Leadsales vs Whaticket

Leadsales vs Whaticket: which one is better for selling on WhatsApp?

Leadsales vs Whaticket comes down to how you sell: Leadsales if your team sells stage by stage and wants to pay in pesos with a Mexican tax invoice; Whaticket if you want the cheapest way for several people to answer one number. Whaticket starts at $49 USD a month and Leadsales at $97 USD a month ($2,362.92 MXN in Mexico), both with three users.

Eva is our product, and we say so first. This page compares Leadsales and Whaticket on what each one publishes today, with a link and a date. Eva comes in at the end, as a third option.

They are not the same product. Leadsales is a stage-based sales board from a Mexican company. Whaticket is a shared inbox that lets several people answer the same number.

Whaticket to answer cheaply; Leadsales to sell in stages

Pick Whaticket if your team answers from one number and you want to spend little. BASIC costs $49 USD a month with three users. PRO costs $109 USD with eight users on the same number.

Pick Leadsales if you want to watch every sale move across columns, from first message to close. The company is Mexican, bills customers in Mexico in pesos, and the tax invoice comes straight from the account.

If what you need is AI that answers, neither includes it in the price. Leadsales sells its agent separately, and Whaticket has you pay for usage directly to OpenAI.

Whaticket costs less at every team size you can compare

With three people, Whaticket BASIC costs $49 USD a month and Leadsales Básico $97 USD. In Mexico, Leadsales bills that plan in pesos: $2,362.92 MXN a month.

From four to eight people, Whaticket PRO costs $109 USD a month. On Leadsales, four people fit on Profesional at $133 USD and five on Avanzado at $247 USD. Above five, Leadsales publishes no extra-user price, so that sum cannot be done with public figures.

The difference buys different things. Leadsales includes the stage board on every plan, plus sending credits and the official API from Profesional up. Whaticket includes the shared inbox with labels and departments, and lets you choose how the number connects.

Both bill up front. If you prepay a long term and cancel early, neither refunds the time you did not use.

Leadsales wins on pesos and process; Whaticket on price and flexibility

Leadsales is stronger if you sell with a process. Every conversation sits in a column of your sales board. Profesional and Avanzado add stage-based sends with Meta-approved templates.

Local matters too: it bills customers in Mexico in pesos, invoices from the account and publishes support hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 18:00.

Whaticket is stronger if you answer a lot and sell simply. It does not charge per conversation: chats, contacts and history are unlimited. It assigns chats automatically, transfers them without losing history and connects Instagram and Messenger at no extra cost.

Its other edge is the connection. You can start with a QR code or WhatsApp Business and move to the official API later. Each extra number costs from $20 USD a month, useful if you run branches or several brands.

AI is billed separately on both

Leadsales sells Lead Agent separately: $87 USD a month on Starter, $297 USD on Growth and $793 USD on Scale, with the first month free. It works with Profesional and Avanzado: it qualifies the prospect, moves them to the next stage and hands them to a seller.

The tiers are set by conversations a month: up to 500 on Starter, 2,000 on Growth and 6,000 on Scale. With the agent, the smallest combination is Profesional plus Starter, not Profesional alone.

Whaticket lets you switch on its AI, but you buy the usage directly from OpenAI. It publishes no allowance, no usage per reply and no calculator. That budget line stays blank until you measure it.

Ask both the same question in writing: what does a month cost at your real conversation volume.

Bulk sending: over the API on Leadsales, over a QR code on Whaticket

Leadsales sends with official-API templates from Profesional up. It includes 250 credits a month on Profesional and 500 on Avanzado; one credit covers a conversation your business opens. Unused credits do not carry over.

Whaticket sells sending packs only for QR-code connections: $25 USD for 1,000 messages, $38 USD for 2,000, $75 USD for 5,000 and $105 USD for 7,500. Campaigns over the official API do not pay for that pack.

Whaticket offers the QR code as a connection separate from the official API, and Meta governs its API under terms of its own. If that number carries your business, choose the connection before the pack price. And ask both how they bill Meta's per-template fees.

And Eva? It is ours, and it is not always the right call

Eva is our product. It starts at $191 USD a month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month) on Esencial, with 5 users and 5,000 credits. AI is already in the price. An extra user costs $17 USD a month, an extra agent $59 USD, and a 1,000-credit top-up $49 USD.

The difference is that the agent does the work. It quotes from your real catalog, books against real availability, takes payment inside the conversation and follows up for months. It all lands in the built-in CRM, with no typing.

When Eva is not the right call. If you only need a cheap inbox for one number, Whaticket costs less. If you want bulk sending over a QR code, Eva does not compete there: it runs on the official API. And if you want to sign up today without talking to anyone, Eva has no self-serve signup or free trial. Setup is included: we configure everything Eva does today, at no extra cost.

How to decide in one afternoon

Count people and numbers. With one number and up to eight people, Whaticket PRO covers you at $109 USD a month. With several numbers, add from $20 USD each on Whaticket and ask Leadsales how many your account connects.

Open fifty conversations from last week. If nearly all are settled with a fixed answer, buy the cheaper inbox. If half need a quote, a booking or a sale followed stage by stage, you are buying a process or an agent.

Send both the same email: what AI costs at your volume, what an extra user costs and who invoices you.

Test with your own operation. Whaticket gives fourteen days free, and Leadsales shows a link to try Básico for fourteen days.
