Dealism alternatives

What are the best alternatives to Dealism?

The five alternatives to Dealism on this page are Eva, ManyChat, Wizybot, Aurora Inbox and Whaticket. Eva is EvaAI's product and comes first under the criteria disclosed below; ManyChat covers Instagram automation, Wizybot covers e-commerce, Aurora Inbox covers peso invoicing and Whaticket is the cheapest dollar-priced inbox.

Eva is our product. Each price is one its vendor publishes, in its own currency and unconverted, with its billing unit; what costs extra is in each option's detail.

People look for alternatives to Dealism over two lines the company publishes itself, not over anything it does badly. The first is the number: its WhatsApp Business API page says it does not enable official coexistence for a number already running in the WhatsApp Business app. The second is the daily credit, which has to be claimed every day and expires the same day.

Dealism is a clear, cheap product: Light is free forever with unlimited contacts, Starter costs $19 USD per month and Pro $39 USD per month, with AI agents, an inbox, CRM tags and Instagram automations that consume no credits. This page compares five options using the prices and limits each vendor publishes.

EvaAI publishes this page and sells Eva, so the criteria and the order are disclosed before the list. EvaAI works with businesses in any country: Eva is configured and answers in Spanish or English, and we do not limit sales to Mexico. The Dealism figures were verified on 16 September 2026 on its pricing page.

Why people look for an alternative to Dealism

The first reason is the number you already have. Dealism says on its own WhatsApp Business API page that it does not enable official coexistence for a number already operating in the WhatsApp Business app. If your business sells from that number and does not want to switch the phone off, that single line decides the purchase before any agent feature does.

The second is how usage is metered. Dealism grants credits per day rather than per month: Light gives 50 daily login credits plus 100 one-time signup credits; Starter gives 100 a day, of which 50 are paid and automatic and 50 must be claimed; Pro gives 150 a day on the same mechanic. One agent reply uses one credit and a DealOnca summary uses twenty. The daily bonus expires that day if you do not claim it.

The third is what that same page does not publish: there is no additional-credit or top-up tariff, and it does not say whether the paid allowance rolls over when you do not spend it. It publishes no annual billing and no minimum term either, although it does say you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. When the meter is daily and the overage has no price, the limit stops being your budget and becomes the calendar.

The fourth is the counting. One, three and five AI agents on Light, Starter and Pro are agents, not people: Dealism publishes no human-seat allowance for the inbox and no extra-user price. It does not publish how many WhatsApp numbers or Instagram accounts one agent accepts either, so that limit has to be asked for in writing before signing.

The fifth is the invoice and the channels. Dealism publishes dollars plus a parallel Brazilian-real rate, with no peso price, Mexican entity or CFDI commitment, and its WhatsApp API page says the bill can combine Meta's charges, the provider's infrastructure, the plan and AI usage, without a table breaking them down. Its published channels are WhatsApp, Instagram and website chat: we found no Messenger, email or TikTok.

Criteria

  • It publishes its price and its billing unit. These criteria were set on 16 September 2026 and every figure carries the date it was verified.
  • It connects the official WhatsApp API and says clearly whether you can keep the number you already use in the WhatsApp Business app.
  • It includes an AI agent with a published allowance, rather than a separate account you buy elsewhere.
  • It can be bought from Mexico today, even when it bills in dollars; where no Mexican entity or local invoicing is published, this page says so.
  • Every claim here links to the vendor's public page and carries its verification date.

EvaAI publishes this page and sells Eva, which appears on the list, so the list is not neutral by nature; that is why every row links the public page it came from and the criteria are disclosed above, with their date. The Dealism figures and the Whaticket plans were verified on 16 September 2026; the extra Whaticket connection on 28 September 2026; the ManyChat figures on 29 September 2026, except its AI add-on, on 28 July 2026; the Aurora Inbox figures between 28 and 29 September 2026; the Wizybot figures on 29 July 2026. Every figure is printed in the currency its vendor publishes, without conversion: Dealism also publishes a parallel Brazilian-real rate that this page does not print. The attempt to archive its pricing page in the Wayback Machine returned an error that day, so the verification carries no snapshot.

Five real alternatives

  1. 1. Eva

Best for: Anyone who wants an AI agent to quote from their real catalog, book and follow up.

Includes a CRM, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, calls, email and your website.

    Setup included.

Price: Eva from $191 USD a month, billed yearly, AI credits included.

  2. 2. ManyChat

Best for: Anyone staying with Dealism mainly for the Instagram automations. ManyChat is the reference for that job: comment to direct message, story replies, campaign templates, and a free plan with 25 monthly active contacts, one user and up to two channels chosen from Instagram, TikTok, Messenger and Telegram.

Tradeoff: WhatsApp is not on the free plan or on Essential at $17 USD per month: it starts on Pro at $39 USD per month with 2,500 active contacts, three users and up to three connected channels. WhatsApp template messages are paid separately per delivered message from a wallet balance. Its AI page still describes a $29 USD monthly Pro add-on while the newer plan cards say AI is included, so confirm that at checkout. It bills in dollars and publishes no Mexican entity or CFDI.

  3. 3. Wizybot

Best for: A Shopify store that wants the agent answering this week without counting people: a single public plan, unlimited human agents, WhatsApp campaigns with no published cap, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and email channels, unlimited AI messages in the first month and no implementation fee.

Tradeoff: $69.99 USD every 30 days, with 1,250 AI messages and 2,500 AI comments per month; each extra message costs $0.07 USD and each extra comment $0.05 USD, so the meter is still there, it simply stops being daily. Its Custom plan starts at $150 USD every 30 days. It publishes no annual payment or yearly discount, bills in dollars, and is built around e-commerce: outside a connected store, much of what makes it good does not apply.

  4. 4. Aurora Inbox

Best for: Anyone leaving Dealism over the invoice. Aurora publishes a monthly peso price with three users included on every plan, an AI agent with 800 monthly responses from the entry plan, the three Meta channels, and invoicing with Mexican tax identifiers and downloadable CFDI files.

Tradeoff: $1,800 MXN per month plus VAT for Aurora CRM, and $240 MXN per month plus VAT for each additional user or channel. That is several times Dealism's list price, and it publishes no AI-response overage price, so that row has to be asked about before signing. Its channels are WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook: no email, no calls and no chat on your own website.

  5. 5. Whaticket

Best for: A small team that needs several people answering the same WhatsApp for very little money. Its BASIC plan costs USD 49 per month with three users and one WhatsApp connection, and that connection can be set up as the official API, a QR code or Business, which covers the number you already use without depending on a single route.

Tradeoff: From USD 20 per month for each additional WhatsApp connection, plus two things that are not included: the usage of its AI features is paid directly to OpenAI, and mass-campaign credits are purchased separately. It is an inbox with people answering, not an agent that quotes and books on its own. It bills in dollars and publishes no Mexican entity or CFDI commitment.

Eva in detail: Eva hands the conversation to a person on your team with the full history, and also handles Instagram comments and TikTok ad comments. Essential costs $229 USD month to month, with 5,000 credits and 5 users included; a 1,000-credit top-up costs $49 USD and each extra user is $17 USD per month. Setup is included: we configure everything Eva does today, at no extra cost. With your tools connected, payment inside the conversation runs on SPEI. Eva costs considerably more than Dealism and has no free plan, no self-serve signup and no public trial today: if what you want is to start this afternoon without paying anything, that row belongs to Dealism.

Eva is our product and comes first, so these are the criteria: published price and billing unit, the official WhatsApp API with a clear answer about the number you already use, AI with an allowance inside the plan, availability to buy from Mexico, and every claim with a source and a date. Eva comes first because it combines an agent that executes, an included CRM, every channel, AI inside the price and a public rate card. ManyChat follows for businesses that live on Instagram; Wizybot for Shopify stores; Aurora for buyers who need pesos and CFDI; and Whaticket for a team that just wants to answer cheaply. Dealism wins one criterion on this list outright: it is the only option with a free-forever plan, unlimited contacts and Instagram automations that consume no credits. If your budget is zero and your WhatsApp number can be a new one, stay where you are.

What switching actually involves

The first step is the number. If you opened your WhatsApp API account with Dealism as the provider, that number lives inside Meta and changing platforms means migrating the WhatsApp Business account between providers, with verification in the middle. Plan for days rather than minutes, and ask for the release procedure in writing before you sign with the next vendor.

The second is the credits, and the good news is that there is nothing to rescue: the daily bonus expires the same day and Dealism publishes no rollover of the paid allowance and no top-up tariff. What is worth confirming in writing is what happens to the month you already paid when you cancel, because its page says you can cancel at any time, not that it refunds the unused part.

The third is what the agent knows. Dealism publishes no export of the material you trained your agent on, or of your conversations, so treat that as the risk it is: keep your sources, your catalog and your answers organized, and ask for a test export before you cancel anything.

The fourth is configuring the replacement. Setup is included: we configure everything Eva does today, at no extra cost. Eva goes live in up to 5 business days once access and catalog are ready. With ManyChat, Wizybot, Aurora and Whaticket the configuration is yours to build beyond whatever the plan includes.

The fifth is the overlap. Budget one month paying both vendors: nobody switches off a sales channel to test another one. Run the replacement on a secondary channel or a bounded time window, compare real resolved conversations rather than demos, and move when the number convinces you.

And on our side, so you know what is left for you: we handle the number's migration inside Meta ourselves, the same way we handle your company's verification. Your contacts come into Eva by CSV or Excel file, with deduplication on import; your catalog comes in by file or by API; and on top of that a contact is created and updated on its own the moment the person writes. Ask your current vendor for the export and we go through it with you during setup, before you cancel anything.

FAQ

What does Dealism cost?

Light is free forever, with unlimited contacts, one AI agent, two eligible channels excluding the WhatsApp API, and 50 daily login credits plus 100 one-time signup credits. Starter costs $19 USD per month with three agents and 100 daily credits, and Pro costs $39 USD per month with five agents and 150 daily credits. Both paid plans include the official WhatsApp API.

Can I keep the number I already use in the WhatsApp Business app?

Not with Dealism. Its WhatsApp Business API page says explicitly that it does not enable official coexistence for a number already operating in the WhatsApp Business app. With Eva you can: an eligible number connects to the WhatsApp Business Platform and the business keeps its app, with Eva mirroring the conversation in both directions, inside Meta's eligibility conditions, sync states and the blocks Meta decides. Whaticket lets you choose the connection as API, QR code or Business.

What uses credits in Dealism and what does not?

Each AI agent reply uses one credit and each DealOnca summary uses twenty. Dealism publishes that flow automations, inbox messages and CRM actions consume no credits, and that Instagram automations do not either. The 50-credit daily bonus has to be claimed by hand each day and expires that day; the paid base credits are granted automatically. It publishes no additional-credit price and does not say whether the paid allowance rolls over.

Which of these options includes WhatsApp on the entry plan?

Eva includes WhatsApp from Essential, alongside Instagram, Messenger, calls, email and your website. Whaticket includes it on its BASIC plan at USD 49 per month with one connection. Wizybot includes it on its single public plan at $69.99 USD every 30 days. Aurora includes it on its entry plan. On Dealism it starts on Starter at $19 USD per month, and on ManyChat only on Pro at $39 USD per month: neither the free plan nor Essential connects it.

Which ones bill in pesos and issue Mexican CFDI invoices?

Aurora Inbox publishes its price in pesos plus VAT and documents Mexican tax identifiers and CFDI downloads. Eva publishes pesos plus VAT when your tax country is Mexico and also issues CFDI invoices on your customers' behalf through Facturapi when the tax profile is complete; outside Mexico the charge is in dollars. Dealism, ManyChat, Wizybot and Whaticket bill in dollars and publish no Mexican entity or local invoicing commitment.

What do I lose by leaving Dealism?

You lose the free-forever plan with unlimited contacts and the Instagram automations that consume no credits, and that deserves saying because nobody else on this list matches it. What you gain with Eva is the whole commercial conversation: it quotes from your real catalog, books and follows up for months, with a CRM included, every channel and AI inside the price, and no meter that resets every day. And with your tools connected, Eva can also take payment and issue invoices.
