Frequent questions

What pays commission?

Plan, extra seats and agents: 20%. Extra credits, top-ups and numbers: 10%. Negotiated plan: 15%. Implementation and custom work: no.

What counts toward my step?

The monthly list price of each active client's plan. Add-ons do not count; an annual plan counts at its monthly price.

What if the client pays for a year?

You get the whole year's commission as soon as the client pays it, if it pays within your commission months.

What if a client cancels?

It stops paying commission and stops counting. You only move down a step after 3 months in a row below it, and what you already earned stays.

When do I get paid?

On day 15 of each month, if you uploaded your receipt by day 10. No minimum in Mexico; outside Mexico from 50 dollars or 1,000 pesos.

What if my agency implements?

If your agency creates, implements and supports the account: 30% for as long as it is live and you support it.

Can the rules change?

We give 30 days notice and a change only applies to new referrals. Read the full terms
