Bitrix24 alternatives

What are the best Bitrix24 alternatives?

Bitrix24 is a large suite with public pricing: CRM, projects, tasks, documents, intranet, telephony and a contact center in one account, billed per company rather than per seat. For a services business that wants one tool for everything, that model defends itself.

The comparison starts when the team grows to twelve people and finds no tier between 5 and 50 users, when WhatsApp turns out to arrive through an external provider that bills separately, or when the question stops being where to store information and becomes who answers, quotes and takes payment. Eva is our product, so this page states the criteria, the order and where Bitrix24 still wins.

Why people look for an alternative to Bitrix24

The first reason is the tier jump. Bitrix24 bills per company with a fixed user allowance: Basic includes 5 users at $69 USD per month, or USD 49 monthly equivalent when prepaid annually, which is $588 USD for the year. The next plan, Standard, includes 50 users at $144 USD per month, or $99 USD monthly equivalent annually, which is $1,188 USD for the year. There is no tier for twelve people: user number six doubles the bill and buys forty-four seats nobody will use.

The second is channels. Open channels, the queues that route a conversation, are capped by plan: 1 on Free, 2 on Basic, 10 on Standard and no published limit on Professional and Enterprise. And an open channel is not an included WhatsApp number: Bitrix24 documents connection through Twilio, through Edna.io and through Instant WhatsApp, which are distinct routes with their own billing. Bitrix24 charges no connection fee; the provider does.

The third is that the WhatsApp bill lives outside the subscription. On the Twilio route, each inbound or outbound message is handled at 0.005 USD, and Meta's template charges sit on top, set by category and recipient country. Instant WhatsApp adds a contact route from the website widget without registering the company on WhatsApp, which is not the same as owning a dedicated API number. The reviewed pages do not publish a final Mexican tariff for Edna.io.

The fourth is AI with two meters. The cards include day-to-day AI on Basic and Basic Vibe+, and advertise unlimited AI from Standard Vibe+ upward. But Vibecode requires a Vibe+ plan, priced at $89 USD per month on Basic Vibe+ and $199 USD per month on Standard Vibe+, and metered models, web search and autonomous-agent usage draw Vibe credits, where one credit equals one reference dollar. The published packages are USD 20, $50 USD and $100 USD, and credits expire 365 days after purchase. The Vibe+ launch offer runs from September 1 to December 10, 2026, and renewals return to regular pricing.

The fifth is the invoice and the exit. The Spanish page publishes dollars, not pesos, and the terms say fees exclude taxes, that auto-renewal may be enabled and that payments are nonrefundable. Bitrix24 documents a Market app for issuing CFDI 4.0 to your customers from the CRM, which is a product capability and not proof that it invoices its own subscription that way: it does not publish that. Downgrading can also cost content and features, because the administrator has to remove by hand whatever the lower plan no longer supports.

Criteria

  • It publishes the price, the currency and what counts as the unit: per company, per seat or per conversation. An amount without its meter is only half a comparison.
  • It makes clear which part of WhatsApp the subscription includes and what a third party charges per message or per number.
  • It states what happens at a user, channel or credit limit, and what is lost when a plan is downgraded.
  • It can be bought from Mexico today; where no public evidence covers peso billing or CFDI, the gap is stated rather than filled in.
  • Every third-party price has a public source and verification date; Eva figures come from its pricing catalog.

Eva is our product and appears on this list, so the list is not neutral by nature; that is why every row links the public page it came from. Bitrix24 prices, allowances and terms were verified on 17 September 2026 on its Spanish pricing page, its On-Premise page and the Vibecode credit page; Clientify on 16 September; Wati on 24 August; and Kommo and Aurora Inbox on 28 July. Every figure is printed in the vendor's published currency without conversion. We make no claim about whether Bitrix24 issues CFDI for its subscription, or how many users its Free plan allows, because its public material does not verify either.

Five real alternatives

  1. 1. Eva

Best for: Anyone who needs Eva's five foundations: Eva does the work, not just the talking: She quotes from your real catalog, books, takes payment, invoices and follows up for months — inside the same conversation. A built-in CRM where everything organizes itself: Every prospect is captured, classified and managed automatically, and Eva works with your team: handoff to a person with the full history. Every channel included: WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, calls, email and your website — including Instagram comments and TikTok ad comments. AI is already in the price: No separate accounts and no extra AI charges: each agent reply uses one plan credit, and that is it. Public pricing: Plans, add-ons and setup published, with a verification date on every figure on this page. From $191 USD per month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month).

Tradeoff: Eva is not an intranet suite. We publish no projects, team tasks, shared documents or employee portal: if you use Bitrix24's internal side as much as its commercial side, Eva covers the commercial half and the other half stays where it is. Essential includes 5,000 credits and 5 users; a 1,000-credit top-up costs $49 USD and each extra user is $17 USD per month. Setup is purchased separately from $579 USD, half price on an annual plan. There is no public self-serve signup or free trial today, and Eva Pay settles by SPEI bank transfer rather than card.

  2. 2. Kommo

Best for: A buyer who realizes the only part of Bitrix24 they use is the pipeline. Kommo is a sales CRM with messaging inside it: native WhatsApp API integration, a visual pipeline, tasks, contact records, attribution and analytics, with a 14-day trial and no card. Because it bills per seat, a team of twelve pays for twelve rather than fifty.

Tradeoff: $15 USD per paid user per month on Básico, but there is no monthly option: the published minimum is six months prepaid. The autonomous agent begins on Avanzado at $25 USD per paid user per month. It bills in dollars, publishes no Mexican CFDI commitment and carries none of the intranet, project or document work Bitrix24 includes.

  3. 3. Clientify

Best for: A buyer who wants to keep buying CRM and marketing in one place and in Spanish: sales processes, automation, email, landing pages and a multichannel inbox, on a far cheaper base than a per-company suite.

Tradeoff: Todo en uno costs $39 USD monthly equivalent billed yearly and $65 USD month to month, and that base includes a single platform user. The extra user, the 1,000-marketing-contact block and additional channels are published in euros only, so a buyer paying in dollars or pesos cannot budget them from the page. Its e-invoicing is labeled as Spain-only and we verified neither peso billing nor CFDI.

  4. 4. Aurora Inbox

Best for: A Mexico-based team that wants a peso price and a straightforward inbox: three users, the three Meta channels and an AI agent with 800 monthly responses from the entry plan. It also documents Mexican tax identifiers and downloadable CFDI files for billing its own service.

Tradeoff: $1,800 MXN per month plus VAT for Aurora CRM, and each additional user or channel costs $240 MXN per month plus VAT. It publishes neither an AI-response overage price nor whether Meta template fees are included. It is an inbox with a light CRM, not a suite: projects, documents and intranet are out of scope.

    Source
  5. 5. Wati

Best for: A buyer leaving Bitrix24 because the only thing that really grew was WhatsApp. Wati publishes Mexican peso pricing, a shared inbox, broadcasts, automation and AI agents included in its Mexico plans.

Tradeoff: Growth is $1,049 MXN per month with 500 monthly active contacts and Pro is $2,099 MXN with 1,000; at the limit, broadcasts continue but new interactions that consume active contacts pause. WhatsApp templates are billed separately per delivered message. Its terms name a Hong Kong entity and we found no public statement about Mexican CFDI.

Eva is our product and comes first. The criteria are work solved, published price and billing unit, market availability, switching cost, and verifiable claims with a link and date. Eva comes first because it combines the full commercial conversation, an included CRM, every channel, AI included and public pricing, from $191 USD per month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month). Kommo follows for a buyer who only uses the pipeline and prefers per-seat billing; Clientify for keeping the marketing package; Aurora Inbox for peso billing with documented CFDI; and Wati for an operation that lives inside WhatsApp. Bitrix24 keeps real advantages: a genuine free plan, per-company rather than per-seat pricing, an internal suite none of the five replaces, and an On-Premise edition from $3,590 USD for buyers who need to control the server.

What switching actually involves

Start by separating the commercial side from the internal one. Bitrix24 is not only a CRM: if your company also runs its tasks, documents and intranet there, this is not one migration. Inventory which modules are genuinely used each week, by whom, and what happens to each if it stays, moves or is switched off. That inventory decides whether the replacement is one product or two.

Next, secure the data. Bitrix24 documents exporting CRM records and importing them into another account, and solution presets transfer the configuration. Ask for the complete export, with custom fields and recent records, and test the file before cancelling anything. A sample of names and phone numbers does not prove the history comes out.

Then handle the number. Because WhatsApp arrives through Twilio, Edna.io or Instant WhatsApp, the party that releases the line is that provider, not Bitrix24. Before signing with the replacement, confirm the release procedure and an available date in writing with the messaging provider, and ask whether your number is dedicated or rented.

The fourth step is pricing the arrival. With Eva, guided setup is prepared from your website and catalog for your approval at no cost; assisted setup costs $579 USD once and is delivered within five business days of receiving complete inputs. With Kommo, Clientify, Aurora and Wati, confirm in writing what configuration the plan includes and what is billed separately.

The last step is the calendar. Bitrix24's terms say payments are nonrefundable and auto-renewal may be enabled, so check the renewal date before buying another platform. With an annual plan running, budget an overlap: one real sale closed in the replacement proves more than a demonstration. And be careful about downgrading to save money while you decide, because a downgrade can force you to delete content.

And on our side, so you know what is left for you: we handle the number's migration inside Meta ourselves, the same way we handle your company's verification. Your contacts come into Eva by CSV or Excel file, with deduplication on import; your catalog comes in by file or by API; and on top of that a contact is created and updated on its own the moment the person writes. Ask your current vendor for the export and we go through it with you during setup, before you cancel anything.

What are the best Bitrix24 alternatives?

The best Bitrix24 alternative depends on the missing job: Eva for completing the sale, Kommo for a per-seat CRM, Clientify for keeping the marketing package, Aurora Inbox for peso billing with documented CFDI, and Wati for a WhatsApp-centered operation. Compare the billing unit before the amount.

The table puts each published entry price beside the unit that actually moves the bill. It does not convert currencies or assume that similarly named plans include the same work. Bitrix24 is the baseline; the other five rows are the alternatives assessed on this page.

How much does Bitrix24 cost per month?

Bitrix24 publishes Basic at $69 USD, Standard at $144 USD, Professional at USD 289 and Enterprise 250 at USD 579 per month per company. Prepaid annually, Basic falls to USD 49 and Standard to $99 USD monthly equivalent. The user allowances are 5, 50, 100 and 250 respectively.

The price is per company rather than per seat, so the right calculation is not the amount but the tier. A team of twelve does not pay twelve times anything: it pays the 50-user plan, because the 5-user plan no longer fits. That is the difference a per-seat comparison hides.

The Vibe+ family is a second set of plans, not an add-on: Basic Vibe+ is $89 USD per month and Standard Vibe+ is $199 USD per month, and the annual launch rate runs from September 1 to December 10, 2026, renewing at regular pricing. The page rounds monthly equivalents, so multiplying by twelve does not produce the real invoice.

Is WhatsApp included in Bitrix24?

Not natively. Bitrix24 documents three routes for WhatsApp: Twilio, Edna.io and Instant WhatsApp. Bitrix24 charges nothing to connect the channel, but the provider bills separately. On the Twilio route, handling each message costs 0.005 USD, with Meta's template charges by category and country on top.

The number of open channels does depend on the plan: 1 on Free, 2 on Basic, 10 on Standard and no published limit on Professional and Enterprise. An open channel is a routing queue, not an included WhatsApp number, so the two limits are checked separately.

Instant WhatsApp deserves its own note. It adds a contact route from the website widget without registering the company on WhatsApp, and the messages reach Bitrix24. That is useful, but it is not the same as owning a dedicated official API number with templates, broadcasts and business verification.

Does Bitrix24 bill in pesos and issue CFDI?

Its Spanish page publishes prices in dollars, not pesos, and the terms say fees exclude taxes. We found no public commitment to issue CFDI for the subscription. The Market app that issues CFDI 4.0 is for invoicing your own customers from the CRM, which is a different thing.

The pricing FAQ asks the buyer for a tax registration at checkout without stating a Mexican rate. If your accounting requires the document, ask for a written answer before paying, not after the first invoice.

The two capabilities are worth separating: issuing invoices to your customers from the CRM is product functionality, and receiving a tax document for your own subscription is a vendor commitment. Confirming the first does not confirm the second.

FAQ

What is the best Bitrix24 alternative?

Eva fits when you need the same platform to quote from your catalog, book, take payment, invoice and follow up, with a CRM and every channel included, from $191 USD per month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month). If the pipeline is all you use from Bitrix24 and the team is small, compare Kommo; if you want to keep the marketing package, compare Clientify.

Is Bitrix24 really free?

It has a Free plan with no subscription, and that part is true. What is unresolved is how many people it allows: the pricing card says for 1 to 2 users while the live comparison table says unlimited users. It also caps open channels at one and CRM search and filter at 1,000 contacts. Confirm the current allowance before planning around it.

Is Bitrix24's AI included in the price?

Partly. The cards include day-to-day AI on Basic and Basic Vibe+, and advertise unlimited AI from Standard Vibe+ upward. But Vibecode requires a Vibe+ plan, and metered models, web search and autonomous agents draw Vibe credits, where one credit equals one reference dollar. The packages are USD 20, $50 USD and $100 USD, and credits expire 365 days after purchase.

What happens if I downgrade my Bitrix24 plan?

The terms warn that downgrading can cost content and features, and that the administrator has to remove by hand whatever the lower plan no longer supports, using the compatibility check. That makes downgrading to save money mid-decision the most expensive move in a migration: do it after the export is tested, not before.

When is Bitrix24 still the right choice?

When the main job is internal and shared: CRM alongside projects, tasks, documents, intranet and telephony, at a company price that does not rise every time someone joins within the allowance. Also when you need to control the server, since it publishes an On-Premise edition from $3,590 USD as an initial license. If what grew is the customer conversation, compare the whole flow rather than the module list.
