Whaticket pricing in 2026

Whaticket publishes three plans on its Spanish-language site: BASIC at USD 49 per month with three users, PRO at $109 USD per month with eight users, and PERSONALIZADO from the same entry price, with a published minimum of three users and one WhatsApp connection.

Annual billing is charged upfront and lowers the monthly equivalent to $39.20 USD on BASIC and $87.20 USD on PRO. Annual billing means paying the twelve months up front, so the annual decision is about cash flow as much as rate.

All three plans share the same published base: multiagent inbox, custom labels, unlimited contacts and chat history, reports, automatic replies and assignment, Web Chat for your site, and free Instagram Direct and Facebook Messenger connections. What separates the plans is how many people answer, not which features appear.

Two units move a Whaticket invoice: the people answering and the WhatsApp numbers connected. Whaticket's published terms base subscription cost on contracted users and connections, and each additional WhatsApp connection costs from USD 20 per month on the Spanish-language offer. Neither unit has a published contractual maximum, so a larger team is quoted.

On Plan PERSONALIZADO the public calculator reprices the whole user block: from four to seven users the published rate is $15 USD per user per month, and from eight users up a lower unit rate applies that is not a round figure. No contractual maximum for users or connections is published.

The multiagent page says there is no technical limit on agents connected at the same time. That is not the same as free seats: plans bill three or eight users and anything larger is quoted. If your team grows or a branch needs its own number, price the real configuration before comparing.

Three costs sit outside a Whaticket subscription: the OpenAI tokens Whaticket AI consumes, the credits for mass campaigns and Meta's fees for delivered template messages. Whaticket's published terms also leave taxes and withholdings outside the listed price and assign them to the customer paying the invoice.

Campaign credits are bought separately from the subscription and apply to QR-code connections: $25 USD for 1,000 messages, $38 USD for 2,000, $75 USD for 5,000 and $105 USD for 7,500. Campaigns sent through the official API are exempt from that Whaticket credit.

Exempt from the credit, not from Meta. Since July 1, 2025, Meta charges per delivered template message by category and destination country, outside its free windows, and Whaticket publishes neither that rate nor any markup it may add. The AI works the same way: tokens are bought directly from OpenAI, with no included allowance or per-answer consumption published.

Check five points before buying Whaticket: the fourteen-day trial and its limits, upfront billing with automatic renewal, the absence of refunds for early termination, invoicing for a Mexican company, and where customer data is stored. All five are published except the Mexican tax treatment, which is not.

The terms describe automatic card debit, note that an international card may be required depending on the customer's nationality, and collect the first payment at purchase. The subscription renews for the same period unless cancelled from the subscription menu, no refund is given for early termination, and unpaid fees for the remaining term become due. Price changes carry at least thirty days of notice.

Two gaps remain for a Mexican buyer. We found no peso price, no Mexican contracting entity, no total including tax and no public tax-invoice commitment, and the privacy policy places data storage in the United States, Peru and Brazil. Brazil does get its own rate card in reais with taxes included in the display, separate from the dollar list seen from Mexico.

Whaticket bills people and numbers to organise an inbox; Eva bills a plan with included capacity so the conversation completes tasks. Eva starts at $191 USD monthly on an annual plan or $229 USD month to month on Essential, with 5,000 credits and 5 users.
