AI agent billed in MXN with CFDI
Can I get an AI agent billed in MXN with CFDI?
Yes. When your tax country is Mexico, EvaAI bills Eva's subscription in pesos plus VAT and issues the CFDI for that charge against a valid, complete tax profile. Outside Mexico the charge is in dollars with a Stripe invoice, and EvaAI sells to businesses in any country.
Getting an AI agent billed in MXN with CFDI is not an administrative detail: in many Mexican companies, procurement will not approve a recurring charge it cannot deduct.
This guide explains how EvaAI invoices its own subscription, which details are required, what changes when your tax country is not Mexico, and who else publishes peso pricing with Mexican invoicing. It is not a rate card: that lives on Eva's pricing page.
Does EvaAI bill in pesos and issue the subscription CFDI?
Yes. With Mexico as the tax country, your account currency is the peso and prices are charged plus VAT. Once the charge is paid, EvaAI issues the corresponding CFDI and leaves the PDF and XML downloadable from your account's billing settings.
That issuance covers what you buy from EvaAI: Eva's subscription, recurring add-ons such as extra users, extra agents or the voice number, and the one-time credit packs. On Essential the plan is $191 USD per month on an annual plan or $229 USD month to month in dollars; in Mexico the same plan is billed in pesos plus VAT.
The invoice is built from what the payment system actually charged, not from a list figure: if there was proration or an adjustment, the fiscal document matches that amount. When the numbers do not reconcile to the cent, the document is not stamped and not emailed, rather than issuing an invoice that does not match the charge.
Which tax details do you need before paying?
You need the legal name, RFC, tax regime, fiscal postal code, CFDI use and person type, física or moral. Those are loaded before payment when you enable invoicing for EvaAI charges, because they determine how the charge itself is computed.
For a persona moral with complete tax details, the charge is computed with transferred VAT and any applicable withholdings, and the CFDI carries that full breakdown. For a persona física, or when you do not enable invoicing, the charge carries the VAT the payment processor adds from your fiscal address.
Order matters: tax details go in before the payment, not after. With an incomplete profile the charge can complete without a fiscal document and the invoice stays pending until the data is right. That is the part worth settling with your accountant before the first purchase.
What does EvaAI's invoice cover, and what does it not?
EvaAI's invoice covers the software you bought: the subscription, the add-ons and the credit packs. It is not the invoice your business issues to its own customers for what it sells, which is a separate document, with a different issuer and a different recipient.
Confusing the two is the most common budgeting mistake. When Eva collects a bank transfer from one of your customers, that collection is a sale by your company and its fiscal paperwork is yours; the subscription you pay EvaAI is a purchase of yours, and EvaAI issues its CFDI.
Keep that separation when comparing vendors too: the question "do you invoice?" has two different answers depending on which of the two operations each side has in mind.
What changes if your tax country is not Mexico?
Currency follows the tax country: Mexico is billed in pesos, every other country in dollars with the payment system's invoice. No foreign tax is added, because EvaAI holds no tax registration outside Mexico. EvaAI sells to businesses anywhere in the world.
An active subscription's currency is fixed: changing it means moving the subscription, not adjusting a receipt. What defines the currency and the document is the account's tax country, not where your customers are or which language the agent answers in.
That also means a Mexican company gets the Mexican document while a company billing elsewhere gets a clean total with no tax added, and both run the same product.
Who else publishes peso pricing with CFDI?
Aurora Inbox and Kosmo also publish peso pricing and Mexican fiscal invoicing, so billing in pesos with a CFDI is not unique to EvaAI. Treat it as a purchasing requirement several vendors already meet, and compare it alongside everything else the product has to resolve.
Aurora Inbox publishes its CRM plan at $1,800 MXN per month plus VAT and documents RFC, tax regime and CFDI downloads in XML and PDF. Kosmo publishes its Starter plan at $4,497 MXN per month, identifies itself as a Mexican company and states CFDI invoicing. Verified on July 28, 2026 on their public pages; the Aurora Inbox and Kosmo prices were re-read on September 28 and September 24, 2026.
Manychat publishes its subscription in dollars, with model and tax depending on the billing region; our public review found no Mexican CFDI commitment. That means unverified, not "unavailable": if that option interests you, confirm it in their own checkout. Manychat Pro is published at $39 USD per month.
How do you confirm it before buying?
Before approving the budget, confirm four things in the real checkout: the currency of the charge, the tax included in the total, that the tax profile is loaded before you pay, and that the PDF and the XML download from your own account without asking support.
Ask as well what happens when tax details are incomplete, which document a credit top-up produces, and who fixes a mistyped tax field. Those three answers separate a vendor that invoices from a vendor that says it invoices.
If your purchase goes through procurement, bring the vendor's legal name, the invoice concept and the billing cadence to that conversation. Approval then stops depending on a screenshot.
Methodology
Methodology
- EvaAI publishes this guide and sells Eva. EvaAI's billing facts come from its tax and CFDI issuance documentation, and prices come from its official price list.
- Aurora Inbox, Kosmo and Manychat facts come from their public pages and documentation, verified on July 28, 2026, except the Aurora Inbox, Kosmo and Manychat prices, re-verified on September 28, 24 and 29, 2026 respectively; every price on this page travels with its source.
- No currency is converted and no tax-inclusive total is estimated for a country other than the account's billing country.
- Prices, tax policies and requirements change. Suggested review: quarterly, and before any price update.

FAQ
Is the CFDI issued automatically?
It is issued once the charge is paid and your tax profile is complete and valid. With incomplete data the document can stay pending until it is corrected. The PDF and XML download from your account's billing settings.
Do credit top-ups also get a CFDI?
Yes. Credit packs bought separately follow the same fiscal path as the subscription when invoicing for EvaAI charges is enabled on your account.
Can I pay in pesos if my company is outside Mexico?
Currency follows the account's tax country: Mexico in pesos, every other country in dollars. EvaAI sells to businesses in any country; what changes is the currency and the document you receive.
Does EvaAI's invoice work for my own sales?
No. EvaAI's invoice covers the software you contracted. The documents for what your business sells to its customers are issued by your company, with its own issuer and recipient.
