What you need and what it does not do
Eva is not free and we will not pretend otherwise. These are the four things worth knowing before you write to us.
- You need your WhatsApp Business number connected; every other channel is optional.
- It answers only from what you loaded: catalog, knowledge and calendar. What is not there, it asks about or hands to a person.
- Outside WhatsApp's 24-hour window an approved template is required, and Meta charges for it separately.
- It sends your customers SPEI bank-transfer payment links in Mexican pesos, with no card option yet, and invoices when eligible.

Is there a good free WhatsApp chatbot?
The most honest free option is the one you already have: the messaging tools inside the WhatsApp Business app, which acknowledge people without serving them.
