Mercately lists three priced plans and one by proposal. Scale IA costs USD 299 a month, Rocket IA USD 599 and Atlas IA USD 999. On the quarterly tab they drop to USD 269, 539 and 899 a month, and billed yearly to USD 239, 479 and 799, with published yearly totals of USD 2,870, 5,750 and 9,590.

Each plan includes an allowance of AI conversations: 1,000 on Scale IA, 2,000 on Rocket IA and 3,500 on Atlas IA. One conversation covers 24 hours of interaction with the same person, so the allowance reads more like customers served per day than like messages.

Scale IA includes up to five users. The visible Rocket IA and Atlas IA cards do not state how many users they include, and the page's HTML also carries lower quarterly amounts that are never shown to the buyer; this guide uses only the visible amounts. Enterprise is built by proposal.

WhatsApp calls are priced on their own: the cards advertise 0.03 per minute while the table on the same page refers to 1,000-minute bundles, and the page does not say how the two combine. Mercately keeps Meta's charges in a separate WhatsApp balance inside your account. Its help center defines that balance as the credit that covers Meta's official charges, and approved templates and campaigns draw it down. When the balance runs out, templates and campaigns pause.

For recipients in Mexico, from October 1, 2026, Meta charges USD 0.0397 per delivered marketing template and USD 0.0085 per utility or authentication template. More than 24 hours after a customer's last message, writing to them requires a Meta-approved template, and that template draws on the balance. A business running weekly campaigns needs to budget that balance separately from the subscription.
