Vambe alternatives
Vambe alternatives: 5 real options
Vambe alternatives worth comparing are AI agents that sell over WhatsApp, with a CRM behind them and a published price. Vambe is a Chilean AI sales-agent platform with offices in Santiago, Mexico City and São Paulo, implemented by its own engineering team.
If you are looking to leave Vambe, this comparison centers on two questions: does the agent answer only from your own business information, and can you correct it yourself without waiting on anyone. It orders five options by those two questions and by published pricing.
Eva is our product and comes first, so we disclose the criteria and the order. Everything about Vambe and Kommo was verified on 24 September 2026 on their public pages; every figure carries its link and date.

Message us on WhatsAppWhy people look for an alternative to Vambe
The first reason is the cost of getting started. Vambe publishes Standard at $574 USD per month from the third month, with 3,000 conversations and 6 users; the first month is implementation at $600 USD, and the second costs $300 USD. A conversation is every 24-hour exchange with the assistant, and each additional conversation costs $0.40 USD. Service Pro costs $873 USD per month. In March 2026 its page showed Standard at $413 USD; today it is $574 USD.
The second is the contract. Its pricing page says there is no lock-in and you can cancel whenever you want without penalty. Its terms, updated on 26 May 2026, say something else: an initial one-year term with automatic renewal, 30 days' notice to cancel while paying the current and the following period, non-refundable payments, and an implementation fee that is not returned once started. The same page calls the second month «totalmente gratis» and charges for it on the plan card. What you sign decides which one holds.
The third is how the agent learns. At Vambe, flows and agents are built by its engineers over two weeks, followed by two weeks of supervised launch. Vambe promises «menos alucinaciones» with safety rails, and on Capterra (capterra.com/p/10035520/Vambe/reviews, checked on 24 September 2026) it holds 4.9 out of 5 from 21 reviews. Inside those five-star reviews, some customers list as a con that «al inicio tuvimos algunos tropiezos con educar a la IA» (early stumbles teaching the AI) or that it sometimes «responde algo que no debería, como que mezcla info» (answers something it should not, mixing information up). These are individual reviews, not a measurement, but they describe exactly what comparing buyers want to avoid.
The fourth is what is not published. Neither the pricing page nor the terms say whether Meta's charge for each WhatsApp message is included, passed through or marked up, and from 1 October 2026 Meta also charges utility templates inside the 24-hour window. Ask for it in writing.
And the fifth is who you sign with. Outside Chile, its terms put you under contract with Vambe AI, Inc., a Delaware company whose address is left blank in the published document. The peso prices in its page data exclude VAT, and we found no published CFDI commitment for Mexican invoices.
Criteria
- It publishes its price and what gets counted. Without that there is no comparison; where an option does not publish it, this page says so.
- It documents where its agent answers from and who can change it: your sources, your catalog, your rules, and whether you can correct it yourself and test before publishing.
- It does the same job: an AI agent that answers and sells over WhatsApp with contacts and stages behind it.
- It can be bought from Mexico today, even when it bills in dollars; where no Mexican entity or local invoicing is published, this page says so.
- Every claim here links to the vendor's public page and carries its verification date.
Eva is our product and appears on this list, so the list is not neutral by nature; that is why every row links the public page it came from. Vambe and Kommo prices and terms were verified on 24 September 2026; respond.io and Aurora Inbox on 28 July 2026. Darwin AI publishes no price: its pricing page returned an error on 14 August 2026. Every figure is printed in the currency its vendor publishes, without conversion.
Five real alternatives
1. Eva
Best for: Anyone who needs Eva's five foundations: Eva does the work, not just the talking: She quotes from your real catalog, books, takes payment, invoices and follows up for months — inside the same conversation. A built-in CRM where everything organizes itself: Every prospect is captured, classified and managed automatically, and Eva works with your team: handoff to a person with the full history. Every channel included: WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, calls, email and your website — including Instagram comments and TikTok ad comments. AI is already in the price: No separate accounts and no extra AI charges: each agent reply uses one plan credit, and that is it. Public pricing: Plans, add-ons and setup published, with a verification date on every figure on this page. The agent answers from your catalog and the information you loaded; when a value is missing it says so and asks a person for help. Every change to identity, process, key information or restrictions is tested in draft and published when you decide. From $191 USD per month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month).
Tradeoff: From $191 USD per month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month) on Essential, with 5,000 credits and 5 users included; a 1,000-credit top-up costs $49 USD and each extra user is $17 USD per month. Setup is purchased separately from $579 USD (half price with an annual plan) and payment inside the conversation runs on SPEI. If you want the same vendor to run your Meta, Google and TikTok campaigns, or an after-sales module with service levels and surveys, those rows belong to Vambe. There is no public self-serve signup or free trial today.
Source2. Kommo
Best for: Anyone who wants a full sales CRM with messaging inside and is willing to build the automation: visual pipelines, tasks, a no-code Salesbot flow builder and, from Avanzado up, an AI agent that answers only from the sources you upload and can hand the chat to a person or start a Salesbot.
Tradeoff: $20 USD per paid user per month on Básico for new customers since 1 September 2026, with no monthly option: the minimum is six months prepaid, $120 USD per seat. Básico includes AI features such as suggested replies and summaries, but since 1 June 2026 it does not include the AI agent for new customers; the agent and Salesbot start on Avanzado at $30 USD per paid user per month. Its agent only answers incoming messages and stops replying when credits run out. It bills in dollars.
Source3. respond.io
Best for: A mid-size or large team that wants to configure a multi-agent inbox on its own with everything published: prices, included users, AI credits, workflows, reporting and API, plus a seven-day trial with no card.
Tradeoff: From $79 USD per month billed yearly on Starter, but AI Agents start on Growth at $159 USD per month. It meters subscription, users, active contacts and AI credits, and Meta's WhatsApp fees sit outside. It bills in dollars only and publishes no Mexican entity or CFDI.
Source4. Aurora Inbox
Best for: Anyone who needs a Mexican invoice and a fixed number in pesos. Aurora publishes a monthly peso price with three users included, an AI agent with 800 monthly responses from the entry plan, configured with instructions, a knowledge base and a test interface, and invoicing with downloadable CFDI files.
Tradeoff: $1,800 MXN per month plus VAT on Aurora CRM, and $240 MXN per month plus VAT for each additional user or channel. It publishes no AI-response overage price and no single trial length, so those rows need asking.
Source5. Darwin AI
Best for: Anyone who wants the closest thing to Vambe under another brand: named AI employees by job over WhatsApp, Instagram and calls, out of Buenos Aires, focused on verticals such as education, automotive and healthcare. Its platform lets you create, modify and test agents before publishing them.
Tradeoff: It publishes no price: its pricing page returned an error on 14 August 2026 and we found no entry plan, billing unit or overage. That is why it sits last on a list that puts first what can be compared without a call.
Source
Eva is our product and comes first. These are the criteria: published price and billing unit, an agent that answers from your sources and that you can correct, selling over WhatsApp with contacts and stages, availability to buy from Mexico, and claims with a source and date. Eva comes first because it combines an agent that executes, an included CRM, every channel, AI included in the price and changes you test yourself before publishing. Kommo follows for buyers who want a large CRM and accept building flows; respond.io for teams that configure on their own; Aurora for pesos and CFDI; and Darwin AI last because it publishes no price. Vambe keeps published advantages in engineer-led implementation, campaign management with Vambe Ads and after-sales with Vambe Service.
What switching actually involves
The first step is the WhatsApp number. Its terms mention the WhatsApp Business API, but we did not verify how each number is connected. Before signing with another vendor, ask Vambe whether your number is on the official API and which WhatsApp Business account it lives in: if so, changing vendors means moving that number to the new vendor's WhatsApp Business account, with verification in the middle. Plan for days, not minutes, and ask for the release procedure in writing.
The second is the exit calendar. Its terms require 30 days' notice and charge the current and the following period, so work out the cancellation date before signing with another vendor. Use that overlap to run the replacement on a secondary channel or a limited time window.
The third is what your agent already knows. Ask for an export of your contacts, your pipeline and the knowledge base you loaded, and keep your FAQs, prices and policies in a document of your own. That document is what the next agent needs to answer well from day one.
The fourth is who configures. With Eva, guided setup is prepared from your website and catalog and you approve it at no cost; assisted setup costs $579 USD once, delivered within five business days of receiving complete inputs. After that, you test every change in draft and publish it yourself.
And on our side, so you know what is left for you: we handle the number's migration inside Meta ourselves, the same way we handle your company's verification. Your contacts come into Eva by CSV or Excel file, with deduplication on import; your catalog comes in by file or by API; and on top of that a contact is created and updated on its own the moment the person writes. Ask your current vendor for the export and we go through it with you during setup, before you cancel anything.
FAQ
How much does Vambe cost?
Vambe publishes Standard at $574 USD per month from the third month, with 3,000 conversations and 6 users; Service Pro at $873 USD with 4,000 conversations and 10 users; and Corporate from $2,647 USD. The first month is implementation ($600 USD on Standard) and the second costs $300 USD on the plan card. Each additional conversation costs $0.40 USD. Verified on 24 September 2026 at vambe.ai/pricing.
Can you cancel Vambe whenever you want?
Its pricing page says yes, without penalty. Its terms of 26 May 2026 say the contract runs for one year with automatic renewal, that cancelling takes 30 days' notice plus payment of the current and the following period, and that payments are not refunded. If a signed contract says otherwise, that one governs. Ask in writing which applies before you sign.
How do I keep an AI agent from making up answers?
With three things you can check before buying: it answers only from sources you load, it says «I do not have that» and hands over to a person when something is missing, and you can test every change before publishing it. Eva does all three. Kommo documents that its agent answers only from your sources. No vendor on this list publishes a measured error rate, and neither do we: ask for a demo with your real questions.
Which one works for schools and courses?
Vambe has an education page and a published case with a Chilean university. Eva answers inquiries with your fees and schedules, books tours or placement tests and follows up until enrollment, handing over to your advisor when needed. Kommo fits if your team already lives in its pipeline. What decides it is testing with the questions prospects ask you every week.
What do I lose by leaving Vambe?
You do not lose channels, a CRM or follow-up: Eva handles WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, calls, email and your website, captures and manages prospects in its CRM, books and follows up for up to 180 days. What Vambe publishes and Eva does not sell is campaign management for your ads with Vambe Ads and an after-sales module with service levels and surveys. If that decides your purchase, compare it before switching.
