Eva vs Wizybot
Eva vs Wizybot: which one fits your business?
Both connect to your Shopify store. The difference is what happens next: Wizybot answers questions with the store's data; Eva sells from it — quoting, taking payment, invoicing, booking and following up until the sale closes.
Eva also works without a store: load your catalog by file or API and she quotes by size, SKU or variant. Every conversation lands in her CRM, where prospects are organized and managed automatically.
This page compares what each publishes today. Wizybot's figures come from its Shopify listing and public pages, verified on 29 July 2026, and every row keeps its link.

Which one fits you?
Choose Eva if…
- You want the agent to close the sale, not just answer: Eva quotes from your real catalog — your Shopify or your file —, books the appointment, takes payment, invoices your customer and follows up for up to 180 days. From $191 USD per month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month), with the AI already included in the price.
- You want to stop typing data in: the built-in CRM captures and manages every prospect automatically, and Eva works with your team — handing off to a person with the full history when it matters.
- Your customers reach you everywhere: WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok, calls, email and your website, with Instagram, Facebook and TikTok comments answered automatically by the same agent.
Choose Wizybot if…
- You only need store questions answered — inventory, orders, shipping — and nothing more: Wizybot documents that case with a one-to-ten-minute install and no implementation fee.
- Your operation is a large team answering by hand: Basic publishes unlimited human support agents, chats and tickets, and its inbox page publishes unlimited phone lines.
- You want to try today without talking to anyone and without lock-in: its install is self-serve and you can uninstall any time. Eva onboarding is assisted.
Eva is our product, so this page is not neutral by nature; that is why it is verifiable. Every Wizybot figure comes from its public pages and its Shopify listing, was checked on 29 July 2026 and keeps its link. Wizybot publishes no Mexican-peso price, so we convert nothing. An honest frame
What Wizybot does well, we say plainly: on a supported store it installs with a published turnaround of one to ten minutes depending on your product count, charges no implementation fee and has no lock-in. It publishes its rate, its overage, and unlimited human agents and phone lines.
What it does not publish also counts: peso pricing, CFDI invoicing, appointment booking and in-chat payment do not appear on its pages. Every row below carries its source.
What does each one do with your Shopify store?
Both connect. Wizybot trains its agent on the store's products, inventory, policies, orders and shipping, and answers with that. It is a good store answerer.
Eva uses the same connection to sell: your Shopify catalog is her source, orders feed the CRM purchase history, and the agent quotes, sends the payment link, invoices and books — inside the conversation.
And if your business does not live in an online store — steel, packaging, parts, services —, Eva loads the catalog by file or API and quotes by size, gauge or SKU. Wizybot does not document that case.
On data freshness: Eva verifies the product record and checks the data at answer time; file-based sources refresh when you upload them again.
How is what you pay measured?
The two units are comparable, which is rare in this market. Wizybot bills AI messages: 1,250 included on Basic every 30 days, then $0.07 USD each. Human messages do not count.
Eva bills credits: each agent reply uses one, what the customer and your team write uses zero, and a campaign uses one credit per ten sends. Plans carry 5,000, 9,000 and 15,000 credits; the 1,000-credit top-up costs $49 USD and purchased credits never expire.
Currency does separate them: Wizybot bills in dollars and Eva publishes pesos inside Mexico. We invented no equivalence — the exchange rate on your billing day decides that math.
Where their math wins: if your operation is a large team answering by hand, their plan publishes unlimited human agents and Eva charges $17 USD per extra user per month. That row decides a human-support purchase, not which platform completes the sale.
Pesos or dollars? The tax line
Wizybot publishes no Mexican-peso price: its Shopify rate is in dollars and its Spanish page shows the figure without naming the currency. We found no exchange-rate rule and no Mexican-invoice commitment; its legal entity is in Delaware.
Eva publishes pesos plus VAT inside Mexico, invoices CFDI for its own service, and issues CFDI to your customers via Facturapi. Outside Mexico she publishes dollars.
For a brand already buying software in dollars, this line weighs little. For a company that deducts with CFDI and budgets in pesos, it weighs a lot. Ask both vendors for it in writing before signing.
What does Wizybot publish that we could not confirm?
A comparison is only useful if it also says where the information runs out. With Wizybot we recorded seventeen open points.
The three that weigh most at purchase: no peso price, tax-inclusive total or Mexican tax treatment is public; the $150 USD Personalized price appears on Shopify while its own page says contact sales — treat it as channel pricing, not a guaranteed quote.
Its first-month refund promise is published with no formula, attribution window, exclusions or claim procedure.
Its own site contradicts itself on measurable points: the Basic matrix says unlimited automations while its pricing FAQ says automations have limits; it uses two different thresholds for agent languages; and its homepage resolution figures differ from its product page.
Its free trial is announced without duration, quota, or whether it asks for a card.
Its scale is its own claim: it says it serves more than 3,000 brands in over 40 countries, while an April 2026 press note reported more than 8,000 brands in 35 countries.
We do not say either is false: they cannot be added into one current figure, and you should ask for them in writing — same as ours.
Its one-star Shopify reviews (4.6 of 5 across 142 reviews as of 29 July 2026) are purchase-risk evidence, not reproduced defects: a Colombian merchant reported in May 2026 post-sale support unanswered for days.
A Peruvian merchant reported, in October 2025, a promised catalog flow that never arrived and a collection link showing only three products; and a Mexican one, in September 2025, a three-month launch with a chat that answered poorly.
Ask them for a live demo — same as you should ask us.
Eva's open items are public too: Eva Pay settles by SPEI rather than card, and there is no free trial or self-serve signup — onboarding is assisted. If any of that is a requirement, say so in your first message and we will tell you straight.
Eva is not for you if…
- You want the cheapest inbox for your team to answer by hand: Eva charges for the agent's work, not for organizing chats.
- Your way of deciding is opening a free account tonight and playing: there is no public trial or self-serve signup today — onboarding is assisted.
- You must pay by card: Eva Pay settles by SPEI bank transfer in its current version.
FAQ
How much does each cost?
Eva publishes from $191 USD per month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month) on Essential, $379 USD on Professional and $579 USD on Complete; guided setup is free and Assisted setup is purchased separately from $579 USD (half price with an annual plan). Wizybot publishes $69.99 USD every 30 days on Basic and $150 USD on Personalized in its Shopify listing, verified on 29 July 2026, with no peso price.
Does Wizybot bill in pesos or issue CFDI in Mexico?
It does not publish either. Its Shopify rate is in dollars, its Spanish page shows the figure without naming the currency, and we found no peso price, exchange-rate rule or Mexican-invoice commitment. Its legal entity is Wizybot Inc, in Delaware. Ask for it in writing before you sign.
Which one fits if I sell on Shopify?
It depends on what you want the agent to do. If it only needs to answer store questions — inventory, orders, shipping —, Wizybot documents that case with a minutes-long install. If you want it to sell — quote, take payment, invoice your customer, book and follow up for up to 180 days, with prospects organized automatically in the CRM —, that is Eva, with your same Shopify store connected as the source.
What happens when the month's messages run out?
Wizybot charges $0.07 USD per extra AI message after the 1,250 included and $0.05 USD per extra AI comment after the 2,500. On Eva you buy a 1,000-credit top-up for $49 USD and purchased credits never expire. Both publish their rule, which is more than much of the market does.
Which is better if I have many people answering?
If the work will stay in human hands, Wizybot's math favors them: Basic publishes unlimited human support agents, chats and tickets, and Eva charges $17 USD per extra user per month beyond your plan's 5, 10 or 15. The prior question is whether you want to keep paying payroll to answer at all: with Eva the agent does that work and your team steps in to close.
