Eva vs Darwin AI

Eva vs Darwin AI: which one fits your business?

Darwin AI sells stage-based workers; Eva is an AI sales agent that takes a conversation through to a sale. Both automate customer work, but Eva quotes, books, takes payment, invoices and follows up from one commercial operation.

Darwin organizes five workers with defined roles and quotes its service. Eva works from your real catalog, CRM and team in one conversation across every channel, with public pricing and AI already included in the plan.

This page compares what each vendor publishes today. Everything about Darwin comes from its public pages, checked on 28 July 2026, and every row keeps its link.

Which one fits you?

Choose Eva if…

  • You want the agent to close the sale: Eva quotes from your real catalog, books, takes SPEI payment, invoices and follows up for up to 180 days. From $191 USD per month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month).
  • You want to stop entering data: every prospect is captured, classified and managed automatically in the CRM, and Eva works with your team through a handoff with the full history.
  • Customers message you everywhere: WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok, calls, email and your website, with Instagram, Facebook and TikTok comments answered automatically. AI is already included in the price.

Choose Darwin AI if…

  • You want workers with separate commercial roles: Darwin publishes five, from qualification and booking to collections, satisfaction and post-sale selling.
  • Your team wants to create, monitor and modify Workers and Pipelines itself: Darwin documents that control in its help center.
  • Your purchase requires a custom proposal: Darwin quotes implementation, licensing and variable charges in writing instead of limiting you to a public rate card.

Eva is our product, so this page is not neutral by nature; that is why it is verifiable. Every Darwin AI fact comes from its public pages, was checked on 28 July 2026 and keeps its link. The amounts shown belong to an expired November 2025 promotion in US dollars, not to a current rate card, and Darwin publishes no price in Mexican pesos. Confirm at getdarwin.ai before deciding. An honest frame

Darwin does one useful thing well: it separates five named commercial jobs. Alba qualifies and books, Bruno follows up, its Eva measures satisfaction, Lucas collects, and Sofía sells again; it also publishes that customers can edit Workers and Pipelines.

What it does not publish is a current rate card or price per conversation or message. Its terms describe quoted implementation, monthly licensing and variable charges; its help center does define a conversation as a 24-hour window.

Five stage workers or one configurable commercial platform?

Darwin splits the operation across five workers; Eva keeps one commercial conversation with shared tools, channels and CRM. The decision is whether to buy separate roles or a platform that quotes, takes payment, invoices and follows up end to end.

Alba qualifies, escalates, books and updates CRM. Bruno follows up; its Eva measures satisfaction and reviews; Lucas chases payments and writes to an ERP; Sofía sells again. Darwin also publishes reports for Pipelines, human teams, channels and feedback.

Eva is one configurable agent: you define identity, process, restrictions, follow-ups and escalation, then test changes in draft before publishing. If you need distinct agents per brand or branch, each extra AI agent costs $59 USD per month.

Eva runs sequences of up to five steps with delays of up to 180 days. Each can use tools, update CRM, reschedule or escalate. Outside the WhatsApp window it needs an approved template; Messenger and Instagram sends are skipped, and Eva goes quiet after a human response.

Eva Pay creates SPEI links and issues CFDI through Facturapi when the tax profile is complete. It does not take cards or send payment confirmation itself. Darwin says Lucas uses billing and payment links, and lists Stripe and Mercado Pago without separating native connections from custom work.

What changes when a vendor quotes instead of publishing?

Darwin has no current public rate card. Its terms describe one-time quoted implementation, monthly prepaid licensing and a variable cost per conversation or message. That can suit a large operation, but it prevents a two-column comparison until a proposal arrives.

Its only public amounts are a November 2025 Cyber Week promotion: Starter $350 USD per month with 500 conversations and up to one AI Worker; Pro $750 USD with 3,000 and up to three. The first three months were $210 USD and $300 USD, from 24 to 28 November.

The promotion was limited to certain industries and companies above an unspecified minimum headcount. We retain the web archive so the fact survives future edits. Treat it as an order of magnitude, never as a current price.

Eva publishes its list: from $191 USD per month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month), $379 USD on Professional and $579 USD on Complete. It includes 5,000, 9,000 and 15,000 credits and 5, 10 and 15 users.

Request implementation, licensing, variable cost, its unit, overage and currency in writing. Darwin invoices the license in advance during the first week of the month, payable within 10 business days. If those details do not arrive, that silence is information too.

What happens when a buyer asks for a price?

That message decides the sale. Eva searches your file or API catalog, returns up to 25 candidates and pulls the verified record before answering. It shows only fields marked visible, so an internal cost does not slip out by accident.

If a buyer sends a photo, Eva matches it against catalog images and returns candidates with confidence and evidence, using at most the three latest customer images. Price, currency, variants and availability are confirmed against the product; without full verification, the answer stays at medium confidence.

API catalog sources sync every 24 hours and file sources when uploaded again. If an update fails, Eva serves the last good version. The catalog endpoint also has row and response-size limits.

Darwin publishes that Alba answers catalog questions and Sofía supports exploration. It does not publish where the catalog comes from, its sync frequency, or whether price and stock are verified before answering.

Ask both vendors for a demonstration with your catalog and a real question carrying a size, part number or variant. A prepared demo handles general questions; one that resolves three of a specific part for delivery this week will serve you on Monday.

What does Darwin AI publish that we could not confirm?

Its pricing route does not resolve and its terms send every amount to a proposal, so no current price was verified. Current pages say more than 300 customers in more than 20 countries; an older post says more than 500 regional companies, without a date or method that reconciles them.

Spanish terms name Papagaio US Corp and English terms name Parrot US Corp. Worker pages and cases show results without raw data, sample, period, control or audit. GLG Motomex says its exact sales uplift was difficult to measure without a direct CRM connection.

We could not corroborate its Meta partner badge, implementation timelines differ, and no contractual delivery commitment was found. Its footer contact address misspells the brand name.

For Mexico there is no public evidence of peso billing, VAT, CFDI, local support, Meta-fee pass-through or contracting entity. The directory does not separate native, intermediated, beta or plan-gated integrations. Request a Mexican quote and order form.

Eva also has limits: no self-serve signup, trial or sandbox; Eva Pay uses SPEI; campaign attribution lasts seven days; SSO and audit logs are built when Enterprise is signed. Ask both vendors for a demonstration, billing unit and price, entity, invoice, export and cancellation in writing.

Eva is not for you if…

  • You want the cheapest inbox for a team answering by hand: Eva charges for the agent's work, not for arranging chats.
  • You decide by opening a free account tonight and trying it: there is no public trial or self-serve signup today; onboarding is assisted.
  • You must pay by card: Eva Pay uses SPEI bank transfer in its current version.

FAQ

What does each one cost?

Eva starts from $191 USD per month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month); Professional is $379 USD and Complete $579 USD, with setup from $579 USD (half price with an annual plan). Darwin publishes no current rate card: implementation, licensing and variable cost come from a proposal. Its only public amounts are an expired November 2025 promotion: Starter $350 USD and Pro $750 USD, checked on 28 July 2026 and archived.

What counts as a conversation, and what counts as a credit?

Darwin's help center defines a conversation as the 24-hour window on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger: messages sent and received inside that window are one conversation, and once 24 hours pass without a reply the next interaction opens a new one. With Eva each agent reply spends one credit, messages from your customer and your own team spend none, and a WhatsApp campaign spends one credit per ten sends. The arithmetic does not always favor us: a thread where Eva replies eight times spends eight credits, and in Darwin that is a single conversation. Without their price per conversation the crossover cannot be calculated, and we are not going to pretend we calculated it.

Which one quotes from my catalog?

Eva. You load your catalog by file or API, Eva searches it when a buyer asks and verifies the product record before quoting a price or availability; it also identifies products from a photo and returns candidates with a confidence level. Darwin publishes that Alba answers catalog questions and that Sofía supports catalog exploration, but the pages reviewed on 28 July 2026 do not say where that catalog comes from or how price is verified. Ask both vendors to demonstrate it against your own data.

Who do you sign with, and in what currency?

With Eva you sign with EvaAI in León, Guanajuato, Mexico, in US dollars outside Mexico and in pesos plus VAT with a CFDI inside it. Darwin names a Delaware company, a Brazilian one and a Mexican partner company in its terms, the exact US name differs between its Spanish and English terms, and its public amounts exist only in US dollars. Before signing, ask which entity appears on the contract, which currency the invoice uses and what tax document you receive.

How fast is each one running?

Eva delivers within five business days of receiving complete inputs: catalog, prices, rules and access. Darwin publishes timelines that disagree across its own pages: one says a 14-day guided launch, another says a few days, and its terms recommend a week of testing after the context is handed over and the implementation is paid. We found no contractual delivery commitment on any of them. For both vendors, the step that really sets the calendar is the customer handing over information.
