básico plan at $97 USD per month, charged as $2,362.92 MXN to customers in Mexico, does not include it. Harder still to budget: the page publishes thirty introductory days, but the agent's price after that period is not public. A line item you cannot quote is a line item you cannot compare.

The second is what that agent can read. Its current English product documentation says Lead Agent works with text only and does not process images, audio or documents, while a June 2026 Leadsales article says it handles text, audio and images. When two pages from the same vendor disagree, the answer that counts is the one in your contract. If your buyers send product photos or voice notes, ask before signing.

The third is the WhatsApp number. The pricing FAQ says each account connects one WhatsApp number, which the team can share. For a business with a single line that is fine; for one with two branches, two brands or a separate after-sales line, that row is what moves you.

The fourth is what happens when the allowance runs out. The terms say unused WhatsApp messages or credits do not roll into later monthly periods, and we found no public overage price for credits, for the active-conversation allowances of 5,000, 20,000 and 50,000, for storage, or for the public API — which is capped at 100,000 requests and requires a paid token whose price is also unpublished. Without those numbers you cannot budget a heavy month.

The fifth is the exit. The terms say commitments longer than one month are fixed, that remaining time is not refunded on early termination, that subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price, and that termination must be requested at least three days before the next charge. None of that is abusive, but it is worth reading before you prepay twelve discounted months rather than after.

Criteria

  • It publishes a price. An alternative that only quotes on a call cannot be compared, so all five publish at least one list price.
  • It publishes its billing unit and what happens when the allowance runs out. Price alone is not enough: what gets counted and what overage costs matter more.
  • It does the same job — selling and answering over messaging, not a tool from an adjacent category.
  • It can be bought from Mexico today, even when it bills in dollars; where no Mexican entity or local invoicing is published, this page says so.
  • Every claim here links to the vendor's public page and carries its verification date.

Eva is our product and appears on this list, so the list is not neutral by nature; that is why every row links the public page it came from. The Leadsales, Aurora Inbox, Kommo, Kosmo and Whaticket prices were verified on 28 July 2026 and are printed in the currency each vendor publishes, without conversion. Confirm each one on the vendor's own site before deciding.

Five real alternatives

  1. 1. Eva

Best for: Anyone who needs Eva's five foundations: Eva does the work, not just the talking: She quotes from your real catalog, books, takes payment, invoices and follows up for months — inside the same conversation. A built-in CRM where everything organizes itself: Every prospect is captured, classified and managed automatically, and Eva works with your team: handoff to a person with the full history. Every channel included: WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok, calls, email and your website — including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok comments. AI is already in the price: No separate accounts and no extra AI charges: each agent reply uses one plan credit, and that is it. Public pricing: Plans, add-ons and setup published, with a verification date on every figure on this page. From $191 USD per month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month).

Tradeoff: From $191 USD per month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month) on Essential with 5,000 credits and 5 users, Eva costs more than the cheaper inboxes on this list. Setup is purchased separately from $579 USD (half price with an annual plan); each extra user is $17 USD per month and a 1,000-credit top-up costs $49 USD with no expiry. There is no public self-serve signup today, no free trial, and Eva Pay settles by SPEI bank transfer rather than card.

  2. 2. Aurora Inbox

Best for: Anyone leaving Leadsales because the AI agent sits on a higher plan with no published price. Aurora includes an AI agent from its entry plan, with 800 monthly AI responses, three users and the three Meta channels, and publishes its price in pesos.

Tradeoff: $1,800 MXN per month plus VAT (or $99 USD) for Aurora CRM. Each additional user and each additional channel costs $240 MXN per month plus VAT. It publishes no AI-response overage price and does not say whether Meta's template fee is included; payment is in advance and non-refundable.

  3. 3. Kommo

Best for: Anyone leaving because one WhatsApp number is not enough. Kommo publishes three numbers on its Avanzado plan and unlimited numbers on Pro, inside a mature CRM with pipelines, tasks, contact records and analytics.

Tradeoff: $15 USD per paid user per month on Básico, but there is no monthly option: the published minimum is six months prepaid, meaning $90 USD per seat before you start. The autonomous AI agent begins on Avanzado at $25 USD per paid user per month. Billing is in dollars only, with no published Mexican entity, peso rate card or CFDI commitment.

  4. 4. Kosmo

Best for: Anyone who does not want to configure anything again. All three plans include Kosmo analyzing the business, configuring the bot, connecting the channels and training the team, with a published 72-hour turnaround and published support response times per plan.

Tradeoff: $4,497 MXN per month on Starter, with one channel of your choice and one user, and $12,497 MXN on Professional Growth. Its own site states that its entry point is high and that there is no free plan. It bills conversations per month without publishing what starts or ends a conversation.

  5. 5. Whaticket

Best for: A small Latin American team that wants the lowest dollar entry point, three included users, no published cap on contacts or chats, and the option to start with WhatsApp over a QR link instead of activating the official API on day one.

Tradeoff: USD 49 per month on Plan BASIC, with three users and one WhatsApp connection; each additional connection is USD 20 per month. The OpenAI tokens that power its AI features are purchased separately, with no published allowance or per-conversation consumption. Its legal entity is American and it publishes no peso price or CFDI commitment.

Eva is our product and comes first. These are the criteria: work solved, published price and billing unit, availability from Mexico, and verifiable claims with a link and date. It comes first because it combines an agent that quotes from a catalog, books, takes payment, invoices and follows up with an included CRM, every channel and comments, AI included and public pricing, from $191 USD per month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month). Aurora follows for an agent from the entry plan and a peso price; Kommo for a published allocation of several WhatsApp numbers inside a per-seat CRM; Kosmo for included setup; and Whaticket for a low-cost inbox in dollars.

What switching actually involves

The first thing to move is the WhatsApp number, and it depends on how you came in. The Leadsales Básico plan connects WhatsApp Messenger, while Profesional and Avanzado connect the official WhatsApp Business API. If your number already runs on the official API, changing platforms means migrating that account between providers inside Meta, with verification in the middle: plan for days rather than minutes, and ask for the release procedure in writing before you sign with the next vendor.

The second is your data. Leadsales publishes an API exposing contacts, companies, pipelines, stages, assignments and registered users, which is more than much of this market publishes. The catch is that its terms cap that API at 100,000 requests and require a paid token whose price is not published. Ask what the token costs and ask for a test export before you cancel anything.

The third is the configuration, and it is the real work. Your pipelines, stages, quick replies and Leadbot flows do not copy across to the next vendor. With Eva, guided setup is prepared from your website and catalog and you approve it at no cost, while assisted setup costs $579 USD once with delivery within five business days of receiving complete inputs. Kosmo builds it for you on all three plans with a published 72-hour turnaround. With Aurora, Kommo and Whaticket the configuration is yours to build beyond whatever the plan includes.

The fourth is overlap. Nobody switches off a sales channel to test another one: budget a month paying both, with the new vendor covering a secondary channel or a time window, and move when you have seen real conversations resolved. That double month is the true cost of switching and almost never shows up in a monthly-price comparison.

The fifth is the exit, in both directions. The Leadsales terms say commitments longer than one month are not refunded and that cancellation must be requested at least three days before the next charge. On the arrival side: Kommo publishes a six-month prepaid minimum and Aurora states that payment is in advance and non-refundable. Ask for both clauses in writing — the one you are leaving and the one you are signing — before you move anything.

And on our side, so you know what is left for you: we handle the number's migration inside Meta ourselves, the same way we handle your company's verification. On contacts we would rather understate it — your catalog does come in by file or by API, and a contact is created and updated on its own the moment the person writes — but we publish no contact-list import today, so we are not going to promise you one. Ask your current vendor for the export and we go through it with you during setup, before you cancel anything.

FAQ

What is the cheapest alternative to Leadsales?

Of these five, Aurora Inbox publishes the lowest peso list price: $1,800 MXN per month plus VAT for Aurora CRM, with three users, three channels, one AI agent and 800 AI responses. That sits below the Leadsales Básico plan, which is charged as $2,362.92 MXN to customers in Mexico. Whaticket publishes USD 49 per month, but it bills in dollars, OpenAI tokens are bought separately and no Mexican invoicing is published.

Which ones include the AI agent on the entry plan?

Aurora Inbox includes an agent with 800 monthly AI responses from Aurora CRM up, and Eva includes the full agent on every plan — what changes between plans is volume. With Leadsales, Lead Agent starts on Profesional and its price after the first thirty days is not public. With Kommo the autonomous agent starts on Avanzado. With Whaticket the feature exists, but OpenAI tokens are bought directly from OpenAI.

Can I connect more than one WhatsApp number?

Not with Leadsales: its pricing FAQ says each account connects one WhatsApp number, shared by the team. Eva already includes WhatsApp alongside Instagram, Messenger, TikTok, calls, email, your website and comments; this page does not use a published per-account number limit to order it against Kommo. Kommo publishes three numbers on Avanzado and unlimited numbers on Pro. Whaticket charges USD 20 per month for each additional connection. Aurora includes three channels and charges $240 MXN per month plus VAT for each extra one.

Which one issues Mexican CFDI invoices?

Leadsales does for its own service: its terms identify a Mexican corporation and document Mexican tax invoicing for customers in Mexico. Aurora Inbox also documents Mexican tax identifiers and CFDI downloads for its own billing. That is different from issuing invoices on behalf of your customers, which is what Eva does through Facturapi when the tax profile is complete. Kommo and Whaticket publish neither a Mexican entity nor a CFDI commitment.

Where do I start among the five?

With the reason that is pushing you out of Leadsales. Eva already includes a CRM, every channel and comments, plus booking; none of those requires choosing another option. If an AI agent gated behind a higher plan with no published price is the problem, Aurora Inbox includes one from its entry plan and for less list money. If a published allocation of several WhatsApp numbers is decisive, compare Kommo; if you want a cheaper inbox in dollars, Whaticket; and if you want setup included, Kosmo.
