Eva vs Vambe
Eva vs Vambe: which one fits your business?
Eva vs Vambe compares two AI agents that sell over WhatsApp with a CRM behind them. Vambe implements its platform with its own engineering team; Eva is configured from your website and catalog, and you approve and correct every change.
The difference that matters most is who teaches the agent and what it does when it does not know something. The second is what it costs to start and what the contract says when you want out.
Vambe's data was taken from its public pages and terms on 24 September 2026, and every row keeps its link; Eva's comes from our pricing catalog.

Which one fits you?
Choose Eva if…
- You need the agent to close the sale: Eva quotes from your real catalog, books, takes payment, invoices and follows up for up to 180 days. From $191 USD per month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month).
- You want to correct what the agent knows yourself: Eva answers from your catalog and your information, says when a value is missing and asks a person for help, and you test every change in draft before publishing it. Every prospect is captured and classified in the included CRM.
- Your prospects write everywhere: WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, calls, email and your website, with Instagram comments and TikTok ad comments answered automatically. AI is already included in the price.
Choose Vambe if…
- You want a team of engineers to implement the agent over a month, with two weeks of supervised launch, instead of configuring it with your own team.
- You want the same vendor to run your Meta, Google and TikTok campaigns with ad-to-sale attribution: Vambe Ads sells at $497 USD per month.
- You need after-sales with service levels visible in the pipeline, ticket assignment and CSAT or NPS surveys: Vambe Service costs $321 USD per month or comes with Service Pro.

An honest frame
Vambe does guided implementation well: a month with its engineers, two weeks of building and two of supervised launch, plus modules Eva does not sell, such as campaign management with Vambe Ads ($497 USD per month) and after-sales with Vambe Service.
It does not publish whether Meta's per-message WhatsApp charge is included, or the scope of its guarantee. Its pricing page contradicts itself on the cost of the second month, and its terms disagree with it on minimum term and cancellation.
What happens when the agent does not know something?
That question separates a useful agent from one you have to watch. Eva answers from your catalog and your knowledge base, and only with the fields you marked visible. When a value is not loaded, it says so and asks a person on your team for help, who receives the conversation with its full history.
Teaching it something new does not go through a ticket: you change the key information, the process or the restrictions, test it in draft and publish it when you are satisfied. Until you publish, what it answers in production does not change.
Vambe publishes safety rails «para que tu IA no invente» and automatic tests before and after each update. On Capterra it holds 4.9 out of 5 from 21 reviews (the link is in the table, row «Public reviews»); inside five-star reviews, some customers list as a con early «tropiezos con educar a la IA» (stumbles teaching the AI) or that it sometimes «mezcla info» (mixes information up).
These are individual reviews, not a measurement. No vendor publishes a measured error rate, and neither do we. What you can do is ask for a demo with ten real customer questions, including one whose answer is not in your information, and see what each one replies.
What does the first year cost?
On the Standard card paid monthly, Vambe charges $600 USD in the first month, $300 USD in the second and $574 USD every month from the third. The twelve months add up to 6,640 dollars; the arithmetic is ours, on its published figures. Its page offers 25 percent off with annual billing.
That price includes 3,000 conversations a month: every 24-hour exchange with the assistant, on any channel. An additional conversation costs $0.40 USD. If your volume grows, Service Pro costs $873 USD per month with 4,000 conversations.
Eva publishes from $191 USD per month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month) on Essential, with 5,000 credits and 5 users. The annual plan equals ten monthly payments covering twelve months. Assisted setup costs $579 USD once, half price with an annual plan.
The two units are not the same: Vambe counts 24-hour conversations and Eva counts agent replies. Ask both for the arithmetic on one real week of your messages.
What does the contract say when you want out?
Vambe's pricing page says: «Todos nuestros planes son mensuales y puedes cancelar cuando quieras sin penalizaciones» (every plan is monthly and you can cancel whenever you want without penalty). Its terms, updated on 26 May 2026, set an initial term of one year with automatic renewal.
To cancel, those terms ask for 30 days' written notice and payment of the current and the following period. They also say payments are non-refundable and implementation is not returned once started. A signed contract may say otherwise, and that one governs.
Outside Chile, the contract is with Vambe AI, Inc., a Delaware company whose address is left blank in the published document.
Eva is bought month to month or by the year; cancellation is scheduled from the billing page for the end of the paid period, with no partial refunds. Whoever you choose, ask in writing for the term, the cancellation notice and the export of your data before signing.
What does Vambe publish and what could we not confirm?
Five points stay open: whether the second month costs $300 USD or is free, since its plan card and its FAQ disagree; the scope of its two-month guarantee and its «ROI garantizado»; whether Meta's per-message charge is included; the real number of integrations, stated as both 50 and 150; and its security certifications, which we did not inspect.
From 1 October 2026 Meta also charges utility templates inside the 24-hour window, so that row weighs more than it used to.
Eva has limits too: there is no public signup or free trial; onboarding is assisted. Eva Pay settles by SPEI, not card. If any of that is essential, say so in the first message and we will tell you no right there.
Eva is not for you if…
- You want the cheapest inbox for a team that answers by hand: Eva charges for the agent’s work, not for sorting chats.
- You want the vendor to also run your ads: Eva answers and sells inside the conversation, but does not manage your Meta, Google or TikTok campaigns.
- You must take card payments inside the chat: Eva Pay settles through SPEI bank transfer in its current version.
FAQ
What does each one cost?
Eva publishes from $191 USD per month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month) on Essential, $379 USD on Professional and $579 USD on Complete, with setup billed separately from $579 USD. Vambe publishes $574 USD per month on Standard and $873 USD on Service Pro from the third month, with an implementation month of $600 USD or $650 USD and a second month of $300 USD; Corporate from $2,647 USD. Verified on 24 September 2026.
Which one makes up fewer answers?
Neither publishes a measured error rate. What you can compare is the mechanism: Eva answers with the fields you marked visible, says when a value is missing and asks a person for help, and every change is tested in draft. Vambe publishes safety rails and automatic tests. Ask both for a demo with your real questions.
Can I correct the agent myself?
With Eva, yes: you change identity, process, key information, restrictions and follow-ups, test them in draft and publish them when you are satisfied. With Vambe, its engineers implement during the first month and afterwards an in-platform assistant edits flows and agents from instructions; some reviews mention that teaching the AI was hard at the start.
Does it work for a language school?
Both serve education. Vambe publishes an education page and a case with a Chilean university. Eva answers fees, schedules and levels with what you loaded, invites prospects to the placement test and books it, follows up until enrollment and hands the conversation to your advisor with its full history when a person is needed.
What does Vambe have that Eva does not sell?
Three published things: implementation by its engineers with a supervised launch, campaign management for your ads with Vambe Ads ($497 USD per month) and after-sales with service levels, tickets and surveys in Vambe Service. If one of them decides your purchase, compare it first; if what decides it is how the agent answers and who corrects it, try both.
