Clientify alternatives
What are the best alternatives to Clientify?
The alternatives to Clientify compared here are Eva, Escala, Kommo, Aurora Inbox and Cliengo. Clientify publishes its Todo en uno plan at $39 USD per month billed yearly and $65 USD month to month, with one user and 1,000 marketing contacts included, verified on September 16, 2026.
Clientify is a CRM with marketing built in, run from Spain and sold in Spanish: contacts, sales processes, campaign email, landing pages, online quotes and electronic signatures, with an inbox that connects five channels, WhatsApp on Meta's official API among them. It is all bought as a single subscription called Todo en uno. Its pricing page advertises more than 45,000 users across more than 25 countries, a vendor claim nobody audited.
People looking for alternatives to Clientify almost always arrive through the same door: the entry price buys one user and 1,000 marketing contacts, and every extra person, contact block and channel is added on top. This page compares five options using what each vendor publishes, and nothing else.
EvaAI publishes this page and sells Eva, which comes first on the list, so the criteria and the order are stated below. EvaAI works with businesses in any country and any industry: Eva is configured and answers in Spanish or English, and this site exists in both languages.
5 real options
Why people look for an alternative to Clientify
The first reason is that the entry subscription carries a single person. Clientify publishes Todo en uno at $39 USD per month billed yearly, which is $468 USD for the year, and $65 USD month to month, with one platform user included. The additional-user rate is published only in euros, inside its own comparison article, and we found no equivalent dollar figure. For a team of three or four, the number your management approved stops resembling the invoice.
The second is the meter. The base includes 1,000 marketing contacts, and every additional block of 1,000 is charged separately, again at a rate published only in euros. The unit is your list, not your conversations: a campaign that grows the database raises the monthly bill even before anyone replies.
The third is channels. The plan carries five inbox channels, which can all be WhatsApp or a mix including email and Instagram, and beyond that each channel is a paid add-on. The WhatsApp Web channel is charged separately and costs more than an ordinary one. Both rates are published only in euros, so a buyer paying in dollars or pesos cannot budget them from the page.
The fourth is the AI, and this row has a date on it. Clientify advertises free AI use with no credit consumption through September 30, 2026, and says that from October 1, 2026 actions move to a prepaid credit wallet, with price and minimum top-up published only in euros. Per-action consumption, the same page says, will be published before that date. Today there is no way to budget what your agent costs next month.
The fifth is the invoice. Its currency selector offers dollars and euros, and we observed no peso option on September 16, 2026. Electronic invoicing is labeled Spain-only in the plan matrix, and its Stripe guide describes invoice payment specifically for Spanish accounts. We found no Mexican tax-invoice commitment and no peso billing: if your accounting needs them, that row gets negotiated outside the pricing page.
Criteria
- It publishes its price and what the base includes: how many users and how many contacts come with the monthly fee, not only the headline figure.
- It states its meter and what happens when the allowance runs out: contacts, conversations, credits or seats, with the overage cost published or named as missing.
- It does the same job you bought Clientify for: a CRM with sales processes and a WhatsApp inbox with an AI agent that executes rather than only drafts.
- It can be bought from Latin America today, even when it bills in dollars; where no local entity, local currency or local invoice is published, this page says so.
- Every claim links to the vendor's public page and carries a verification date, and no amount is converted between currencies.
Eva is our product and appears first on this list, so the list is not neutral by nature; that is why every row links the public page it came from. The Clientify, Escala and Cliengo figures were verified on September 16, 2026; the Kommo and Aurora Inbox figures on July 28, 2026. Clientify also publishes a euro rate card on its Spanish pricing page, and its additional-user, contact-block and extra-channel rates appear only in that currency: this page prints only its dollar figures and converts no amount.
Five real alternatives
1. Eva
Best for: Anyone who needs Eva's five foundations: Eva does the work, not just the talking: She quotes from your real catalog, books, takes payment, invoices and follows up for months — inside the same conversation. A built-in CRM where everything organizes itself: Every prospect is captured, classified and managed automatically, and Eva works with your team: handoff to a person with the full history. Every channel included: WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, calls, email and your website — including Instagram comments and TikTok ad comments. AI is already in the price: No separate accounts and no extra AI charges: each agent reply uses one plan credit, and that is it. Public pricing: Plans, add-ons and setup published, with a verification date on every figure on this page. From $191 USD per month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month).
Tradeoff: From $191 USD per month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month) on Essential, with 5,000 credits and 5 users included, so the base costs more than Clientify's and carries five people instead of one. A 1,000-credit top-up costs $49 USD and each extra user is $17 USD per month. Setup is purchased separately from $579 USD (half price with an annual plan) and payment inside the conversation runs on SPEI. Eva does not sell the marketing suite Clientify packages beside its CRM: we publish no landing pages and no electronic signatures. There is also no public self-serve signup or free trial today.
Source2. Escala
Best for: Anyone who wants to keep buying CRM and marketing in one place, in Spanish. Escala meters marketing contacts the same way Clientify does, publishes sales pipelines, email, automations and a conversation center with WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook, and its AI agent quotes CRM products in plain text, assigns the conversation and books appointments inside its own CRM.
Tradeoff: Starter is $30 USD as a monthly equivalent and its page states annual payment only, which is $360 USD upfront; Pro starts at $97 USD per month on an annual contract, and its support documentation adds a one-time implementation service of $450 USD. An additional Pro user is $25 USD per month. AI is bought separately, in packages starting at $40 USD per month for 40,000 credits, and each outgoing agent message consumes 25 credits. Exceeding the contact allowance bills the next block automatically, but that amount is not published, and we verified no peso billing and no Mexican tax invoicing.
Source3. Kommo
Best for: Anyone who discovers that the only part of Clientify they use is the pipeline. Kommo is a sales CRM with messaging inside: native WhatsApp API integration, visual pipeline, tasks, contact records and sales and marketing analytics, with a 14-day trial and no card required on every plan. For one or two people, paying per seat is cheaper than any base plan on this list.
Tradeoff: It bills per paid user per month, $15 USD on Básico and $25 USD on Avanzado, and it does not sell monthly subscriptions: the published minimum is six months prepaid, meaning $90 USD per seat before you start on Básico. The autonomous agent is not available to new Básico customers and starts on Avanzado, and included AI credits multiply by paid license and do not roll over. It bills in dollars only and publishes no peso price.
Source4. Aurora Inbox
Best for: Anyone leaving Clientify precisely over the tax row who does not need the marketing side. Aurora Inbox is a Mexican company, publishes a monthly peso price plus VAT with three users included on every plan, an AI agent with 800 monthly responses from the entry plan, the three Meta channels, and billing that supports Mexican tax identifiers and downloadable CFDI files in XML and PDF. It is the cheapest peso entry point on this list.
Tradeoff: $1,800 MXN per month plus VAT for Aurora CRM, or $99 USD, and $240 MXN per month plus VAT for each additional user or channel. It publishes no AI-response overage price, so that row has to be asked about in writing. And it does not carry what you bought on the marketing side: we found no landing pages, campaign email or electronic signatures, which is exactly what Clientify packages.
Source5. Cliengo
Best for: Anyone who wants the cheapest jump with no lock-in. Cliengo is Argentine, publishes four dollar plans with human operators bundled per plan, lists WhatsApp Coexistence on all four, trains its AI agents on documents and your website URLs, and gives a 14-day trial with no card, monthly renewal and cancellation without penalties.
Tradeoff: Starter is $45 USD per month with two operators, three programmable bots and 500 conversations; Premium is $119 USD with three operators, ten AI agents and 2,000 conversations, where the conventional WhatsApp API costs extra; Business is $259 USD with five operators and one API line included. The meter is the 24-hour conversation, and at the cap new interactions stop until the next cycle. We verified no inventory-backed catalog, no formal quoting and no payment inside the chat, and no peso price or Mexican tax invoice.
Source
Eva is our product and comes first, so here are the criteria: published price and published base, a stated meter, the same CRM-plus-WhatsApp selling job, availability to buy from Latin America, and every claim with a source and a date. Eva comes first because it combines an agent that executes, an included CRM, every channel, AI inside the price and a public rate card in pesos and dollars. Escala follows because it is the closest thing to what you bought, with marketing contacts as the unit, even though its AI is charged separately. Kommo wins a clear row: for one or two people it is the cheapest way to own the pipeline, and its 14-day trial asks for no card. Aurora Inbox wins the lowest peso price on the list and documents Mexican tax invoicing, which is exactly what Clientify does not publish. Cliengo wins the cheapest dollar entry and the cleanest exit, because it cancels month to month. If your company invoices from Spain, uses the electronic signature and lives off Clientify's marketing suite, staying is reasonable and we say so.
What switching actually involves
The first step is the WhatsApp number. Clientify documents Cloud API onboarding and describes 360dialog as the infrastructure it uses, so your number already lives inside Meta: changing platforms means migrating the WhatsApp Business account between vendors, with verification in the middle. Plan for days rather than minutes, and ask for the release procedure in writing before signing with the next vendor.
The second is the exit date, and with Clientify it has published rules: you may cancel at any time, but there is no refund for the remainder of the billing period you already paid. If you prepaid the year, plan the switch for the end of that cycle rather than the month you got tired.
The third is your data. More than the conversation lives on Clientify's side: contacts, sales processes, quotes, signatures, landing pages and email lists. Ask for the full export and a test export before cancelling anything. An already-cancelled account is the worst possible moment to find a missing field.
The fourth is WhatsApp templates. Outside the 24 hours from the contact's last message, Clientify requires a Meta-approved template that you author, with category, language, body and variables, submitted for review, or imported when it was already approved. List the ones you use today and which of them must be approved again on the other side before the number moves.
The fifth is configuration and overlap. Flows, knowledge base and automations do not copy across to the next vendor: they get built again. With Eva, guided setup is prepared from your website and catalog and you approve it at no cost, while assisted setup costs $579 USD once, delivered within five business days of receiving complete inputs. Budget one month paying both vendors, run the replacement on a secondary channel, and move when the number convinces you.
And on our side, so you know what is left for you: we handle the number's migration inside Meta ourselves, the same way we handle your company's verification. Your contacts come into Eva by CSV or Excel file, with deduplication on import; your catalog comes in by file or by API; and on top of that a contact is created and updated on its own the moment the person writes. Ask your current vendor for the export and we go through it with you during setup, before you cancel anything.
FAQ
What does Clientify cost?
Clientify publishes a single subscription, Todo en uno, at $39 USD per month billed yearly, which is $468 USD for the year, and $65 USD month to month, verified on September 16, 2026. It includes one platform user, 1,000 marketing contacts and five inbox channels, with a seven-day trial and no card. Additional users, blocks of 1,000 contacts and extra channels are charged separately and are published only in euros.
Does Clientify bill in Mexican pesos and issue CFDI invoices?
Not according to what it publishes. Its currency selector offers dollars and euros, and on September 16, 2026 we observed no peso option. Electronic invoicing is labeled Spain-only in the plan matrix, and its Stripe guide describes invoice payment for Spanish accounts. On this list, Aurora Inbox publishes a peso price with downloadable Mexican tax invoices, and Eva bills in pesos plus VAT inside Mexico and issues CFDI invoices when the tax profile is complete.
Does Clientify connect the official WhatsApp API?
Yes. Clientify documents onboarding and use of the WhatsApp Cloud API inside its CRM, and describes 360dialog as the infrastructure it employs, according to its own article. It also documents Coexistence: the same number can run in the WhatsApp Business app and in Clientify. Outside the 24 hours from the contact's last message, the inbox requires a Meta-approved template, and Meta's usage charges sit outside the subscription.
Can one agent handle several WhatsApp numbers or several Instagram accounts?
With Clientify we could not verify it. Its documentation proves five shared channels and a published bot listening on the channels you choose, but we found no explicit mapping of several numbers or several accounts to the same agent, and no per-channel-type caps. With Eva, several Instagram accounts and several Messenger pages connect to the same agent; for several WhatsApp numbers on one agent, we review your case before promising a quantity.
What happens to Clientify's AI from October 2026?
Clientify advertises AI use as free with no credit consumption through September 30, 2026, and says that from October 1, 2026 actions move to a prepaid credit wallet, with the price and minimum top-up published only in euros and per-action consumption still to be published. If you are comparing today, ask for that detail in writing before signing a year: it is the difference between budgeting and guessing.
What do I lose by leaving Clientify?
You lose the marketing suite that ships beside the CRM: landing pages, campaign email, electronic signatures and its online quotes. None of the other four options on this list replaces it in full, and Eva does not either. What you gain depends on what you bought: with Eva, an agent that quotes from your catalog, books, takes payment, invoices and follows up, with a CRM and every channel included and AI inside the price.
