Aurora Inbox pricing in 2026

Aurora Inbox lists three monthly plans: Aurora CRM at USD 99 (MXN 1,800), Aurora IA at USD 179 (MXN 3,200) and Aurora IA Plus at USD 229 (MXN 4,000), all plus Mexican VAT. Each includes three users and three channels, and they scale up in AI agents, AI replies, sales boards and storage.

The unit that changes most between plans is the AI reply: a response an Aurora agent writes on its own to a customer. Aurora CRM includes 800 a month, Aurora IA 10,000 and Aurora IA Plus 20,000. If AI answers almost everything, the entry plan runs out fast; if AI only assists the team, it may be enough.

A February 2026 Aurora article still shows higher figures for Aurora IA Plus. This guide uses the current pricing page, the list Aurora itself maintains.

Users and channels beyond three cost extra: MXN 240 a month each, plus VAT; in dollars, an extra user costs USD 15, checked on September 29, 2026. Aurora publishes no dollar price for an extra channel and no price for extra AI replies, per its page on September 24, 2026.

A channel is one connected WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook account. A five-person team with one WhatsApp number, one Instagram account and one Facebook page pays the plan plus two extra users at USD 15 a month each, before VAT.

Aurora's 2023 terms, checked on July 28, 2026, set a fair-use limit of 20,000 exchanged messages per user per month and charge MXN 1,000 for each additional block of 60,000 messages. The current pricing page does not explain how that rule fits with AI replies, so confirm it before signing.

Aurora Inbox does not say. Its pricing page, checked on September 24, 2026, does not state whether Meta's WhatsApp charges are included, passed through or marked up. Meta does charge for every delivered template, so get that answer in writing before comparing totals.

For recipients in Mexico, from October 1, 2026, Meta charges USD 0.0397 per delivered marketing template and USD 0.0085 per utility or authentication template. Service messages are free up to 1,000 per phone number per month. These figures come from Meta's official rate card, checked on September 17, 2026.

Aurora connects WhatsApp through Meta's official API or through a WhatsApp Web session linked by QR code, and broadcasts run on the API. The difference matters: on the API, templates trigger Meta's charge; the WhatsApp Web session depends on the phone staying connected. Aurora Inbox is the better choice for a three-person team in Mexico that wants to pay in pesos, get a CFDI tax invoice, and have an inbox, CRM and one AI agent at a low entry price. Its billing stores RFC and tax regime and offers CFDI downloads in XML and PDF, per its help center on July 28, 2026.

It also fits if you want to keep using your WhatsApp number on the phone while the team works from the inbox, through its WhatsApp Web channel, or if you need appointment booking and WhatsApp campaigns in the same tool.

Check three points before buying: service is paid in advance and, under its terms, can be cancelled at any time but payments are not refunded; the free trial appears on two plans with no published length; and quarterly or annual totals are only visible inside the account.

Aurora Inbox charges by plan with an AI-reply allowance and adds users and channels; Eva charges by plan with capacity included so the conversation completes sales tasks.
