Eva vs Whaticket

Eva vs Whaticket: which one fits your business?

Whaticket is a multiagent inbox for organizing people who answer. Eva is an AI agent that quotes, takes payment, invoices, books and follows up until the sale closes, with a built-in CRM.

If your team only needs to distribute conversations, Whaticket may be enough. If you need the agent to carry the conversation through the sale and leave every prospect ready for your team, compare the completed work.

Everything below about Whaticket comes from its public pages, checked on 28 July 2026.

Which one fits you?

Choose Eva if…

  • You want the agent to close the sale, not just answer: Eva quotes from your real catalog, books, takes SPEI payment, invoices and follows up for up to 180 days. From $191 USD per month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month). AI is already included in the price.
  • You want to stop entering data: the built-in CRM captures, classifies and manages every prospect automatically, and Eva works with your team — handing off to a person with the full history when needed.
  • Your customers reach you everywhere: WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok, calls, email and your website, with Instagram, Facebook and TikTok comments answered automatically by the same agent.

Choose Whaticket if…

  • You have three to eight people answering one number and lack order: $49 USD a month publishes a shared inbox, assignment, departments, history-preserving transfers and real-time supervision.
  • You want to activate WhatsApp QR or Business before the official API: the included connection can be API, QR or Business.
  • You want a free trial and immediate sign-up: it publishes fourteen trial days, no integration charge and no per-chat charge. Each additional connection costs $20 USD a month.

Eva is our product, so this page is not neutral by nature; that is why it is verifiable. Every Whaticket figure comes from its public pages, was checked on 28 July 2026 and keeps its link. Its Spanish site publishes in US dollars and its Brazilian site in reais, which we do not convert. Confirm at whaticket.com before deciding. Archived copy

An honest frame

Whaticket does human operations well: BASIC publishes $49 USD a month, three users, one connection, a fourteen-day free trial and no integration charge. If chat distribution is your bottleneck, its inbox deserves consideration.

It does not publish catalog quoting, in-thread payment, Mexican CFDI invoicing or appointment booking. It also does not publish Wäbot consumption or the total cost of its OpenAI tokens.

Who answers: your team or the agent?

Whaticket solves a narrow problem: several people work one WhatsApp number without stepping on one another. It publishes assignment to an agent or department, role-based access, history-preserving transfers, real-time supervision and queue labels.

Its automation is real: it publishes a rule bot with welcome, farewell, automatic and absence messages, plus image, document and video attachments.

It also publishes Wäbot, an AI assistant described as GPT-4.1 mini over the company knowledge base, with controls for tone, role, answer style, handoff to a person and form-based data collection.

Eva starts from the other end: the agent searches your catalog, returns up to 25 candidates, pulls the verified record and answers only with visible fields. A buyer photo is matched against catalog images and returns candidates, confidence and evidence.

Our honest limit is that API catalog sources sync every 24 hours and file sources refresh when uploaded again. If five people fight over one inbox, buy the inbox; if no one answers at night, queue sorting is not enough.

How is what you pay measured?

Whaticket bills people and phone lines. BASIC is $49 USD a month with three users and one connection; PRO is $109 USD with eight. The custom plan starts at $49 USD with three users and one connection.

Its calculator reprices the user block by tier: $15 USD per user from four to seven. Each extra connection is $20 USD a month. BASIC annual is $470.40 USD, shown as $39.20 USD; PRO annual is $1,046.40 USD, shown as $87.20 USD.

Eva bills credits: an agent reply uses one; messages from the buyer and team use none; a campaign uses one per ten sends. Plans include 5,000, 9,000 and 15,000 credits with 5, 10 and 15 users.

A 1,000-credit top-up costs $49 USD, never expires, and an extra user is $17 USD a month. A full BASIC year costs less than one Essential month: if people keep answering, that math favors their inbox.

Wäbot uses OpenAI tokens bought directly from OpenAI; Whaticket publishes neither consumption per reply nor total cost. QR campaigns cost $25 USD per 1,000 and $105 USD per 7,500; official API is exempt, but Meta charges its template fee.

What are you signing when you buy in dollars?

The Spanish pricing page publishes dollars, not pesos. It identifies WHATICKET LLC in Orlando; where no local operation exists, its terms allow service and invoicing from the United States. Ask which tax document you will receive before signing.

Published prices exclude taxes and withholdings. Billing is in advance by automatic debit to a credit or debit card; depending on nationality, an international card may be required.

The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled manually in the subscription menu. Its terms deny refund or credit for early termination, make remaining fees due and permit price changes with at least thirty days' notice.

Eva bills in pesos plus VAT with CFDI inside Mexico. Guided setup is free; Assisted is $579 USD once and Complete is $1,149 USD, delivered within up to five business days of complete inputs. Billing starts at go-live or day 30.

Whaticket has two real concessions over Eva: a free trial and immediate sign-up without speaking to anyone. Eva has no public trial and onboarding is assisted.

What does Whaticket publish that we could not confirm?

Outside Latin America, Whaticket publishes Spanish and Portuguese only; no English-language site was found.

For Mexico, no peso price, entity or office, CFDI statement, local phone, support hours or service-level agreement was found.

Its Spanish privacy policy names the United States, Peru and Brazil as storage locations, with no Mexico option found.

Its pages conflict: pricing includes free Web Chat while the homepage FAQ sells it as a paid connection. Multiagent claims no technical limit on connected agents, but plans bill three or eight users and another article mentions up to ten.

Its machine-readable facts file claims native Android and iOS apps while one of its own articles describes a responsive web experience with nothing to download.

The homepage counters render as zero.

It publishes more than 4,500 companies, 4.9 out of 5 support satisfaction and more than fifty percent growth in 2025, without methodology. Novocolor reports improvements without data. On API blocks, its claims alternate among zero, minimum risk and reduction without elimination.

Older navigation still says more than 4,000 and does not state whether the more than 4,500 are active paying customers or cumulative accounts.

The Meta Business Partner status is a self-claim we did not confirm in a Meta directory.

Official-API campaigns are exempt from QR credits, but its pages do not publish Meta's template fee or any markup by destination country.

Eva also has public limits: no automatic sign-up or trial; Eva Pay settles by SPEI, not card; not every integration is native; SSO and audit logs are built when Enterprise is signed. Enterprise does publish an SLA and dedicated executive.

Request a live demonstration with your catalog and real question. Request in writing the monthly total, AI and campaigns, invoicing entity, currency, tax document, cancellation terms and price-change notice in the contract you will sign.

Eva is not for you if…

  • You want the cheapest inbox for your team to answer by hand: Eva charges for the agent's work, not for organizing chats.
  • Your way of deciding is opening a free account tonight and playing: there is no public trial or self-serve signup today — onboarding is assisted.
  • You must pay by card: Eva Pay settles by SPEI bank transfer in its current version.

FAQ

What does each one cost?

Whaticket publishes $49 USD a month on BASIC with three users, $109 USD on PRO with eight users, and from $49 USD on its custom plan, all verified on 28 July 2026. Eva publishes from $191 USD per month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month) on Essential, $379 USD on Professional and $579 USD on Complete, with assisted setup from $579 USD (half price with an annual plan) once. Whaticket is cheaper to start; what differs is what you are buying.

Which currency do they bill, and what invoice do I get?

Whaticket publishes US dollars on its Spanish site and Brazilian reais on its Portuguese one, its terms exclude taxes and withholdings, payment is automatic card debit and an international card may be required depending on your nationality, and where it has no local operation it may invoice from the United States. Eva bills dollars outside Mexico and pesos plus VAT with a CFDI inside it.

Is the AI included in the price?

With Eva, yes: it is included in the plan and metered in credits, with no third-party account to manage. With Whaticket, Wäbot can be switched on from any plan but runs on OpenAI tokens you buy directly from OpenAI, which its pricing page says are not included. It publishes no consumption per answer, so that line of your bill cannot be estimated in advance.

Which one quotes from my catalog?

Eva. You load your catalog by file or API, Eva searches it when a buyer asks and verifies the product record before quoting a price or availability. On the Whaticket public pages reviewed on 28 July 2026, quoting from your own product catalog is not described; those pages describe a multiagent inbox, bots, campaigns, reporting and an integrations directory.

What happens if I want to cancel?

Whaticket's terms say the subscription renews automatically for the same period unless cancelled manually from the subscription menu, that no refund or credit is given for early termination, and that fees for the remaining term become due. Prices may also change with at least thirty days' notice. Ask for those clauses in the document you will sign, and compare them with ours before deciding.
