Clientify sells a single subscription called Todo en uno, bundling CRM, marketing, communication, sales automation, quotes and electronic signatures. The headline price is easy to read; what decides your invoice are the three meters underneath it: users, marketing contacts and inbox channels.
This guide uses Clientify's public pricing page and official help material, checked on September 16, 2026, and converts no amount between currencies. EvaAI publishes this page and sells Eva, which appears in one price line above and in a comparison at the end with figures read from its own catalog. We sell to businesses in any country and any industry.
How much does Clientify cost in 2026?
Clientify publishes one subscription, Todo en uno, at $65 USD per month or a $39 USD monthly equivalent billed yearly, which is $468 USD for the year, verified on September 16, 2026. The base carries one platform user, 1,000 marketing contacts and five inbox channels.
Annual billing is charged upfront and is the only way to reach the lower monthly equivalent. Clientify allows switching billing frequency and cancelling at any time, with no refund for the remainder of the period already paid, and offers a seven-day trial with no card.
The table below separates what is published in the currency you pay from what appears only in euros. That distinction matters, because the add-ons that move the invoice most, namely users, contacts and channels, fall on the second side.
| Item | Published amount | Period | Verified |
|---|---|---|---|
| Todo en uno, month to month | $65 USD | per month | September 16, 2026 |
| Todo en uno, annual billing | $39 USD | monthly equivalent | September 16, 2026 |
| Todo en uno, annual billing | $468 USD | total for the year | September 16, 2026 |
| Initial trial | No charge | seven days, no card | September 16, 2026 |
| Additional user | Published in euros only | per user per month | September 16, 2026 |

What does Clientify's base price include?
The base includes one user, 1,000 marketing contacts and five inbox channels, which can all be WhatsApp or a mix with email and Instagram. The plan matrix adds 25 sales processes, opportunities with no published cap, one million products, online quotes and electronic signatures.
The CRM carries per-contact activity history, AI-assisted commercial proposals, personalized meeting-booking links and a Stripe connection for charging meetings and quotes. It is a wide bundle for the price, and that is its genuine appeal.
The inbox connects WhatsApp through Meta's Cloud API, Instagram, Messenger, email and telephone in one shared history, plus chat on your own site. Clientify documents Coexistence, meaning the same number running in the WhatsApp Business app and inside the CRM.
What is not included in Clientify pricing?
It excludes extra people, contacts beyond the first 1,000, channels beyond the first five, the WhatsApp Web channel, your country's taxes and Meta's charges for template messages. From October 1, 2026 it also excludes artificial-intelligence actions, which move to prepaid credits.
Additional user, additional block of 1,000 contacts, extra channel and the WhatsApp Web channel are published only in euros, so a buyer paying in dollars or pesos cannot budget them from the page. Ask for those four amounts in writing, in your currency, before signing.
WhatsApp charges belong to Meta, not to Clientify, and its page states they sit outside the subscription. Since July 1, 2025 Meta charges for each delivered template message by category and destination country, so that row appears the same with any vendor.
The AI has a cut-off date. Clientify advertises free use with no credit consumption through September 30, 2026, and from October 1, 2026 a prepaid credit wallet, with the price and minimum top-up published only in euros and per-action consumption still to be published.
Does Clientify bill in pesos and issue Mexican invoices?
Not according to what it publishes. Its currency selector offers dollars and euros, and on September 16, 2026 we observed no Mexican peso option. Electronic invoicing is labeled Spain-only in its plan matrix, and we found no public commitment to issue Mexican CFDI invoices.
Two things are worth keeping apart. Clientify letting Spanish customers issue electronic invoices is a product feature for them; a vendor issuing you a Mexican tax invoice for your own subscription is a different question, and nothing about it is published on its pricing page.
Its Stripe integration guide describes invoice payment specifically for Spanish accounts. If your accounting needs Mexican tax invoices and peso billing, confirm both in writing before approving a budget, because today neither is resolved from the site.
What should you check before buying Clientify?
Check six things before signing: how many people need access, how many marketing contacts you hold today, how many channels you need, what AI will cost from October 2026, which currency you will be charged in, and which tax document you receive every month.
Count the people first. The base carries one user, so multiply by your real team and ask for the per-user rate in your currency. Then count your list: if you already exceed 1,000 marketing contacts, the additional block lands on the very first invoice.
Then add channels. Five sound like plenty until the sixth is a new WhatsApp number, and the WhatsApp Web channel is charged separately. Close with two written questions: the per-action consumption of the credit wallet, and whether peso billing with Mexican tax invoices exists.
How does Clientify compare with Eva?
Clientify bundles CRM and marketing with a five-channel inbox; Eva is an AI agent that completes the sale inside the conversation and includes a CRM. Eva costs from $191 USD per month on an annual plan, or $229 USD month to month on Essential.
Eva is our product. Essential includes 5,000 credits and 5 users, so the base costs more than Clientify's and carries five people instead of one, with AI inside the price and no separate credit wallet. Inside Mexico the charge is in pesos plus VAT, with a CFDI invoice when the tax profile is complete.
What Eva does not sell is the marketing suite Clientify places beside the CRM: we publish no landing pages and no electronic signatures. If that is the center of your operation, Clientify solves something we do not; if what you need is the same conversation quoting from your catalog, booking, taking payment, invoicing and following up, compare the full cost against a real month.
Methodology
Methodology
- The plan, included base, trial, cancellation rules and add-ons come from Clientify's public pricing page and help center, checked on September 16, 2026.
- Figures stay in the currency Clientify publishes. Its Spanish page exposes a euro card beside the dollar one; only the dollar amounts are printed here and nothing is converted.
- Add-ons published only in euros are named as charges without an amount, because there is no verified figure in the buyer's currency.
- Eva's prices come from its official price list and change when that list changes.

FAQ
Does Clientify have a free trial?
Yes. Its pricing page publishes a seven-day trial with no card, verified on September 16, 2026. Cancellation is allowed at any time, with no refund for the remainder of the billing period already paid, and you can switch between monthly billing and annual prepayment.
How much does adding users to Clientify cost?
Its additional-user rate is published only in euros, inside its own comparison article, at a lower price when payment is annual. We found no equivalent rate in dollars or pesos, so this guide prints no figure it cannot verify in your currency: ask for it in writing.
Does Clientify pricing include WhatsApp messages?
No. Its page states that Meta's usage charges sit outside the subscription. Since July 1, 2025 Meta charges for each delivered template message by category and destination country, and outside the 24 hours from the contact's last message the inbox requires an approved template.
Does Clientify charge for AI separately?
Not today, and yes from October 1, 2026. Clientify advertises free use with no credit consumption through September 30, 2026, and a prepaid credit wallet afterwards, with the price and minimum top-up published only in euros and per-action consumption still unpublished.
