Eva vs Leadsales
Eva vs Leadsales: which one fits your business?
Leadsales is an inbox and CRM for a team to organize chats by stage. Eva is an AI agent that carries out the sale and records every step in the CRM: quoting, booking, taking payment, invoicing and following up.
The difference is not only who answers. Eva also captures, classifies and manages every prospect automatically, and works with your team through a handoff with the full history.
This page compares what each publishes today. Leadsales figures come from its public pages, checked on 28 July 2026, and every row keeps its link.

Which one fits you?
Choose Eva if…
- You want the agent to close the sale: Eva quotes from your real catalog, books, takes payment, invoices and follows up for up to 180 days. From $191 USD per month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month). AI is already included in the price.
- You want a CRM that does not depend on manual entry: every prospect is captured, classified and managed automatically, and Eva works with your team through a handoff to a person with the full history.
- You want every channel covered by one agent: WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok, calls, email and your website, with Instagram, Facebook and TikTok comments answered automatically.
Choose Leadsales if…
- You only need an inexpensive inbox for three to five people to answer chats by hand in stages: its published plans include three, four or five users.
- You want to try and configure it yourself: it publishes a 14-day trial and live setup sessions during the first 72 hours on Professional and Advanced.
- Your team needs to work from a phone: Leadsales publishes iOS and Android apps; Eva is operated in a browser.
Eva is our product, so this page is not neutral by nature; that is why it is verifiable. Every Leadsales figure comes from its public pages, was checked on 28 July 2026 and keeps its link. Leadsales publishes both US dollar and Mexican peso prices, so we quote both rather than converting either. Confirm at leadsales.io before deciding. Archived copy

An honest frame
Leadsales does a shared inbox well: it publishes prices in two currencies, terms, users, active conversations, storage and WhatsApp credits. It also publishes a 14-day trial and iOS and Android apps.
It does not publish quoting from your catalog, availability-based booking, in-chat payment collection or invoices for your customers. It also does not publish the rule for exceeding credits, active conversations, storage or API requests.
What does each agent do when a message arrives?
Leadbot is a no-code, menu-based bot: it answers the first incoming message and places the prospect in the corresponding pipeline stage.
Lead Agent is on Professional and Advanced. It answers and qualifies prospects arriving through the WhatsApp API, moves them through stages and hands them to a seller who can take control.
Its published promise is narrow: Lead Agent does not sell for you; the person still closes with a qualified prospect and the context ready.
Eva takes actions: it reads your file or API catalog, returns up to 25 candidates and verifies the record before answering with the fields you made visible.
If the buyer sends a photo, Eva compares it with catalog images and returns candidates with confidence and evidence. It also books, takes SPEI payment, issues CFDI, updates the CRM and asks for human help.
Leadsales publishes scheduled messages, internal events and staged bulk sends. Eva runs up to five follow-up steps with delays of up to 180 days, each a full agent turn.
API sources sync every 24 hours and file sources when uploaded again. Outside the WhatsApp window, follow-up needs an approved template; Messenger and Instagram skip it with a visible event.
After your team's first reply, Eva stays quiet until control is returned.
How is what you pay measured?
Leadsales bills for capacity: three, four or five users; 5,000, 20,000 or 50,000 active conversations; and 15, 30 or 100 GB of shared files.
If the customer wrote first, your team can reply for 24 hours without a credit. WhatsApp credits only open official-API conversations and cover the next 24 hours.
Basic includes no credits. Professional starts at 250 and Advanced at 500; moving Professional to 1,250 takes it from $133 USD to $221.90 USD, and 10,250 credits cost $1,022 USD. Unused credits do not roll over.
Eva charges one credit per agent reply and one per ten campaign sends; customer and team messages use zero. It includes 5,000, 9,000 and 15,000 credits; 1,000 more cost $49 USD and do not expire.
For three people hand-answering 4,000 inbound chats, Leadsales adds no credits. Eva earns its price when the agent answers, quotes and follows up itself, not when you only need a shared inbox.
Leadsales publishes no rule for exceeding credits, active conversations, storage or 100,000 API requests. It also does not define an active conversation or whether an archived chat counts; ask in writing.
What changes over twelve months and during setup?
Leadsales is a Mexican corporation in Querétaro. It bills Mexico in pesos and elsewhere in US dollars; its terms say the site geolocates visitors. Support is Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00, without a time zone.
Professional and Advanced publish live setup sessions during the first 72 hours, plus guides and Leadsales Academy. Basic does not list those sessions.
Eva's guided setup is free and proposes configuration from your website and catalog. Assisted costs $579 USD once; Complete costs $1,149 USD and connects invoicing, calendar, website or ERP. Delivery takes up to five business days after complete inputs.
Leadsales publishes the Basic year at $931.20 USD, or $22,684.03 MXN in Mexico, with a twenty percent annual discount. Eva's annual plan is ten monthly payments for twelve months, plus setup once. Its cheaper entry point is for organizing three people.
Terms longer than a month are fixed and unused time is not refunded; they renew at the then-current price and require cancellation three days before charge. Compare the cost of being wrong, not just monthly price.
What does Leadsales publish that we could not confirm?
The visible section publishes $13 USD per extra user each month, but a stale block duplicates another amount and an obsolete plan. No peso amount is published; ask in writing if your team will grow.
The 14-day trial appears without a price, while a duplicated block and a May 2026 article name one. We could not confirm checkout or whether totals include tax.
Its homepage says bulk messages carry no block risk; its API page says results depend on Meta policy and no provider unblocks a number. We also did not confirm a public Meta Business Partner record.
Published results include more than 2,800 companies, Mexico's first WhatsApp CRM, Shark Tank México, Forbes México 2024 and a university from 1,200 to 2,500 enrollments. No methodology, period, data or audit is linked.
Lead Agent claims tripled results, permanent availability and fifteen-minute setup without defining results. A June 2026 article says text, audio and images; its English questions say text only. Its price after 30 days is not public.
Eva has limits too: Eva Pay settles only by SPEI; there is no public signup or open trial; single sign-on and audit logs are built when Enterprise is signed.
Ask in writing about active conversations, credit expiry and overages, taxes, cancellation and data export. Ask for a demo with your catalog and a real customer question, not a prepared demo.
Eva is not for you if…
- You want the cheapest inbox for your team to answer by hand: Eva charges for the agent's work, not for organizing chats.
- Your way of deciding is opening a trial today and configuring everything yourself: Eva has no public trial or self-serve signup; onboarding is assisted.
- You must pay by card: Eva Pay settles by SPEI bank transfer in its current version.
FAQ
What does each one cost, and in which currency?
Eva publishes from $191 USD per month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month) on Essential, $379 USD on Professional and $579 USD on Complete, with assisted setup from $579 USD (half price with an annual plan) once. Leadsales publishes $97 USD, $133 USD and $247 USD outside Mexico, and $2,362.92 MXN, $3,239.88 MXN and $6,016.92 MXN inside Mexico. Its figures were verified on 28 July 2026.
I only want to organize my team's chats. Which one fits, and what if I buy outside Mexico?
Leadsales, and we say so plainly. Its Basic Plan costs $97 USD per month, includes three users, up to five pipelines and up to 5,000 active conversations, and connects WhatsApp Messenger, Facebook and Instagram. If nobody will ask the system to answer, quote or charge on its own, Eva would cost more for capabilities you would not use. Leadsales publishes US dollar prices for customers outside Mexico and peso prices inside, and its terms say the site geolocates visitors. For an international purchase, note that the vendor is a Mexican corporation registered in Querétaro, support is published Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00 with no time zone named, and outside Mexico you receive a payment receipt with no tax effect instead of a Mexican tax invoice.
Which one quotes from my catalog?
Eva. You load your catalog by file or API, the agent searches it when a buyer asks and verifies the product record before quoting a price or availability, answering only with the fields you marked visible. On the Leadsales public pages reviewed on 28 July 2026, quoting from your own product catalog is not described: what they describe is organizing chats by stage, assigning them and reporting on them.
What happens when the monthly WhatsApp credits run out?
With Eva you buy a 1,000-credit top-up for $49 USD, and purchased credits do not expire. With Leadsales, unused credits do not roll into a later monthly period according to its terms, and we found no published overage rate or rule for what happens when you exceed the tier you bought. Move up a tier or get the answer in writing before you sign.
Which one can take payment and invoice inside the conversation?
Eva creates SPEI bank-transfer payment links in pesos and issues Mexican CFDI invoices through Facturapi when the tax profile is complete and the charge is eligible. Card payments are not supported yet. Leadsales publishes neither in-chat payment collection nor invoicing on behalf of your customers; what it publishes is the tax document for your own subscription. If money changing hands inside the thread is part of your sale, ask both vendors to demonstrate that exact step.
