Whaticket alternatives

What are the best alternatives to Whaticket?

Whaticket is a shared inbox for people handling messages; Eva is an AI agent that quotes from a catalog, books, takes payment, invoices and follows up. If you need another inbox, compare users, numbers, tokens and campaigns. If you need selling inside the conversation, compare the completed work.

Whaticket's AI uses OpenAI tokens, campaigns cost extra, and billing is in dollars. Eva is our product and one of the five options. Everything was verified on 28 July 2026 on each vendor's public pages.

Why people look for an alternative to Whaticket

The first reason is that the AI is not included in the price. Whaticket's own pricing page says OpenAI tokens are bought directly from OpenAI and are not part of the plans. It publishes no token allowance, no consumption per resolved conversation, no policy for a model change and no total-cost calculator. That turns the most important line item in an automated operation into a variable third-party bill you administer yourself.

The second is campaigns. Campaign credits are bought separately from the subscription: USD 25 per 1,000 messages and up to USD 105 per 7,500 on its dollar rate card. Those bundles apply only to QR-code connections; for the official API it says they are exempt from that charge, but it does not publish Meta's template fee or whether it is passed through at cost or marked up. The same campaign can cost two very different amounts depending on which connection it leaves through.

The third is currency and paperwork. The Spanish site publishes prices in dollars; the terms say prices exclude taxes and withholdings, that payment is by automatic card debit and that an international card may be required depending on your nationality, and that where Whaticket has no local operation the service may be invoiced from its United States operation. Its legal entity is an American company registered in Orlando. We found no peso price, Mexican entity or CFDI commitment.

The fourth is the exit. The terms say there is no refund or credit for early termination and that unpaid fees for the remaining term become due; the subscription renews automatically for the same period unless manually cancelled, and prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. None of that is unusual, but it changes the conversation entirely if you prepaid a discounted year.

The fifth is the numbers that do not line up across its own pages. The multiagent page says there is no technical limit on simultaneously connected agents, while the plans bill three or eight users: unlimited agents is a technical claim, not free seats. The pricing page lists web chat as free on every plan, while the homepage FAQ describes it as a USD 20 connection. Its privacy policy also states that data is stored in the United States, Peru and Brazil, with no published option for Mexican residency.

Criteria

  • It publishes a price. An alternative that only quotes on a call cannot be compared, so all five publish at least one list price.
  • It includes AI in the published price, or publishes how it is charged; where a rate is not public, we say so on its row. That is the criterion that weighs most in the comparison.
  • It does the same job — answering and selling over messaging with several people in one inbox.
  • It can be bought from Mexico today, even when it bills in dollars; where no Mexican entity or local invoicing is published, this page says so.
  • Every claim here links to the vendor's public page and carries its verification date.

Eva is our product and appears on this list, so the list is not neutral by nature; that is why every row links the public page it came from and why the list routes by job instead of declaring an overall winner. The Whaticket, Aurora Inbox, Leadsales, Kommo and Kosmo prices were verified on 28 July 2026 and are printed in the currency each vendor publishes, without conversion. Confirm each one on the vendor's own site before deciding.

Five real alternatives

  1. 1. Eva

Best for: Anyone who needs Eva's five foundations. Eva does the work, not just the talking: She quotes from your real catalog, books, takes payment, invoices and follows up for months — inside the same conversation. A built-in CRM where everything organizes itself: Every prospect is captured, classified and managed automatically, and Eva works with your team: handoff to a person with the full history. Every channel included: WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok, calls, email and your website — including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok comments. AI is already in the price: No separate accounts and no extra AI charges: each agent reply uses one plan credit, and that is it. Public pricing: Plans, add-ons and setup published, with a verification date on every figure on this page. From $191 USD per month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month).

Tradeoff: From $191 USD per month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month) on Essential with 5,000 credits and 5 users. It costs more than the inexpensive inboxes on this list if people only need to answer messages. Payment inside the conversation is by SPEI, not card; assisted setup is purchased separately from $579 USD (half price with an annual plan); a 1,000-credit top-up costs $49 USD and each extra user is $17 USD per month. There is no public self-serve signup or free trial today.

  2. 2. Aurora Inbox

Best for: Anyone leaving Whaticket who does not want to administer OpenAI tokens or pay in dollars. Aurora includes an AI agent with 800 monthly responses, three users and the three Meta channels from its entry plan, publishes its price in pesos and invoices with Mexican tax identifiers and downloadable CFDI files.

Tradeoff: $1,800 MXN per month plus VAT (or $99 USD) for Aurora CRM. Each additional user and each additional channel costs $240 MXN per month plus VAT, while Whaticket's Plan PRO gives eight users for $109 USD. It also publishes no AI-response overage price, so you trade a variable bill for a ceiling with no published price.

  3. 3. Leadsales

Best for: Anyone who mainly needs Mexican invoicing and peso billing, and wants conversations organized into columns by sales stage with several users included. Its terms identify a Mexican corporation and document Mexican tax invoicing for customers in Mexico.

Tradeoff: $97 USD per month on Plan Básico, charged as $2,362.92 MXN to customers in Mexico, with three users and five pipelines; each additional user is $13 USD per month. Its AI agent starts on the Profesional plan and its price after the first thirty days is not public. Its pricing FAQ says each account connects a single WhatsApp number, against the USD 20 additional connections Whaticket sells.

  4. 4. Kommo

Best for: Anyone moving from an inbox to a mature sales CRM — pipelines, tasks, contact records and analytics — with one WhatsApp number on Básico, three on Avanzado and unlimited numbers on Pro, plus AI credits included per paid user.

Tradeoff: $15 USD per paid user per month on Básico, with no monthly option: the published minimum is six months prepaid, meaning $90 USD per seat before you start. For a team of eight, that per-seat arithmetic moves away from Whaticket's flat price quickly. The autonomous AI agent begins on Avanzado at $25 USD per paid user per month, and it publishes no Mexican entity or CFDI commitment either.

  5. 5. Kosmo

Best for: Anyone who does not want to configure anything again or manage AI vendors. All three plans include Kosmo analyzing the business, configuring the bot, connecting the channels and training the team, with a published 72-hour turnaround and published support response times per plan.

Tradeoff: $4,497 MXN per month on Starter, with one channel of your choice and one user, and $12,497 MXN on Professional Growth. It is the largest price jump on this list coming from Whaticket, and its entry plan carries one user against Plan BASIC's three. It bills conversations per month without publishing what starts or ends a conversation.

Eva is our product and comes first. These are the criteria: the work each one solves, published price and billing unit, ability to buy from Mexico, and verifiable claims with a link and date. Eva comes first because it brings together the five foundations —an agent that executes, an included CRM, every channel, AI included and public pricing— from $191 USD per month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month). Aurora follows for its published peso price, three channels and 800 AI responses; Leadsales for a manual operation with peso billing; Kommo for per-seat sales and campaign analytics; and Kosmo when its included 72-hour setup decides the purchase. Whaticket retains a real advantage as an inexpensive dollar inbox, with QR and published additional connections.

What switching actually involves

The first step is the WhatsApp number, and it depends on how you connected it. Whaticket lets the first connection be the official API, a QR code or WhatsApp Business. On QR, the number still lives on the phone and the move is simple — but that is the right moment to decide whether to keep it that way or activate the official API. If you are already on the official API, changing platforms means migrating the WhatsApp Business account between providers inside Meta, with verification in the middle: plan for days rather than minutes.

The second is your data. Whaticket publishes unlimited chat history, which is an advantage while you are inside and a problem the day you leave: on its public pages reviewed on 28 July 2026 we found no export procedure. Ask for the export clause in the document you are about to sign and for a test export before you cancel anything. Its privacy policy states that data is stored in the United States, Peru and Brazil.

The third is the configuration. Departments, labels, routing rules, away messages and your assistant's knowledge base do not copy across to the next vendor. With Eva, guided setup is prepared from your website and catalog and you approve it at no cost, while assisted setup costs $579 USD once with delivery within five business days of receiving complete inputs. Kosmo builds it for you on all three plans with a published 72-hour turnaround. With Aurora, Leadsales and Kommo the configuration is yours to build beyond whatever the plan includes.

The fourth is the OpenAI account. If you enabled the assistant, your tokens sit in your own OpenAI account rather than in Whaticket. That means two things: the historical consumption data is yours and worth reviewing to learn what you were really spending each month, and that account has to be closed or reassigned by hand when you leave. Nobody will cancel it for you.

The fifth is the exit. As covered in the reasons above, there is no refund for early termination, remaining fees become due and renewal is automatic: schedule the cancellation from the subscription menu before the cutoff date. If you prepaid a discounted year, work out the exit before signing with the next vendor. On the arrival side, Kommo publishes a six-month prepaid minimum and Aurora states that payment is in advance and non-refundable.

And on our side, so you know what is left for you: we handle the number's migration inside Meta ourselves, the same way we handle your company's verification. On contacts we would rather understate it — your catalog does come in by file or by API, and a contact is created and updated on its own the moment the person writes — but we publish no contact-list import today, so we are not going to promise you one. Ask your current vendor for the export and we go through it with you during setup, before you cancel anything.

FAQ

Is anything cheaper than Whaticket?

In dollars, not on this list: Plan BASIC at USD 49 per month with three users is the lowest entry point among the six tools this page compares. In pesos, Aurora Inbox publishes $1,800 MXN per month plus VAT with three users, three channels and an AI agent included; at many exchange rates that lands above Whaticket, but it includes the AI that Whaticket bills separately. Compare the total with AI and campaigns, not the subscription alone.

Which ones include AI without buying tokens separately?

Aurora Inbox includes an agent with 800 monthly AI responses from its entry plan; Eva includes the full agent on every plan and bills per agent reply; Kommo includes 750 AI credits per paid user per month on Básico, though the autonomous agent starts on Avanzado; and Kosmo includes bot configuration on all three plans. With Leadsales, Lead Agent starts on Profesional and its price after the first thirty days is not public.

Which ones bill in pesos and issue Mexican CFDI invoices?

Aurora Inbox publishes its price in pesos plus VAT and documents Mexican tax identifiers and CFDI downloads. Leadsales bills customers located in Mexico in pesos and its terms identify a Mexican corporation. Kosmo publishes its rate card in pesos. Eva publishes pesos plus VAT inside Mexico and also issues CFDI invoices on your customers' behalf through Facturapi when the tax profile is complete. Whaticket and Kommo bill in dollars with no published Mexican invoicing commitment.

Can I connect several WhatsApp numbers?

With Whaticket yes, at USD 20 per month for each additional connection, and that is one of its best rows. Kommo publishes one number on Básico, three on Avanzado and unlimited numbers on Pro. Aurora includes three channels and charges $240 MXN per month plus VAT for each extra one. Leadsales says each account connects a single number. Do not treat that row as an automatic reason to stay: Eva already includes WhatsApp alongside Instagram, Messenger, TikTok, calls, email and your website; confirm the connection count for your setup before deciding.

Which of the five fits me?

Start with Eva if you need a CRM, every channel and comments, a Shopify connection or scheduling: Eva captures and manages prospects, handles WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok, calls, email and your website, answers Instagram, Facebook and TikTok comments, connects to Shopify and books inside the conversation. Aurora retains a low peso list price; Leadsales suits a team that wants to operate a stage-based inbox by hand; Kommo stands out if its campaign and sales analytics decide the purchase; and Kosmo if included setup is essential. Whaticket remains the inexpensive dollar inbox with QR and published additional connections.
