Cheetrack alternatives
What are the best Cheetrack alternatives?
The best Cheetrack alternative depends on which part of the order hurts: Eva when the agent must quote from your catalog, book, follow up with a built-in CRM and, with your tools connected, take payment; respond.io for a large inbox with a developer API; Kommo for a per-seat sales-stage board; Aurora Inbox for pesos and Mexican invoices; Leadsales for putting WhatsApp into stages fast.

Eva is our product. Each price is one its vendor publishes, in its own currency and unconverted, with its billing unit; what costs extra is in each option's detail.
People searching for Cheetrack alternatives rarely do so because the product failed. Cheetrack solves one specific problem and solves it well: it takes the informal order that arrives by WhatsApp, email, PDF, Excel or voice note, reads it against the catalog and the ERP price list, and leaves it ready for a salesperson to approve. It is a Chilean product for traditional-trade distribution, with advertised connections to Defontana, Softland, SAP Business One, Kame and Odoo.
They do it because the operation needs more than order intake, because the meter counts orders and quotations rather than conversations, or because the price comes in UF plus Chilean VAT with a dollar figure beside it and nobody is sure which currency they will end up paying in. EvaAI publishes this page and sells Eva, so the dated criteria are below, every third-party figure carries its source, and the places Cheetrack wins are stated plainly.
5 real options
Why people look for an alternative to Cheetrack
The first reason is the meter. Plans are measured in monthly orders and quotations: Basic includes 300, Starter 700, Pro 1,500, Scale 3,500 and Corporate a negotiated volume. A WhatsApp enquiry that does not end in an order counts as half. Above the allowance every extra order is billed: 0.021 UF plus VAT on Basic, 0.019 on Starter, 0.017 on Pro and 0.015 on Scale, with parallel dollar figures running from $0.90 USD down to $0.65 USD. On Corporate the overage is negotiated and not published.
The second is currency. Plans are published in UF plus VAT with a dollar figure beside them: Basic 3.75 UF and $165 USD, Starter 7.5 UF and $339 USD, Pro 15 UF and $678 USD, Scale 30 UF and $1,356 USD, and Corporate from 60 UF and from $2,717 USD. What the page does not establish is which currency is actually charged, on what date the conversion happens, or whether the dollar figure already includes tax. Those three answers change your invoice and are worth getting in writing.
The third is setup. The pricing heading says implementation is included, and every plan card then lists a one-time fee starting at the same amount as the monthly one: from 3.75 UF on Basic and from 60 UF on Corporate. That contradiction is on their own page, not our reading of it, which is why this comparison does not call setup free.
The fourth is channels, and what is still on the way. What is documented as order intake is WhatsApp on the WhatsApp Business API, email, PDF, Excel and audio. We found nothing establishing Instagram, Messenger, TikTok or chat on your own site, no phone calls, no coexistence route that lets you keep answering from the app, and no handling of approved templates outside the 24-hour window. Its own product menu also marks the catalog expert, sales assistant, commercial memory and follow-up agent as forthcoming.
The fifth is the team. Seller review of ambiguous orders is documented, which is a good idea, but a stage-based CRM and the assignment and transfer of a whole conversation between people are not. Nor are seats: there is no published number of users per plan and no price for the next one, and in a distributor with several salespeople that figure usually decides the purchase.
The sixth is the Mexican invoice. UF plus VAT is Chilean tax treatment. There is no Mexican peso tariff, no exchange rule and no Mexican fiscal commitment. On top of that, outbound WhatsApp API messages sit outside the plan: Cheetrack estimates $0.02 USD plus VAT per message billed directly by Meta, and that is its published estimate rather than Meta's universal rate, which varies by template category and destination country.
Criteria
- Criteria applied on 16 September 2026. First: it publishes its price, the unit it counts and what exceeding that unit costs.
- It does the same job: taking buying intent over messaging and turning it into an order or a quotation priced from your catalog.
- It publishes which currency it charges in, what sits outside the monthly fee starting with Meta's WhatsApp fees, and how many people get into the system.
- It can be bought from Mexico today; where no peso price or Mexican tax receipt is published, this page says so instead of filling it in.
- Every third-party figure links to the vendor's public page and carries its verification date; Eva's figures come from its pricing catalog.
Eva is our product and appears on this list, so the list is not neutral by nature; that is why every row links the public page it came from. Cheetrack's prices and limits were verified on 16 September 2026 on cheetrack.com; Kommo on 24 September 2026; respond.io's plans on 24 September 2026 and its extra active-contact block on 28 July 2026; Leadsales on 28 September 2026; Aurora Inbox between 28 and 29 September 2026. Cheetrack publishes in UF plus VAT with a dollar figure beside it: this page prints both exactly as published and converts neither, because its page does not establish the payment currency, the conversion date, or whether the dollar figure includes tax. The public archive capture of its pricing page failed that day because the archiving service returned an error, so verification rests on the dated direct reading.
Five real alternatives
1. Eva
Best for: Anyone who wants an AI agent to quote from their real catalog, book and follow up.
Includes a CRM, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, calls, email and your website.
Setup included.
Price: Eva from $191 USD a month, billed yearly, AI credits included.
What costs extra and the terms
Source2. respond.io
Best for: A high-volume operation that wants the reference multi-agent inbox and intends to build on top of it: workflows, a developer API, reporting, AI agents that assign conversations and update fields, and inbound calls inside the same inbox. If your own team is going to write the ERP integration, this is a solid place to hang it.
Tradeoff: From $79 USD per month on Starter billed yearly; AI agents start on Growth at $159 USD per month and Advanced costs $279 USD per month. The meter is monthly active contacts rather than orders: Growth and Advanced start at 1,000, and an extra block of 100 costs $12 USD on Growth. AI credits sit under a fair-use ceiling tied to that allowance, and when they run out AI features pause until the next cycle. It has nothing equivalent to reading an order out of a PDF or a spreadsheet against your price list. It bills in dollars and publishes no Mexican entity or CFDI.
Source3. Kommo
Best for: The distributor who discovers, while comparing, that what they actually lack is a sales CRM: visual sales-stage board, tasks, company and contact records, repeat-purchase tracking and analytics, with messaging inside and several WhatsApp numbers.
Tradeoff: $20 USD per paid user per month on Básico, with no monthly option: the published minimum is six months prepaid, meaning $120 USD per seat before you start. The autonomous agent is not available to new Básico customers and starts on Avanzado at $30 USD per paid user per month, so the price multiplies by every person who needs access. It does not read orders out of files or apply your ERP price list: you would have to build that. It bills in dollars and publishes no price for Mexico.
Source4. Aurora Inbox
Best for: Anyone who needs an account in pesos their accountant can budget and a Mexican tax receipt. Aurora publishes a monthly peso price with three users included, an agent with 800 monthly responses from the entry plan, the three Meta channels, and invoicing with Mexican tax identifiers and downloadable CFDI files.
Tradeoff: $1,800 MXN per month plus VAT for Aurora CRM and $240 MXN per month plus VAT for each additional user or channel. It publishes no AI-response overage price and no rule for what happens when the allowance runs out. And it is an inbox with a CRM, not an order system: no file reading against a catalog, no advertised ERP connectors, no seller approval of an interpreted order.
Source5. Leadsales
Best for: The small team that wants WhatsApp organized into sales stages by tomorrow, with sales boards, automatic assignment and team reports, without asking anyone to write an integration. Its terms name a Mexican company and require peso billing for customers located in Mexico.
Tradeoff: $133 USD per month on the Professional plan, with four users, up to ten sales boards and 250 campaign credits, connected through the WhatsApp Business API; the Advanced plan costs $247 USD per month. Its AI agent, Lead Agent, is sold as a separate tier on top of those plans. Its own FAQ says each account connects one WhatsApp number that the team shares. It does not interpret orders or quote from a catalog: it organizes conversations, which is a different job from Cheetrack's.
Source
Eva in detail: Eva hands the conversation to a person on your team with the full history, and also handles Instagram comments and TikTok ad comments. Essential costs $229 USD month to month, with 5,000 credits and 5 users included; a 1,000-credit top-up costs $49 USD and each extra user is $17 USD per month. Setup is included: we configure everything Eva does today, at no extra cost. The catalog enters by file or by API and connecting your system is a custom integration, quoted, but we publish no list of certified ERP connectors like the one Cheetrack advertises: if your system is Defontana or Kame, the right question is whether it has an API and who can hand us the documentation. There is also no public self-serve signup and no free trial today.
Eva is our product and comes first, so the criteria are above and dated: published price and billing unit, the same commercial job over messaging, currency and out-of-plan charges, published seats, and availability to buy from Mexico. Eva is at the top because it combines an agent that executes, an included CRM, every channel, AI inside the price and a public peso rate card. respond.io follows for the large operation that will build on top. Kommo for buyers who really want a per-seat sales CRM. Aurora Inbox for anyone who needs pesos and Mexican invoices. Leadsales for the small team that only wants stages. Choose Cheetrack if your business is traditional-trade distribution and the pain is exactly there: informal orders arriving as PDFs, spreadsheets, voice notes or WhatsApp messages that have to be read against your ERP price list before a salesperson approves them. That flow is what it documents, and none of the other four publishes the same thing.
What switching actually involves
The first step is the WhatsApp number. Cheetrack runs on the WhatsApp Business API, so your number already lives inside Meta and changing vendors means migrating the account between platforms, with verification in the middle. Plan for days rather than minutes, and ask for the release procedure in writing before signing with the next vendor.
The second is the catalog and the price list. If it enters today by CSV or through your ERP's API, that connection gets rebuilt on the other side: export the catalog with its codes, its aliases and its per-customer price lists before you cancel anything, and keep your own copy. The mapping between the informal name your customer uses and the real code in your system is the expensive asset here, not the software.
The third is order history. We found no documented export of conversations or processed orders, so treat it as the risk it is: ask for the export clause in the document you are going to sign, and for a test export before you close the account.
The fourth is the cost of arriving. Setup is included: we configure everything Eva does today, at no extra cost. Eva goes live in up to 5 business days once access and catalog are ready. On Cheetrack the heading says implementation is included while the cards list a one-time fee starting at the monthly amount, so ask for the final number in writing. With respond.io, Kommo, Aurora and Leadsales the configuration is yours to build beyond whatever the plan includes.
The fifth is the overlap. Its terms say annual contracts are not mandatory, which helps, but still budget one month with both systems live: nobody switches off order intake to test a tool. Run the replacement with one customer group or one branch, compare real orders captured correctly, and move when the number convinces you.
And on our side, so you know what is left for you: we handle the number's migration inside Meta ourselves, the same way we handle your company's verification. Your contacts come into Eva by CSV or Excel file, with deduplication on import; your catalog comes in by file or by API; and on top of that a contact is created and updated on its own the moment the person writes. Ask your current vendor for the export and we go through it with you during setup, before you cancel anything.
How much does Cheetrack cost and what does each plan count?
Cheetrack publishes five plans metered by monthly orders and quotations, priced in UF plus VAT with a parallel dollar figure: Basic 3.75 UF with 300 orders, Starter 7.5 UF with 700, Pro 15 UF with 1,500, Scale 30 UF with 3,500 and Corporate from 60 UF with a custom volume.
The table puts the monthly figure next to what actually moves the account: the order allowance and the cost of one extra order. The UF and dollar figures are the ones its page publishes, verified on 16 September 2026, with no conversion from us. Every monthly amount is published with a plus-VAT note, and each card also lists a one-time setup starting at the same amount.
Pro and Scale include both products, the ERP API integration and priority support; Corporate adds a dedicated account manager and development hours. A WhatsApp enquiry without an order consumes half a unit, so question traffic moves the meter even when it does not end in a sale.
| Plan | Published monthly price | Orders or quotations | Extra order |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | 3.75 UF plus VAT (165 USD) | 300 | 0.021 UF plus VAT (0.90 USD) |
| Starter | 7.5 UF plus VAT (339 USD) | 700 | 0.019 UF plus VAT (0.82 USD) |
| Pro | 15 UF plus VAT (678 USD) | 1,500 | 0.017 UF plus VAT (0.73 USD) |
| Scale | 30 UF plus VAT (1,356 USD) | 3,500 | 0.015 UF plus VAT (0.65 USD) |
| Corporate | From 60 UF plus VAT (from 2,717 USD) | Custom | Negotiated |
Which currency do you actually pay Cheetrack in?
Its page publishes every plan in UF plus VAT with a dollar figure beside it. What it does not publish is which currency is actually charged, on what date the conversion is made, or whether the dollar figure already includes tax. This page prints both figures as published and converts neither.
The practical consequence is that two buyers can read the same plan and budget two different numbers. Before signing, ask in writing for the currency of the charge, the reference and date used to calculate it, and how tax is applied to the dollar figure. On top of the subscription sits what Meta charges. Cheetrack says so openly: outbound WhatsApp API messages are billed directly by Meta and excluded from its plans, with a published estimate of $0.02 USD plus VAT per message. Treat that as its estimate rather than Meta's rate, because the real one depends on the template category and the recipient's country.
Does Eva only serve businesses in Mexico?
No. EvaAI sells to companies anywhere in the world and Eva answers in Spanish or English. What changes by country is the invoice: inside Mexico the price is published in pesos plus VAT with a Mexican tax receipt, and outside Mexico the account bills in dollars.
It is worth saying because Cheetrack is built in Chile for Latin America and the question comes up on its own: if the vendor is from another country, who does it sell to? In our case, a distributor in Chile, a hardware wholesaler in Colombia and a supplier in the United States buy the same way, and the agent answers in the language the customer writes in. What does change from country to country is the tax paperwork and the per-message fees Meta charges, two questions worth settling for any vendor on this list.
FAQ
What does Cheetrack cost?
It publishes five plans in UF plus VAT with a parallel dollar figure: Basic 3.75 UF and $165 USD with 300 monthly orders or quotations, Starter 7.5 UF and $339 USD with 700, Pro 15 UF and $678 USD with 1,500, Scale 30 UF and $1,356 USD with 3,500, and Corporate from 60 UF and from $2,717 USD with a custom volume. Verified on 16 September 2026. Each card also lists a one-time setup starting at the same amount as the monthly fee.
What counts as an order or a quotation on Cheetrack?
Orders and quotations consume the monthly allowance, and a WhatsApp enquiry that does not end in an order counts as half. Above the allowance each extra order is billed: 0.021 UF plus VAT on Basic and 0.015 UF on Scale, with parallel dollar figures of $0.90 USD and $0.65 USD. On Corporate the overage is negotiated and unpublished, so ask for it in writing before signing.
Does Cheetrack bill in Mexican pesos or issue CFDI invoices?
We found no published Mexican peso tariff, exchange rule or Mexican tax commitment: its plans are in UF plus VAT, which is Chilean treatment, with parallel dollar figures. Aurora Inbox does publish pesos plus VAT with Mexican tax identifiers and downloadable CFDI files. Eva publishes pesos plus VAT inside Mexico and also issues CFDI invoices on your customers' behalf through Facturapi when the tax profile is complete.
Which of these connects to my ERP?
Cheetrack advertises connections to Defontana, Softland, SAP Business One, Kame and Odoo, and its ERP API integration appears from the Pro plan. With Eva the catalog enters by file or by API and connecting your system is a custom integration, quoted, without publishing a list of certified systems; its ready-made connectors are Shopify, Google Calendar, Facturapi and automatic notices to other systems. respond.io publishes a developer API plus Zapier and Make connectors. Kommo, Aurora and Leadsales solve the CRM and the inbox; the ERP connection is yours to build.
Which ones serve channels beyond WhatsApp?
Cheetrack documents order intake by WhatsApp, email, PDF, Excel and audio; we found nothing establishing Instagram, Messenger, TikTok or chat on your own site. respond.io and Leadsales publish WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram, and respond.io also handles inbound calls. Aurora publishes the three Meta channels. Eva handles WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, calls, email and your website, and answers Instagram comments and TikTok ad comments.
What do I lose by leaving Cheetrack?
What you lose is specific and worth naming: the interpretation of an informal order arriving as a PDF, a spreadsheet or a voice note, priced against your ERP list, with seller review before confirmation. Eva quotes from the connected catalog inside the conversation, books, follows up and, with your tools connected, can also take payment and issue invoices; the catalog enters by file or by API, but reading an order file against a Chilean ERP's price list is Cheetrack's home ground. If that is your main flow, that is the honest comparison to make, not the price.
