Wizybot alternatives
What are the best alternatives to Wizybot?
Wizybot is an AI agent built for online stores: it installs on Shopify, WooCommerce or VTEX, learns from your products, inventory, policies, orders and shipping, answers on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and email, replies to comments and sends WhatsApp campaigns. It does that well and it does it in minutes, and its entry plan charges no implementation fee and imposes no lock-in. Almost nobody leaves because it answers badly; they leave when volume grows, or when the sale needs more than an answer.
We compare five alternatives using each vendor's published prices and limits. Eva is our product, so we disclose the criteria and the order. Wizybot and respond.io figures were verified on 14 August 2026; Aurora Inbox, Whaticket and Kommo on 28 July 2026, each on its vendor's public page.
5 real options
Why people look for an alternative to Wizybot
The first reason is the meter. Its public plan includes 1,250 AI messages and 2,500 AI comments per month, and after that charges $0.07 USD per extra message and $0.05 USD per extra comment. Every additional thousand messages adds seventy dollars on top of the subscription, which means the month that goes well is the month the invoice stops resembling the list price.
The second is that the meter collides with its own promise. Its site claims it automates «96 percent» of enquiries — that is their claim, published by them, and we quote it as such. If it holds true in your operation, then practically all of your customer traffic runs through the AI-message counter, which is exactly what runs out first.
The third is that only one plan carries a public price. Básico costs $69.99 USD every 30 days and is the only figure on its page; the Personalizado plan publishes no price, so budgeting above 1,250 messages starts with a sales call instead of a table.
The fourth is focus. Wizybot is built around the online store, and there it is strong: products, inventory, orders, shipping, abandoned-cart recovery. If your sale is quoted by size, SKU or price list, if it needs an appointment before closing, a deposit taken inside the chat, or an invoice issued in your customer's name, none of that work appears on its pages.
The fifth is currency and invoicing. It bills in dollars only and its legal entity sits in Delaware. We found no peso price, exchange-rate rule, VAT treatment or Mexican invoicing commitment — which weighs nothing for a brand that already buys software in dollars, and quite a lot for a company that budgets in pesos and deducts with Mexican CFDI invoices.
Criteria
- It publishes a price. An alternative that only quotes on a call cannot be compared, so all five publish at least one list price.
- It states what is included and what is billed separately. In this market the list price is rarely the total, so every row names the meters that stack on top.
- It does the same job — selling and answering over messaging, with a record of contacts behind it rather than only an answering layer inside the store.
- It can be bought from Mexico today, even when it bills in dollars; where no local entity or invoicing is published, this page says so.
- Every claim here links to the vendor's public page and carries its verification date.
Eva is our product and appears on this list, so the list is not neutral by nature; that is why every row links the public page it came from. Wizybot and respond.io figures were verified on 14 August 2026; Aurora Inbox, Whaticket and Kommo on 28 July 2026. Every price is printed in the currency its vendor publishes, without conversion: of this list, only Aurora Inbox publishes a peso rate, while Wizybot, respond.io, Whaticket and Kommo bill in dollars. The automation figure we quote is Wizybot's own claim, not a measurement of ours.
Five real alternatives
1. Eva
Best for: Anyone who needs Eva's five foundations: Eva does the work, not just the talking: She quotes from your real catalog, books, takes payment, invoices and follows up for months — inside the same conversation. A built-in CRM where everything organizes itself: Every prospect is captured, classified and managed automatically, and Eva works with your team: handoff to a person with the full history. Every channel included: WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, calls, email and your website — including Instagram comments and TikTok ad comments. AI is already in the price: No separate accounts and no extra AI charges: each agent reply uses one plan credit, and that is it. Public pricing: Plans, add-ons and setup published, with a verification date on every figure on this page. From $191 USD per month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month).
Tradeoff: From $191 USD per month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month) on Essential with 5,000 credits, Eva costs more than installing an app on your store. Payment inside the conversation is by SPEI bank transfer. Setup is purchased separately from $579 USD (half price with an annual plan); a 1,000-credit top-up costs $49 USD and each extra user is $17 USD per month. On unlimited published human seats and self-serve installation onto a supported store, that row belongs to Wizybot. There is also no public self-serve signup or free trial today.
Source2. respond.io
Best for: A mid-sized or large team that wants the reference multi-agent inbox: history across chats, email and calls, routing and assignment rules, broadcasts, reporting, and enterprise controls such as single sign-on, multiple workspaces, data masking and webhooks. Its seven-day trial with Growth features asks for no card.
Tradeoff: It is paid across four meters at once — subscription, extra users, monthly active contacts and AI credits — plus Meta's WhatsApp fees, which are topped up separately. The agent that answers on its own starts on Growth, whose monthly equivalent billed yearly is $159 USD (Starter sits at $79 USD on the same basis and carries only the writing-assistance layer). Credit overage costs $15 USD per 1,000 and carries a hard cap at twice the plan's allowance: once you reach it, the AI switches off until the next cycle. Its Spanish page publishes in dollars too.
Source3. Aurora Inbox
Best for: Anyone leaving Wizybot who wants to budget in pesos and deduct locally. Aurora publishes a monthly peso price with three users included on every plan, an AI agent with 800 monthly responses from the entry plan, the three Meta channels, and invoicing with Mexican tax identifiers and downloadable CFDI files.
Tradeoff: $1,800 MXN per month plus VAT (or $99 USD) for Aurora CRM. Each additional user and each additional channel costs $240 MXN per month plus VAT. It does not connect to your store the way Wizybot does: we found no training on Shopify, WooCommerce or VTEX products, orders and shipping, and it publishes no AI-response overage price either.
Source4. Whaticket
Best for: A large support team that will keep answering by hand and wants the simplest arithmetic: it publishes three users on Plan BASIC and eight on Plan PRO, with no published cap on contacts or chats and one WhatsApp connection included.
Tradeoff: USD 49 per month on Plan BASIC and $109 USD on Plan PRO; each additional WhatsApp connection is USD 20 per month. AI is not included: OpenAI tokens are bought directly from OpenAI with no published allowance or per-conversation consumption, so the meter does not disappear, it only changes vendor. Its legal entity is American, so the tax line is not solved on that side either.
Source5. Kommo
Best for: Anyone who needs a real sales CRM behind the conversation: visual pipelines, tasks, contact records, campaign attribution and sales-and-marketing analytics, with a native WhatsApp API integration.
Tradeoff: There is no monthly option: pricing is quoted per paid user per month — $15 USD on Básico, $25 USD on Avanzado — with a published minimum of six months prepaid, meaning $90 USD per seat before you start. The autonomous agent is not available to new Básico customers and starts on Avanzado, included AI credits do not roll over, and the entry-level extra credit package costs $29 USD per month. It bills in dollars only.
Source
Eva is our product and comes first. These are the criteria: published pricing, declared meters, the same job of selling and answering over messaging with a contact record behind it, availability to buy from Mexico, and claims with a source and a date. Eva comes first because it combines an agent that executes, an included CRM, every channel and comments, AI already in the price and public pricing. respond.io follows for buyers purchasing inbox infrastructure for a large team; Aurora for pesos and local invoicing; Whaticket for many people answering by hand; and Kommo for campaign analytics and a sales pipeline. If your entire business lives inside your online store and all you need is answers about products, inventory and shipping, staying on Wizybot is a reasonable decision and we say so plainly.
What switching actually involves
The first step is the WhatsApp number. Your number lives on Meta's WhatsApp API, so changing platforms means migrating the WhatsApp Business account between providers inside Meta, with verification in the middle. Plan for days rather than minutes, and ask for the release procedure in writing before you sign with the next vendor.
The second is your data, and here you come out better than in most moves: because Wizybot works on top of your store, your catalog, orders and customers stay yours inside Shopify, WooCommerce or VTEX, and the next vendor connects to the same source. What does stay behind is the conversation history, so ask for its export and for a test export before you cancel anything.
The third is the configuration. AI flows, trained answers, campaigns and cart-recovery rules do not copy across to the next vendor. With Eva, guided setup is prepared from your website and catalog and you approve it at no cost, while assisted setup costs $579 USD once, delivered within five business days of receiving complete inputs. With respond.io, Aurora, Whaticket and Kommo the configuration is yours to build beyond whatever the plan includes.
The fourth is the calendar, and with Wizybot this is the cheapest step on this list: it is distributed through the Shopify app store, it is cancelled by uninstalling, and it publishes no lock-in, so you can run the new vendor in parallel without paying twice for a contract. It also publishes a first month with unlimited AI messages and a money-back guarantee, which makes the overlap close to free. Use it to measure with real conversations rather than a demo.
The fifth is the exit on the other side, which almost nobody reads before signing. Aurora states that payment is in advance and non-refundable; Whaticket states there is no refund for early termination and that fees for the remaining term become due; Kommo requires six months prepaid from the first purchase. For respond.io we did not verify a refund policy, so ask for it in writing — same as you should ask us.
And on our side, so you know what is left for you: we handle the number's migration inside Meta ourselves, the same way we handle your company's verification. Your contacts come into Eva by CSV or Excel file, with deduplication on import; your catalog comes in by file or by API; and on top of that a contact is created and updated on its own the moment the person writes. Ask your current vendor for the export and we go through it with you during setup, before you cancel anything.
FAQ
What does Wizybot actually cost?
Its Básico plan costs $69.99 USD every 30 days and includes 1,250 AI messages and 2,500 AI comments per month, with no implementation fee and no lock-in. Beyond that it charges $0.07 USD per extra message and $0.05 USD per extra comment, so every additional thousand messages adds seventy dollars. The Personalizado plan publishes no price on the page we verified on 14 August 2026.
What happens when the month's 1,250 messages run out?
Wizybot keeps answering and bills the overage: $0.07 USD per AI message and $0.05 USD per AI comment. respond.io does the opposite: it charges $15 USD per additional 1,000 credits but enforces a hard cap at twice the plan's allowance, switching the AI off until the next cycle once you hit it. With Eva you buy a 1,000-credit top-up for $49 USD and purchased credits never expire. All three publish their rule, which is more than much of this market does.
Which ones bill in pesos and issue Mexican CFDI invoices?
On this list, Aurora Inbox: it publishes its price in pesos plus VAT and documents Mexican tax identifiers and CFDI downloads. Eva publishes pesos plus VAT inside Mexico and also issues CFDI invoices on your customers' behalf through Facturapi when the tax profile is complete. Wizybot, respond.io, Whaticket and Kommo bill in dollars and publish no peso price or Mexican invoicing commitment.
Which one fits if I sell on Shopify?
It depends on what you want the agent to do. If it only needs to answer store questions — products, inventory, orders, shipping — and recover carts, Wizybot documents that case and installs on your store in minutes. If you also want it to quote from the catalog, book, take payment inside the conversation, issue your customer's invoice and follow up for months, with prospects organized automatically in a CRM, that is Eva, connected to the same store as its source.
What do I lose by leaving Wizybot?
You lose the simplest parts of its model: self-serve installation onto a supported store, cancelling by uninstalling, and human seats with no published limit. You do not lose channels or the store connection: Eva handles WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, calls, email and your website, answers Instagram comments and TikTok ad comments, and connects to Shopify. If your team is twenty people answering by hand, that seat arithmetic deserves a review before switching.
Which one can I try today without talking to anyone?
Wizybot, because it installs from the Shopify app store and publishes a first month with unlimited AI messages and a money-back guarantee. respond.io publishes a seven-day trial with Growth features and no card required. Eva does not: onboarding is assisted today, with no public trial and no self-serve signup, and we would rather say so before you find out yourself.
