Eva is our product. Each price is one its vendor publishes, in its own currency and unconverted, with its billing unit; what costs extra is in each option's detail.
The alternatives to LiveConnect are compared on three allowances rather than on the sticker price: how many AI conversations the plan includes, how many WhatsApp numbers it covers, and how many items the catalog accepts. LiveConnect publishes all three, all three are bounded, and it does not publish what exceeding them costs.
LiveConnect is a Latin American multi-agent inbox with a CRM inside it: WhatsApp through the official API and through a QR code, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, website chat and email, transfers between agents or teams with the history preserved, opportunities and follow-ups, and products and payment links shared inside the chat. Its entry plan costs $45 USD per month, or $36 USD per month billed yearly.
Eva is our product and it comes first on this list, so we state the criteria, the order and the source of every figure. EvaAI works with businesses in any country: Eva is configured and answers in Spanish or English, and we do not limit sales to Mexico.
5 real options
Why people look for an alternative to LiveConnect
AI conversations are counted and the overage is not published. Mini includes 50 per month, Básico 100, Estándar 250, Profesional 500 and Enterprise 1,500, alongside separate total-conversation allowances running from 300 to 15,000. Its table publishes neither the price of an extra conversation, nor when the meter resets, nor how the LC credits it mentions on Enterprise are charged. Verified on 16 September 2026.
One WhatsApp number on almost every plan. Mini, Básico, Estándar and Profesional include one WhatsApp account and one Instagram account; only Enterprise, at $599 USD per month, or $479 USD per month billed yearly, publishes six WhatsApp numbers. If you run two branches on two lines, the plan jump is not gradual.
The CRM and catalog caps. CRM deals run from 150 on Mini to 7,500 on Enterprise, and the catalog stops at 10 items on every plan except Enterprise, which publishes 100. For a business that sells from a price list, ten items is not a catalog.
What its own pages say two different ways. The homepage offers unlimited automation flows on every plan while the pricing table lists per-plan quantities and unlimited only on Enterprise; the same table lists one email channel on Mini, Estándar, Profesional and Enterprise and leaves the Básico cell blank, saying neither yes nor no. Both are worth resolving in writing before signing.
The currency and the invoice. It publishes in dollars, with a Colombian footer and Latin American positioning. We could not verify peso pricing, a CFDI commitment or the list of eligible countries, and its company and conversation counts are self-reported, with no independent audit.
Criteria
- It publishes its allowances and what happens when they run out: conversations, AI responses, numbers and catalog items.
- It states how many WhatsApp and social accounts each plan includes, without the buyer having to reconcile the homepage against the table.
- It does the same commercial job: quoting from the real catalog, booking, taking payment and following up, not only distributing conversations.
- It declares its currency and whether peso pricing and Mexican CFDI invoices exist for a Mexican buyer.
- Every claim links to the vendor's public page and carries its verification date. Criteria set on 16 September 2026.
Eva is our product and appears on this list, so the list is not neutral by nature; that is why every row links the public page it came from. The LiveConnect figures and the Whaticket plan prices were verified on 16 September 2026; Whaticket's additional connection and the Leadsales plans on 28 September 2026, the Aurora Inbox prices between 28 and 29 September 2026, the Kommo prices on 24 September 2026, and the Lead Agent price on 1 October 2026. Every figure is printed in the currency its vendor publishes, without conversion. Whatever we could not find published is stated as an absence of public information, not as a product defect.
Five real alternatives
1. Eva
Best for: Anyone who wants an AI agent to quote from their real catalog, book and follow up.
Includes a CRM, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, calls, email and your website.
Setup included.
Price: Eva from $191 USD a month, billed yearly, AI credits included.
What costs extra and the terms
Source2. Whaticket
Best for: A large support team for whom per-seat arithmetic hurts: it publishes three users on Plan BASIC and eight on Plan PRO, with no published cap on contacts or chats, and it brings WhatsApp by QR code, WhatsApp Business, the official API, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok and website chat into one inbox.
Tradeoff: USD 49 per month on Plan BASIC, or $39.20 USD per month billed yearly, and $109 USD per month on Plan PRO; each additional WhatsApp connection costs from USD 20 per month. AI is not included: you pay OpenAI directly for its Wäbot agent's usage, with no published allowance, per-conversation consumption or total-cost calculator. Its legal entity is a US company and its Spanish-language offer is in dollars, so the Mexican-invoice problem is not solved on that side.
Source3. Aurora Inbox
Best for: Anyone leaving LiveConnect because they need a Mexican invoice and a peso figure. Aurora publishes a monthly peso price with three users included on every plan, an AI agent with 800 monthly responses from the entry plan, broadcasts, appointment scheduling that has to be activated per account, and documented Mexican tax identifiers with downloadable CFDI files.
Tradeoff: $1,800 MXN per month plus VAT for Aurora CRM, or $99 USD if you prefer dollars, and $240 MXN per month plus VAT for each additional user or channel, so the third channel is no longer free. It publishes no AI-response overage price. And it covers WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger: we found no Telegram and no website chat, both of which LiveConnect publishes.
Source4. Leadsales
Best for: Anyone who wants WhatsApp organized into sales stages with a peso price for customers in Mexico and a Mexican corporation behind the contract. Its Plan Profesional connects the official WhatsApp API and includes four users, ten sales boards, 20,000 active conversations and 250 monthly WhatsApp credits.
Tradeoff: $133 USD per month on Plan Profesional, which is $3,239.88 MXN for customers in Mexico, and its AI agent, Lead Agent, is billed separately from $87 USD per month. Its entry plan connects WhatsApp Messenger rather than the official API and includes no bulk sending. It is a sales-stage CRM with messaging, not the broad multichannel inbox LiveConnect publishes.
Source5. Kommo
Best for: Anyone who needs several WhatsApp numbers without jumping to an enterprise plan: Avanzado includes three numbers at $30 USD per paid user per month and Pro publishes unlimited numbers at $45 USD per user per month, with a visual sales-stage board, tasks, contact records and campaign analytics.
Tradeoff: The price multiplies by every person who needs access, and the published minimum is six months prepaid, with no monthly option. The autonomous agent is not available to new Básico customers, and AI credits are bought in separate packages from $29 USD per month. It bills in dollars and says an official partner may resell in local currency, but publishes no such price for Mexico.

Eva in detail: Eva hands the conversation to a person on your team with the full history, and also handles Instagram comments and TikTok ad comments. Essential costs $229 USD month to month, with 5,000 credits and 5 users included; a 1,000-credit top-up costs $49 USD and each extra user is $17 USD per month. Setup is included: we configure everything Eva does today, at no extra cost. Payment inside the conversation runs on SPEI. There is no public self-serve signup and no free trial today, and the entry ticket is higher than LiveConnect Mini. And if you also need Telegram in the same inbox, LiveConnect publishes that channel and we do not.
Eva is our product and comes first, so here are the criteria: published allowances and overages, declared accounts per plan, the same commercial job of quoting, booking, taking payment and following up, declared currency and invoicing, and every figure with a source and a date. Eva comes first because it combines an agent that executes, an included CRM, every channel and AI inside the price, with a real catalog and no ten-item ceiling. Whaticket follows for large support teams willing to pay for their own AI usage; Aurora Inbox for buyers who need pesos and Mexican invoicing; Leadsales for WhatsApp sales stages with a peso price; and Kommo for teams that need several numbers and want a per-seat sales CRM. LiveConnect keeps real advantages: the lowest entry ticket on this list, Telegram, website chat and email alongside the Meta channels, transfers between agents with the history preserved, and additional agents published at 1 USD per month on its homepage. If your operation fits in one WhatsApp number and a short catalog, stay where you are.
What switching actually involves
The first step is the WhatsApp number, and how you connected it matters. LiveConnect offers WhatsApp through the official API and through a QR code: on the API, changing vendors means migrating the WhatsApp Business account between platforms, with verification in the middle; on the QR code, the history lives in the phone session. Find out which of the two you have before planning anything.
The second is the allowance that is not published. Before renewing, ask in writing when your conversations and AI conversations reset, what an extra conversation costs, what LC credits are and what they cost, and whether your plan's automation limits are the ones in the table or the ones on the homepage.
The third is your data: contacts, CRM opportunities and the catalog. Ask for the full export before cancelling anything and check that it carries the custom fields. With a ten-item catalog the rebuild is quick, but opportunities with their history do not get retyped by hand.
The fourth is the configuration. The agent's instructions, the flows and the saved replies do not copy across to the next vendor: they get rebuilt. Setup is included: we configure everything Eva does today, at no extra cost. Eva goes live in up to 5 business days once access and catalog are ready.
The fifth is the overlap. Budget one month paying both vendors: nobody switches off a sales channel to test another one. Run the replacement on a secondary channel or a bounded time window, compare real resolved conversations, and move when the number convinces you.
And on our side, so you know what is left for you: we handle the number's migration inside Meta ourselves, the same way we handle your company's verification. Your contacts come into Eva by CSV or Excel file, with deduplication on import; your catalog comes in by file or by API; and on top of that a contact is created and updated on its own the moment the person writes. Ask your current vendor for the export and we go through it with you during setup, before you cancel anything.

LiveConnect includes AI conversations counted per plan.
