ManyChat alternatives
What are the best alternatives to ManyChat?
ManyChat turns Instagram comments, Stories and ads into automated conversations and is hard to beat at that job. This comparison is for when sales move to WhatsApp, the Active Contacts meter starts to bite, or a dollar invoice no longer fits your budget.
This page compares five alternatives using published prices and limits. Eva is one of them and our product, so we explain the order and where another option wins. We verified each vendor's public pages on 28 July 2026.

Why people look for an alternative to ManyChat
The first reason is WhatsApp. In the plan model ManyChat introduced on 2 March 2026, neither the free plan nor Essential at $17 USD per month includes WhatsApp: the channel starts on Pro at $39 USD per month. For a business whose sales happen on WhatsApp, that means the entry plan does not cover the main channel.
The second is the meter. ManyChat bills Active Contacts: 25 per month on the free plan, 250 on Essential, 2,500 on Pro, 7,500 on Business and 25,000 on Advanced. The count resets every cycle, including on annual subscriptions, and overage is billed monthly at $0.10 USD per additional contact on Essential and $0.05 USD on Pro, with lower rates on the higher plans. It is an honest unit and it is published, but it grows with how well your campaign performs rather than with what you sell.
The third is channels per plan. The free plan and Essential allow two channels; Pro allows three, chosen from Instagram, TikTok, Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS and email. If your operation already lives on three Meta channels plus a website, the channel count starts deciding your plan before your needs do.
The fourth is currency and invoicing. The terms say prices are in dollars and payment is made in dollars except for qualifying Brazilian-real transactions, and that tax is calculated from your billing address. We found no peso price, no tax-inclusive total for a Mexican buyer and no Mexican invoicing commitment. Its legal entity is in California.
The fifth is that two ManyChats coexist today. The new model applies to accounts created on or after 2 March 2026 and its availability varies by region; older accounts remain on the previous model, which priced the accumulated contact list and does not reset, and they cannot switch yet. Its AI product page also shows four channels while its help center says that feature is available for Instagram only. Before comparing prices, work out which ManyChat you are on.
Criteria
- It publishes a price. An alternative that only quotes on a call cannot be compared, so all five publish at least one list price.
- It publishes its billing unit and what happens when the allowance runs out. Price alone is not enough: what gets counted and what overage costs matter more.
- It includes WhatsApp on the entry plan, because that is the most common reason to leave ManyChat from Mexico.
- It can be bought from Mexico today, even when it bills in dollars; where no Mexican entity or local invoicing is published, this page says so.
- Every claim here links to the vendor's public page and carries its verification date.
Eva is our product and appears on this list, so the list is not neutral by nature; that is why every row links the public page it came from. The ManyChat, Aurora Inbox, Leadsales, Kommo and Whaticket prices were verified on 28 July 2026 and are printed in the currency each vendor publishes, without conversion. The ManyChat figures belong to the model in force since March 2026; if your account predates it, confirm in your own dashboard before comparing.
Five real alternatives
1. Eva
Best for: Anyone who needs an integrated platform. Eva does the work, not just the talking: she quotes from your real catalog, books, takes payment, invoices and follows up for months — inside the same conversation. A CRM where everything organizes itself: every prospect is captured, classified and managed automatically, and Eva works with your team: handoff to a person with the full history. Every channel included: WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok, calls, email and your website — including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok comments. AI is already in the price: no separate accounts and no extra AI charges; each agent reply uses one plan credit, and that is it. Public pricing: plans, add-ons and setup published, with a verification date on every figure on this page. From $191 USD per month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month).
Tradeoff: From $191 USD per month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month), Eva costs more than low-cost inboxes and setup is purchased separately from $579 USD (half price with an annual plan): several times the ManyChat Pro monthly price. Essential includes 5,000 credits and 5 users; a 1,000-credit top-up costs $49 USD and each extra user is $17 USD per month. There is no public self-serve signup today or free trial, and Eva Pay settles by SPEI bank transfer rather than card.
Source2. Aurora Inbox
Best for: Anyone leaving ManyChat because WhatsApp sits on a higher plan and the invoice arrives in dollars. Aurora includes the three Meta channels, an AI agent with 800 monthly responses and three users from its entry plan, publishes its price in pesos and invoices with Mexican tax identifiers and downloadable CFDI files.
Tradeoff: $1,800 MXN per month plus VAT (or $99 USD) for Aurora CRM. Each additional user and each additional channel costs $240 MXN per month plus VAT. It publishes no AI-response overage price and does not say whether Meta's template fee is included, and it has nothing resembling the Instagram comment, Story and mention triggers ManyChat is known for.
Source3. Leadsales
Best for: Anyone who wants the chats their people already answer organized into columns by sales stage, with a Mexican corporation, peso billing for customers in Mexico and Mexican tax invoicing.
Tradeoff: $97 USD per month on Plan Básico, charged as $2,362.92 MXN to customers in Mexico, with three users and five pipelines; each additional user is $13 USD per month. Its AI agent starts on the Profesional plan and its price after the first thirty days is not public. Its pricing FAQ says each account connects a single WhatsApp number.
Source4. Kommo
Best for: Anyone who wants to stop thinking in automations and start thinking in pipeline: a mature sales CRM with stages, tasks, contact records and analytics, with messaging inside it and several WhatsApp numbers.
Tradeoff: $15 USD per paid user per month on Básico, with no monthly option: the published minimum is six months prepaid, meaning $90 USD per seat before you start. The autonomous AI agent begins on Avanzado at $25 USD per paid user per month. Billing is in dollars only, with no published Mexican entity, peso rate card or CFDI commitment — so the invoicing problem is not solved on that side.
Source5. Whaticket
Best for: A Latin American support team that needs the lowest dollar entry point, three included users, no published cap on contacts or chats — the opposite of an Active Contacts meter — and the option to start with WhatsApp over a QR link.
Tradeoff: USD 49 per month on Plan BASIC, with three users and one WhatsApp connection; each additional connection is USD 20 per month. The OpenAI tokens that power its AI features are purchased separately, with no published allowance or per-conversation consumption. Its legal entity is American, so the invoice still arrives in dollars and without a Mexican tax receipt.

Eva is our product and comes first. These are the criteria: work solved, published price and billing unit, channels and commercial operation, availability from Mexico, and verifiable claims with a link and date. It comes first because it brings together the five pillars: work inside the conversation, an included CRM, every channel, AI included and public pricing, from $191 USD per month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month). Aurora follows for an inbox with peso pricing and invoicing; Leadsales for stage-organized chats with peso billing for customers in Mexico; Kommo for buyers who prefer a per-seat CRM; and Whaticket for a low-cost dollar inbox with WhatsApp by QR. ManyChat retains an honest advantage: its Instagram triggers for Stories, mentions and ads; if your acquisition depends on them, compare them case by case.
What switching actually involves
The first step is working out what you can actually take with you. What is valuable inside ManyChat are the flows and triggers, and those do not export to another platform: they get rebuilt. Before cancelling, document which automations genuinely produce conversations — usually two or three — and carry those across, not the twenty you built in month one.
The second is the WhatsApp number. If you connected it on Pro or above, your number runs on Meta's official API, and changing platforms means migrating the WhatsApp Business account between providers inside Meta, with verification in the middle. Plan for days rather than minutes, and ask for the release procedure in writing before you sign with the next vendor.
The third is the contacts. ManyChat stores your contacts with tags and custom fields, and that list is what really matters. Ask for an export and verify it before you cancel anything; a closed account is the worst moment to discover a missing field.
The fourth is configuring the replacement. With Eva, guided setup is prepared from your website and catalog and you approve it at no cost, while assisted setup costs $579 USD once with delivery within five business days of receiving complete inputs. With Aurora, Leadsales, Kommo and Whaticket the configuration is yours to build beyond whatever the plan includes. Budget a month paying both vendors as well: nobody switches off a sales channel to test another one.
The fifth is Meta's messaging window, which does not change with the vendor. Automated messages on Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp are subject to the 24-hour window after the contact's last interaction, and WhatsApp templates sent outside that window are charged by Meta per delivered message. That cost exists with ManyChat and with all five alternatives; switch for other reasons, not expecting it to disappear.
And on our side, so you know what is left for you: we handle the number's migration inside Meta ourselves, the same way we handle your company's verification. On contacts we would rather understate it — your catalog does come in by file or by API, and a contact is created and updated on its own the moment the person writes — but we publish no contact-list import today, so we are not going to promise you one. Ask your current vendor for the export and we go through it with you during setup, before you cancel anything.
FAQ
What is the cheapest alternative to ManyChat?
It depends on what you compare. None of the five has a free plan the way ManyChat does, so if you pay nothing today, any move is new spend. Eva is not the lowest-cost entry option: it starts from $191 USD per month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month) and setup is purchased separately. Whaticket publishes USD 49 per month with three users and one WhatsApp connection, and Aurora Inbox publishes $1,800 MXN per month plus VAT with three users, three channels and an AI agent.
Which ones include WhatsApp on the entry plan?
Eva includes WhatsApp from Essential alongside Instagram, Messenger, TikTok, calls, email and your website, including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok comments. Aurora Inbox, Leadsales and Whaticket also include WhatsApp on their lowest plan. Kommo includes it with one number on Básico, three on Avanzado and unlimited numbers on Pro. With ManyChat, WhatsApp starts on Pro at $39 USD per month: neither the free plan nor Essential carries it.
Does any of them bill by Active Contacts the way ManyChat does?
None of the five uses that unit. Aurora bills monthly AI responses, Eva bills per agent reply, Kommo bills per seat plus AI credits, Leadsales bills by plan with active-conversation allowances and campaign credits, and Whaticket bills by users and WhatsApp connections. Changing the unit is not automatically cheaper: run the arithmetic on your real volume before you move.
Do any of them bill in pesos and issue Mexican CFDI invoices?
For invoicing the service, Aurora Inbox publishes its price in pesos plus VAT and documents Mexican tax identifiers and CFDI downloads; Leadsales bills customers located in Mexico in pesos and its terms identify a Mexican corporation. To issue CFDI invoices on your customers' behalf, Eva does so through Facturapi when the tax profile is complete. ManyChat, Kommo and Whaticket bill in dollars and publish no Mexican invoicing commitment.
Can I replace ManyChat's Instagram triggers without losing the commercial operation?
Eva answers Instagram, Facebook and TikTok comments automatically and continues the conversation in direct messages with the same agent that quotes, books and takes payment. You do not lose a CRM, channels, a Shopify connection or booking inside the conversation. ManyChat additionally documents triggers for Story replies, Story mentions and ads, subject to Meta's rules; if your acquisition depends on those specific triggers, compare them case by case.
