How it works
- 1. Eva asks for what is missing
Buyers write what is in their head, not what your system needs. Eva asks for the details that make an enquiry quotable — model, dimensions, quantity, location — in the order you defined, and accepts a photo when showing is easier than describing.
- 2. It searches your catalog and verifies
Eva searches the catalog you loaded by file or API and returns up to 25 candidates. Before naming a price it pulls the verified product record and uses only the fields you marked visible, so an internal cost or a warehouse note never reaches the customer.
- 3. It answers, records and follows up
Eva sends the quote with its conditions, creates or updates the contact and opportunity in the CRM, and schedules follow-up. It can come back days or months later, take payment by bank transfer where that is supported, and ask for a person the moment the buyer needs one.

- A connected channel: WhatsApp Business and, if you want them, Instagram, Messenger, calls, email, your website widget or the API.
- Your commercial rules written down: which details to collect before quoting, which conditions and validity travel with the price, and when a conversation must go to a person.
- A pipeline linked to the agent if you want quotes recorded as CRM opportunities.
Good to know
- Search returns up to 25 candidates and the detail lookup only returns fields marked visible: what is not in the catalog, Eva does not answer.
- API-connected sources sync every 24 hours and file sources refresh when you upload them again; minute-by-minute stock requires a live lookup exposed from your own system.
- From a photo, Eva returns candidates with a confidence level rather than a verdict; price, currency, availability and variants are confirmed against the product record, and incomplete verification caps what it will assert.
- Outside the WhatsApp conversation window an approved template is required; without one the message is parked, skipped or waits for a person, depending on the case.
- Eva Pay creates SPEI bank-transfer links in Mexican pesos; CFDI invoicing requires a complete Mexican tax profile.
- When somebody on your team takes over the conversation, Eva stops writing until control is handed back.
