Mirlo alternatives
What are the best Mirlo alternatives?
People searching for Mirlo alternatives usually know what they are looking at: a Mexican conversational platform, operated by Mirlo Telecomunicaciones, S.A.P.I. de C.V., with a shared inbox, AI agents on WhatsApp, web chat and voice, its own phone system, and a CRM holding contacts, accounts, deals, tasks and pipelines. It books appointments, but it is not only a booking tool.
The comparison starts at the rate card. Mirlo shows 4,199 per month for Mensajería Growth and 6,499 per month for Mensajería Pro without stating the currency on the page read on 16 September 2026. Eva is EvaAI's product and comes first on this list, so here are the criteria, the order, and what Mirlo still wins.
5 real options
Why people look for an alternative to Mirlo
The first reason is not the amount, it is the currency. On mirlo.com/precios, read on 16 September 2026, the messaging cards show 4,199, 6,499 and 9,999 per month with a peso sign and no currency code, and the open catalog feeding that page has no such field either. Its homepage does label cellular plans in pesos, but that does not establish the currency of the messaging or voice subscriptions.
The second is the billing unit. The plans include 1,500, 4,000 and 8,000 conversations per month, with 3, 6 and 12 users and the same number of connected channels. Mirlo publishes numeric values for extra conversations, users and channels, but with no currency and no interval, so this page prints none of them. The conversation definition we found, several messages with the same person inside 24 hours, sits on a partner page.
The third is a contradiction Mirlo publishes itself. The Mensajería Growth card advertises mass campaigns while the public catalog that page fetches marks them as not included, and the flows and integrations the card calls unlimited are encoded as 999. Neither establishes an operational cap, which is why the contract should spell out what Growth includes.
The fourth is that messaging and telephony are separate plan families. The Telefonía Virtual Human First and AI First lines start at 1,999 and 3,999 per month, again with no stated currency, and they meter ordinary minutes and AI minutes separately; the phone numbers they include are not WhatsApp channels. If you need the conversation and the call, that is two subscriptions.
The fifth is everything that is not published: annual option, minimum term, refund rules, voice overage and the billing interval of the add-on items. We also found no CFDI commitment for these subscriptions and no current statement on how Meta's template charges are passed through. Ask for those points in an email before you pay, not afterwards.
Criteria
- It publishes a price and the currency of that price. Criterion set on 16 September 2026, because that is exactly what is missing on the other side.
- It publishes what the plan measures and what happens when the included allowance runs out.
- It does the same job: selling and answering on WhatsApp with a CRM and an AI agent that executes, not only drafts.
- It can be bought from Mexico today; where no Mexican entity or CFDI is published, this page says so.
- Every third-party figure carries a public link and a verification date; Eva's figures come from its pricing catalog.
Eva is our product and appears on this list, so the list is not neutral by nature; that is why every row links the public page it came from. Mirlo appears without a formatted price because its page shows the amounts with no currency code: we name them exactly as published, with the page and the date they were read, 16 September 2026, and without assuming they are pesos. The Mercately prices were verified on 16 September 2026; Lead Agent on 24 August; Kommo on 24 September; Aurora Inbox and Leadsales on 28 July. Every figure is printed in the currency its vendor publishes, without conversion.
Five real alternatives
1. Eva
Best for: Choose Eva if you need its five foundations: Eva does the work, not just the talking: She quotes from your real catalog, books and follows up for months inside the same conversation. With your tools connected, she also takes the payment and issues the invoice. A built-in CRM where everything organizes itself: Every prospect is captured, classified and managed automatically, and Eva works with your team: handoff to a person with the full history. Every channel included: WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, calls, email and your website, including Instagram comments and TikTok ad comments. AI is already in the price: No separate accounts and no extra AI charges: each agent reply uses one plan credit, and that is it. Public pricing: Plans, add-ons and setup published, with a verification date on every figure on this page. From $191 USD per month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month).
Tradeoff: From $191 USD per month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month) on Essential, with 5,000 credits and 5 users included; a 1,000-credit top-up costs $49 USD and each extra user is $17 USD per month. Setup is included: we configure everything Eva does today, at no extra cost. Payment inside the conversation runs on SPEI. There is no self-serve signup and no free trial today, and Eva handles calls but does not sell a phone system with local numbers, queues and recordings.
Source2. Aurora Inbox
Best for: Choose Aurora Inbox if what you missed was an account in pesos and an invoice your accountant can file: it publishes a monthly peso price, three users on every plan, an AI agent with 800 monthly responses from the entry plan, and invoicing with Mexican tax identifiers and downloadable CFDI files.
Tradeoff: $1,800 MXN per month plus VAT for Aurora CRM and $3,200 MXN per month plus VAT for Aurora IA, with $240 MXN per month plus VAT for each additional user or channel. It publishes no AI-response overage price. And it has no phone system and no voice agent: if you bought Mirlo for the call, Aurora does not cover that part.
Source3. Mercately
Best for: Choose Mercately if you want an AI agent with a CRM and sales stages across Latin America, with the currency printed on the card: it publishes WhatsApp coexistence, a product catalog, PDF quotes and payment links through several processors.
Tradeoff: $299 USD per month on Scale IA billed monthly, or $239 USD per month billed yearly, with five users, 1,000 AI conversations and a single sales pipeline. AI setup costs USD 999 on top. Its add-on items appear with no currency code, so this page prints none of them, and it publishes no CFDI commitment.
Source4. Leadsales
Best for: Choose Leadsales if your team works in stages and you want to pay in pesos from Mexico: its terms say a customer located in Mexico is charged in pesos at the published national price, and its Professional plan connects the official WhatsApp API with four users.
Tradeoff: $2,362.92 MXN per month on Plan Básico, which no longer includes the official WhatsApp API, and $3,239.88 MXN per month on Plan Profesional with 250 campaign credits. The autonomous agent is billed separately: Lead Agent costs $87 USD per month on its Starter tier after the first free month. It publishes no phone system and no voice agent.
Source5. Kommo
Best for: Choose Kommo if the comparison shows that what you actually lack is a per-seat sales CRM: visual stages, tasks, contact records, campaign analytics and messaging inside, with several WhatsApp numbers on the upper plans.
Tradeoff: $20 USD per paid user per month on Básico, with no monthly option: the published minimum is six months prepaid, meaning $120 USD per seat before you start. The autonomous agent starts on Avanzado at $30 USD per paid user per month and is not available to new Básico customers. It bills in dollars.
Source
Eva is our product and comes first, so here are the criteria: a price with a stated currency, a published billing unit, the same commercial job with a CRM and an agent, availability to buy from Mexico, and every claim with a source and a date. Eva comes first because it combines an agent that executes, an included CRM, every channel and AI inside the price, from $191 USD per month on an annual plan. Aurora follows for buyers who need pesos and CFDI; Mercately for a regional operation; Leadsales for teams that work in stages and pay in pesos; and Kommo for a per-seat CRM. Mirlo keeps one real advantage: it is the only option here with its own phone system, local Mexican numbers, queues, recordings and autonomous voice agents. If your operation lives on the phone, stay where you are.
What switching actually involves
The first step is the WhatsApp number. Mirlo documents coexistence, meaning you keep the WhatsApp Business app on the same number while its agents work; changing vendors means moving the account inside Meta, with verification in the middle. Ask for the release procedure in writing before signing with the replacement.
The second is the phone numbers. Mirlo offers local Mexican numbers inside its phone system, and those do not travel on their own: porting is a process, it takes time and it is arranged in advance. If you receive calls on a number already printed on ads or invoices, decide what happens to that number first.
The third is data and configuration. We found no public documentation for exporting conversations or contacts, so ask for the export clause in the document you are going to sign and for a test export before you cancel anything. Templates return to Meta review when edited, and transfer rules and integrations get rebuilt on the destination.
The fourth is the overlap. Budget one month paying both vendors: nobody switches off a sales channel to test another one. Setup is included: we configure everything Eva does today, at no extra cost. Compare real resolved conversations rather than demos.
And on our side, so you know what is left for you: we handle the number's migration inside Meta ourselves, the same way we handle your company's verification. Your contacts come into Eva by CSV or Excel file, with deduplication on import; your catalog comes in by file or by API; and on top of that a contact is created and updated on its own the moment the person writes. Ask your current vendor for the export and we go through it with you during setup, before you cancel anything.
What are the best Mirlo alternatives?
It depends on the job left undone: Eva for an agent that quotes, books, takes payment with your tools connected and follows up with a CRM, Aurora Inbox for a Mexican price and invoice, Mercately for a regional operation, Leadsales to pay in pesos by sales stage, and Kommo for a per-seat CRM. Mirlo keeps the phone system.
The table puts the published entry price next to the unit that moves the account. It converts no currencies and assumes nothing about two plans with similar names. Mirlo is the reference row, and it appears with no currency because its page does not state one.
| Option | Published entry price | Main billing unit | Worth it when |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mirlo | 4,199 per month, currency not stated | Conversations, users and channels | You need messaging and a phone system from one vendor |
| Eva | $191 USD per month on an annual plan | Credits per agent reply | You want quoting, booking, payment (with your tools connected) and follow-up |
| Aurora Inbox | $1,800 MXN per month plus VAT | Plan, users, channels and responses | You want an account in pesos with documented CFDI |
| Mercately | $299 USD per month | AI conversations | You operate across several Latin American countries |
| Leadsales | $2,362.92 MXN per month | Plan and agent billed separately | Your team works by sales stage |
| Kommo | $20 USD per user per month | Users and credits | You want a per-seat sales CRM |
How much does Mirlo cost, and in which currency?
Mirlo publishes Mensajería Growth at 4,199, Pro at 6,499 and Advanced at 9,999 per month, and its telephony lines from 1,999 per month. No card states the currency on the page read on 16 September 2026, and the public catalog that page fetches carries no such field either.
The messaging plans include 1,500, 4,000 and 8,000 conversations per month with 3, 6 and 12 users and the same number of channels. The telephony lines meter ordinary minutes and AI minutes separately, and the custom plan is quoted on request. The source is its public pricing page, mirlo.com/precios, read on 16 September 2026.
Does EvaAI only sell in Mexico?
No. EvaAI serves businesses anywhere in the world, in Spanish or in English, and publishes its rate card in Mexican pesos and in US dollars. CFDI invoicing and SPEI payment are advantages for companies operating in Mexico, not a requirement for buying Eva.
Eva is configured with your business information rather than with rules written for one industry or one country, so the same product serves a steel distributor, a law firm or a supplements store.
FAQ
How much does Mirlo cost in pesos?
We cannot state it. Its pricing page shows 4,199 per month for Mensajería Growth and 6,499 for Mensajería Pro with no currency stated, and the open catalog that page fetches has no currency field, verified on 16 September 2026. The company is Mexican and labels its cellular plans in pesos, but that does not establish the currency of the messaging or voice plans. Ask for it in writing before signing.
Does Mirlo use the official WhatsApp API, and can I keep my number?
Yes on both counts, according to its own documentation. Its developer portal describes Meta-approved templates and WhatsApp Business phone number IDs, and its connection guide describes coexistence: keeping the WhatsApp Business app on the same number while its agents work. Eva also runs on the official API and mirrors the conversation in both directions when the number is in coexistence.
Can several WhatsApp numbers attach to one Mirlo agent?
We do not know, and it is worth saying so. Mirlo publishes 3, 6 and 12 connected channels depending on the plan, but those slots do not establish how many can be of the same type, or whether several WhatsApp numbers and Instagram accounts can hang off the same agent. That is the question to settle in a demo, with your real accounts on screen.
What happens outside the 24-hour window?
The rule is Meta's and applies to everyone: outside 24 hours from the customer's last message, only an approved template can start the contact. Mirlo documents a service-window check and separate template sending, and lets customers create and edit templates with Meta approval, although editing one returns it to review. We found no current statement on how Meta's template charges are passed through.
Which options bill in pesos and issue Mexican CFDI invoices?
Aurora Inbox publishes its price in pesos plus VAT and documents Mexican tax identifiers and CFDI downloads. Leadsales states in its terms that a customer located in Mexico pays in pesos at the published national price. Eva publishes pesos plus VAT inside Mexico and issues CFDI invoices on your customers' behalf through Facturapi when the tax profile is complete. Mercately and Kommo bill in dollars. For Mirlo we verified no CFDI commitment.
What do I lose by leaving Mirlo?
You lose the phone system: local Mexican numbers, queues, recordings, call analysis and autonomous voice agents inside one vendor. Eva handles calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, email and your website, quotes from your catalog, books and follows up for months, and, with your tools connected, it can also take payment and issue invoices, but it does not sell a phone system. If that piece is the center of your operation, Mirlo is still the right answer.
