Kommo alternatives
What are the best alternatives to Kommo?
Kommo is a sales CRM with messaging, visual pipelines, tasks, contact records, analytics and a native WhatsApp Cloud API integration. Almost nobody leaves because the product falls short; they leave because of how it is paid for.
We compare five alternatives using each vendor's published prices and limits. Eva is our product, so we disclose the criteria and order. Everything was verified on 28 July 2026 on each vendor's public pages.
5 real options
Why people look for an alternative to Kommo
The first reason is that there is no monthly option. Kommo's own page says so: pricing is quoted per paid user per month, but the minimum purchase is six months prepaid. On Básico that means $90 USD per seat before you start, and $150 USD per seat on Avanzado. For a business that wants to try a tool with two people for one month, that rule rules it out before the first conversation.
The second is that the price multiplies per person. All users on an account share the same plan — plans cannot be mixed seat by seat — so cost rises with every person who needs access. Free users exist, but they can only view and chat inside the client records specifically shared with them. If your team grows from three to eight, the cost grows with it.
The third is where the AI agent lives. The autonomous agent is not available to new Básico customers: it starts on Avanzado at $25 USD per paid user per month. What Básico includes is the assisted layer — suggested replies, summaries, writing help — which is useful, but it is not an agent that answers on its own.
The fourth is AI credits. Kommo includes 750 credits per paid user per month on Básico, 1,250 on Avanzado and 2,250 on Pro, and publishes that an agent response consumes approximately 15 credits while an analyst request consumes between 100 and 200. On that arithmetic, the credits included with Básico cover on the order of fifty responses per user per month. Included credits do not roll over, and additional packages cost $29 USD, $99 USD and $199 USD per month, with at least three months prepaid on a first purchase and credits that reset every 30 days.
The fifth is the invoice. Kommo bills subscriptions in dollars only and says an official partner may resell it in local currency, but publishes no such partner price for Mexico. We found no Mexican entity, peso rate card, VAT treatment or CFDI commitment. It also publishes neither the discounts nor the totals for its nine-, twelve- and twenty-four-month terms, nor a price for the Empresarial plan.
Criteria
- It publishes a price. An alternative that only quotes on a call cannot be compared, so all five publish at least one list price.
- It can be paid monthly, or it states clearly what minimum term it requires. That is the criterion that orders this list.
- It does the same job — selling and answering over messaging with a record of contacts and stages behind it.
- It can be bought from Mexico today, even when it bills in dollars; where no Mexican entity or local invoicing is published, this page says so.
- Every claim here links to the vendor's public page and carries its verification date.
Eva is our product and appears on this list, so the list is not neutral by nature; that is why every row links the public page it came from. The Kommo, Aurora Inbox, Leadsales, Whaticket and Kosmo prices were verified on 28 July 2026 and are printed in the currency each vendor publishes, without conversion. Kommo publishes no peso rate card, so no converted Kommo figure appears anywhere on this page.
Five real alternatives
1. Eva
Best for: Anyone who needs Eva's five foundations: Eva does the work, not just the talking: She quotes from your real catalog, books, takes payment, invoices and follows up for months — inside the same conversation. A built-in CRM where everything organizes itself: Every prospect is captured, classified and managed automatically, and Eva works with your team: handoff to a person with the full history. Every channel included: WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok, calls, email and your website — including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok comments. AI is already in the price: No separate accounts and no extra AI charges: each agent reply uses one plan credit, and that is it. Public pricing: Plans, add-ons and setup published, with a verification date on every figure on this page. From $191 USD per month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month).
Tradeoff: From $191 USD per month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month) on Essential with 5,000 credits, Eva costs more than the cheaper inboxes on this list. Payment inside the conversation is by SPEI. Setup is purchased separately from $579 USD (half price with an annual plan); a 1,000-credit top-up costs $49 USD and each extra user is $17 USD per month. For campaign-attribution analytics and bookings inside the dashboard, that specific row belongs to Kommo. There is also no public self-serve signup or free trial today.
Source2. Aurora Inbox
Best for: Anyone leaving Kommo who does not want to commit six months or pay per seat. Aurora publishes a monthly peso price with three users included on every plan, an AI agent with 800 monthly responses from the entry plan, the three Meta channels, and invoicing with Mexican tax identifiers and downloadable CFDI files.
Tradeoff: $1,800 MXN per month plus VAT (or $99 USD) for Aurora CRM. Each additional user and each additional channel costs $240 MXN per month plus VAT. It is not a sales CRM the size of Kommo: we found nothing equivalent to its campaign analytics or booking management, and it publishes no AI-response overage price either.
Source3. Leadsales
Best for: Anyone who wants stage-based records without paying per seat or committing half a year: it bills customers located in Mexico in pesos, operates through a Mexican corporation, documents Mexican tax invoicing and includes three users on its entry plan.
Tradeoff: $97 USD per month on Plan Básico, charged as $2,362.92 MXN to customers in Mexico, with three users and five pipelines; each additional user is $13 USD per month. Its AI agent starts on the Profesional plan and its price after the first thirty days is not public. Its pricing FAQ says each account connects a single WhatsApp number, against three on Kommo Avanzado.
Source4. Whaticket
Best for: A large support team for whom per-seat arithmetic hurts: it publishes three users on Plan BASIC and eight on Plan PRO, with no published cap on contacts or chats and one WhatsApp connection included.
Tradeoff: USD 49 per month on Plan BASIC and $109 USD on Plan PRO; each additional WhatsApp connection is USD 20 per month. AI is not included: OpenAI tokens are bought directly from OpenAI with no published allowance or per-conversation consumption. Its legal entity is American, so the dollar-invoice problem is not solved on that side.
Source5. Kosmo
Best for: Anyone leaving because there is nobody to hand the configuration to. All three plans include Kosmo analyzing the business, configuring the bot, connecting the channels and training the team, with a published 72-hour turnaround, and it publishes its rate card in pesos.
Tradeoff: $4,497 MXN per month on Starter, with one channel of your choice and one user, and $12,497 MXN on Professional Growth: its entry plan carries fewer users than almost anything else on this list. It bills conversations per month without publishing what starts or ends a conversation, and its own site states that its entry point is high.
Source
Eva is our product and comes first. These are the criteria: published pricing, a clear minimum term, sales and support over messaging with contacts and stages, availability to buy from Mexico, and claims with a source and date. Eva comes first because it combines an agent that executes, an included CRM, every channel and comments, AI included and public pricing. Aurora follows for buyers prioritizing pesos and three included users; Leadsales for stage-based records without per-seat billing; Whaticket for a large-team shared inbox; and Kosmo for included configuration. Kommo retains a published advantage in campaign attribution and marketing analytics, so that specific need deserves comparison before switching.
What switching actually involves
The first step is the WhatsApp number. Kommo's native integration is built on Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API, so your number already lives there: changing platforms means migrating the WhatsApp Business account between providers inside Meta, with verification in the middle. Plan for days rather than minutes, and ask for the release procedure in writing before you sign with the next vendor.
The second is your data, and here Kommo stands better than most: it publishes developer documentation, so a technical path exists for getting contacts, deals and stages out. We did not verify its exact scope, so do what you would with any vendor: ask for the export clause in the document you will sign and for a test export before you cancel anything.
The third is the configuration, and with Kommo there is usually a lot of it. Pipelines with stages, automatic tasks, Salesbot flows and AI agents configured one by one do not copy across to the next vendor. With Eva, guided setup is prepared from your website and catalog and you approve it at no cost, while assisted setup costs $579 USD once with delivery within five business days of receiving complete inputs. Kosmo builds it for you on all three plans with a published 72-hour turnaround. With Aurora, Leadsales and Whaticket the configuration is yours to build beyond whatever the plan includes.
The fourth is the calendar, and here Kommo's rule works in your favor for once. Because you already prepaid six months, the overlap that normally costs extra money is already paid: use the remaining term to run the new vendor in parallel on a secondary channel or a time window, and move when you have seen real conversations resolved. Check your AI credit packages too, since their term cannot extend beyond what is left of the subscription.
The fifth is the exit on the other side. Aurora states that payment is in advance and non-refundable; Leadsales says commitments longer than one month are not refunded and that cancellation must be requested at least three days before the next charge; Whaticket says there is no refund for early termination and that fees for the remaining term become due. If you are leaving Kommo over a six-month commitment, read those three clauses before signing the next one.
And on our side, so you know what is left for you: we handle the number's migration inside Meta ourselves, the same way we handle your company's verification. On contacts we would rather understate it — your catalog does come in by file or by API, and a contact is created and updated on its own the moment the person writes — but we publish no contact-list import today, so we are not going to promise you one. Ask your current vendor for the export and we go through it with you during setup, before you cancel anything.
FAQ
What does starting with Kommo actually cost?
More than the monthly price you see. Básico is advertised at $15 USD per paid user per month, but there is no monthly option: the published minimum is six months prepaid, meaning $90 USD per seat before you start, and $150 USD per seat on Avanzado. That number multiplies by every person who needs access, because all users on the account share the same plan.
Which ones can be paid monthly?
Aurora Inbox, Leadsales, Whaticket, Kosmo and Eva all publish monthly prices. That does not mean the money is recoverable: Aurora states payment is in advance and non-refundable, and Whaticket states there is no refund for early termination. The real difference against Kommo is the entry commitment, not the refund policy.
How many AI responses does each Kommo plan include?
Kommo includes 750 credits per paid user per month on Básico, 1,250 on Avanzado and 2,250 on Pro, and publishes that one agent response consumes approximately 15 credits. On its own arithmetic, Básico covers on the order of fifty responses per user per month — and the autonomous agent is not even available there to new customers, since it starts on Avanzado. Additional packages cost $29 USD, $99 USD and $199 USD per month.
Which ones bill in pesos and issue Mexican CFDI invoices?
Aurora Inbox publishes its price in pesos plus VAT and documents Mexican tax identifiers and CFDI downloads. Leadsales bills customers located in Mexico in pesos and its terms identify a Mexican corporation. Kosmo publishes its rate card in pesos. Eva publishes pesos plus VAT inside Mexico and also issues CFDI invoices on your customers' behalf through Facturapi when the tax profile is complete. Kommo bills in dollars only; it says an official partner may resell in local currency but publishes no such price.
What do I lose by leaving Kommo?
You do not lose a CRM, channels, comments, a Shopify connection or scheduling: Eva captures and manages prospects, handles WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok, calls, email and your website, answers Instagram, Facebook and TikTok comments, connects to Shopify and books inside the conversation. Kommo's published advantage worth reviewing is campaign attribution, audience synchronization, and sales and marketing reports. Compare it if that specific analytics need decides your purchase.
