Eva vs Kosmo

Eva vs Kosmo: which one fits your business?

Kosmo is a vendor-configured conversational bot and CRM for Meta channels; Eva is an AI agent that turns conversations into sales and keeps them organized in a CRM.

The useful comparison is not just the monthly price: do you need included configuration to answer, or an agent that quotes, books, takes payment, invoices and follows up across every channel?

Kosmo data comes from its public pages, checked on 28 July 2026, and every row keeps its link.

Which one fits you?

Choose Eva if…

  • You want the AI agent to close the sale: Eva quotes from your real catalog, books, takes payment, invoices and follows up for up to 180 days. From $191 USD per month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month), with the AI already included in the price.
  • You want every prospect captured, classified and managed automatically: the included CRM works with your team and hands over to a person with the full history.
  • You want one agent across every channel: WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok, calls, email and your website, with Instagram, Facebook and TikTok comments answered automatically.

Choose Kosmo if…

  • You want the vendor to configure the bot and train the team: all three Kosmo plans include that work with a published 72-hour turnaround.
  • You prefer paying for published per-plan conversation bundles: Kosmo publishes those allowances, though without defining the unit; Eva bills each AI agent reply as one credit.
  • You need Enterprise Domination: Kosmo publishes unlimited conversations, users and locations, plus assigned development, design and customer-success staff.

Eva is our product, so this page is not neutral by nature; that is why it is verifiable. Every Kosmo figure comes from its public pages, was checked on 28 July 2026 and keeps its link. Kosmo publishes prices in Mexican pesos only, so we do not convert them. Confirm at kosmo.com.mx before deciding. Archived copy

An honest frame

Kosmo does configuration well: all three plans include analyzing the business, configuring the bot, connecting channels and training the team, with a published 72-hour turnaround. It publishes its full price list in pesos and states on its own site that its entry point is high and that there is no free plan.

It does not publish what starts or ends a conversation, or the size and price of extra packages. Its pages also contain facts that conflict with one another; the verifiable gaps appear below.

What happens when a buyer asks for a price?

When someone asks, «how much for 22-gauge sheet, 4 by 8?», Eva searches your catalog by file or API, returns up to 25 candidates and verifies the record before answering. It uses only fields you marked visible.

When a buyer sends a photo, Eva matches it against catalog images and returns candidates with confidence and evidence. It confirms price, currency and availability against the record; without complete verification, it answers at medium confidence.

Kosmo publishes contact capture, metrics, scheduling, Stripe payments and campaigns. Quoting from your own catalog does not appear on its plans page or FAQ, both reviewed on 28 July 2026.

Eva's limit: API catalog sources sync every 24 hours, and file sources refresh when you upload them again. A price changed ten minutes ago will not arrive until the next sync.

How is what you pay measured?

Kosmo bills 800 conversations on Starter, 8,000 on Professional Growth and unlimited conversations on Enterprise Domination. It warns before the limit, does not cut service without notice and sells extra packages, but does not publish what starts or ends a conversation or their size and price.

Eva bills credits: each AI agent reply spends one; customer and team messages spend none; campaigns spend one credit per ten sends. Plans include 5,000, 9,000 and 15,000 credits. A 1,000-credit top-up costs $49 USD and does not expire.

A thread with eight Eva replies uses eight credits; in Kosmo it is one conversation. If you have a few very long conversations, its unit may fit. Without its public definition, no exact crossover can be calculated.

Who configures the AI agent, and how long does it take?

Kosmo includes setup in all three plans: it analyzes the business, configures the bot, connects channels and trains the team in 72 hours. Higher plans add one-to-one training, monthly mentoring and monthly optimization.

Eva's Guided setup uses your website and catalog and is free. Assisted setup costs $579 USD once; it loads the catalog, configures with you and reviews conversations. Complete costs $1,149 USD and connects invoicing, scheduling, website or ERP. Delivery is up to five business days after complete inputs.

Over twelve months, add Eva's one-time setup. Kosmo does not bill setup separately. Eva defines connecting existing systems; Kosmo includes it in custom development, capped at three items on Professional Growth.

Also compare either option with hiring a person: one person covers 45 of the week's 168 hours and adds payroll burden, commission and equipment. Automating that gap is the first choice; selecting a vendor comes second.

What does Kosmo publish that we could not confirm?

There are six open points: Starter appears with one channel and user on plans, but three of each in a March 2026 article; we use plans. The homepage says no hidden costs and WhatsApp API included; campaigns says Meta per template is paid separately.

The FAQ says data cannot be exported and custom dashboards cannot be built; Enterprise offers custom dashboards and the service agreement offers export. Availability figures also conflict. Enterprise has a published price, but its dental page quotes by volume.

Tripled sales, first-year retention and more than 500 companies are Kosmo claims without linked methodology or audit. On 28 July 2026, its G2 profile had no reviews.

Eva also has a limit: Eva Pay takes SPEI bank transfers, not cards. If that is essential, say so in your first message.

Ask for a live demonstration with your catalog and real question, written definitions of the billed unit and its exhaustion, and the contract's export and cancellation clauses. Those answers distinguish promises from commitments.

Eva is not for you if…

  • You want the cheapest inbox for a team to answer by hand: Eva charges for the AI agent's work, not for sorting chats.
  • You decide by opening a free account tonight and trying it: there is no public trial or self-serve signup today; onboarding is assisted.
  • You must pay by card: Eva Pay currently takes SPEI bank transfers.

FAQ

What does each one cost?

Eva starts from $191 USD per month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month); Assisted setup starts at $579 USD. Kosmo publishes $4,497 MXN on Starter, $12,497 MXN on Professional Growth and $24,997 MXN on Enterprise Domination, including setup. Its prices were verified on 28 July 2026.

Which one quotes from my catalog?

Eva. You load your catalog by file or API, Eva searches it when a buyer asks and verifies the product record before quoting a price or availability. On the Kosmo public pages reviewed on 28 July 2026, quoting from your own product catalog is not described; those pages describe contact capture, scheduling, payments and campaigns.

How fast is each one running?

Kosmo publishes 72 hours to analyze the business, configure the bot, connect channels and train the team. Eva delivers within five business days of receiving complete inputs: catalog, prices, rules and access. Both numbers depend on the customer handing over information, and that is the step that actually sets the calendar.

What happens when the monthly volume runs out?

With Eva you buy a 1,000-credit top-up for $49 USD, and purchased credits do not expire. Kosmo says it alerts you before the limit, that extra packages can be bought and that service is not cut without notice, but it publishes neither the size nor the price of those packages, so ask for both in writing before you sign.

Does either one issue Mexican CFDI invoices for my customers?

Eva issues and stores CFDI invoices through Facturapi when the tax profile is complete and the charge is eligible. Kosmo states that it issues CFDI for its own service, which is a different thing: issuing on behalf of your customers is not published. If invoicing is part of your sale, ask for a live demonstration of that step from both vendors.
