WhatsApp CRM
How do I connect WhatsApp with my CRM?
Two ways: bolt a WhatsApp integration onto the CRM you already run, or use a CRM that already lives inside the chat. Eva is the second one. WhatsApp is one of its own channels from day one, and every contact, deal and stage gets written from the conversation.
Most people arrive here asking how to attach WhatsApp to the CRM they already own. It is a fair question, and it usually ends the same way: the chat lands in the system as a note, while the stage, the order and the follow-up still wait for somebody to type them in later. In a business that sells over messaging, that somebody does not exist at eleven on a Sunday night.
Eva starts from the other end. Its CRM is not integrated with the conversation, it is born there: the contact is created the moment the person writes, the deal moves while the quote is being built, and the booking, the payment and the next step are written by the same agent that answered. Here is what gets recorded, what does not, and what is genuinely free before you pay for anything.

What Eva can do
01
The contact is created the moment somebody writes
There is no new-record screen. A person messages your WhatsApp and their contact already exists, with their name, their phone number, the channel they came from and the whole conversation hanging off the record. If that same person wrote to you before on Instagram, Messenger, email or your website chat, it is one contact with one history, not four loose records somebody has to reconcile from memory.
The same goes for the deal. Eva creates and updates it while it talks, without depending on anybody typing. And when the person arrived through a campaign, the origin is written down: WhatsApp and email sends are built with segments, consent, suppression and attribution, so nobody has to guess later where a conversation came from.
Coming from another platform, your lists import from CSV or XLSX with deduplication, so the same customer does not end up as two records.
02
A pipeline with the conversation that started it attached
The stages are the ones your business actually runs, not a template's. Every deal carries its stage, its owner and the conversation it came from, one click away. When somebody asks where a customer stands, the answer stops being a note written three weeks ago and becomes the entire chat plus what Eva recorded from it.
Stages can also do real work in your own systems. If your ERP or internal system has an API, you configure the base URL, the authentication and the actions Eva may call, each with its method, path, body and response mapping; opportunity actions show up as stage buttons inside the pipeline. What your team fires from there is real work in your system, not a card changing color.
03
Quotes, bookings and payments live on the same record
Eva does not only describe what happened, it does the thing. It quotes with the real prices in your catalog and only with the fields you marked visible, so an internal cost never reaches a customer. It holds the slot against genuine availability in your calendar, synced with Google Calendar. It sends the bank-transfer payment link inside the conversation. And it issues the Mexican CFDI invoice when the tax profile is complete and the payment clears.
Every one of those actions is written onto the customer record, and so is the follow-up: Eva comes back days or months later with a goal, and your team can see the conversation, the action, the follow-up and the exact moment a human stepped in. A record earns its name when somebody can audit it without asking anyone.

Why a browser extension cannot reach this far
Extensions that paint columns over WhatsApp Web solve something real and cheap: ordering chats so nobody steps on anybody. Their ceiling is just as real. They live inside one person's browser session, they depend on that tab staying open, and what gets recorded is whatever that person manages to drag between columns while answering.
An integration bolted onto a classic CRM has the other ceiling. It usually stops at the note: the chat is saved as an attachment while the stage, the order and the follow-up still depend on a person. To be fair, a well-integrated classic CRM does update structured fields in both directions; what separates the two worlds is how much of the record shows up without a person typing it. That is what changes when whoever handles the conversation is also the one keeping the record.

- Eva is not free, and today there is no free trial and no public self-serve signup. The prices are published on the pricing page, with no call in the middle.
- Eva's CRM lives on the conversation side: messages, contacts, deals, calendar, campaigns and follow-ups. It does not replace your ERP, your inventory or your point of sale, and what it can read or write from them depends on that system having an API and somebody giving us access to its documentation.
- If you would rather keep the CRM you already run, there is no ready-made branded connector to switch on: it gets built on the custom API primitive during onboarding, and the only native external-CRM connection is Tokko Broker, for real-estate teams.
- Your contacts import from CSV or XLSX, but the conversation history from your previous vendor does not migrate. What arrives is your list, not your old chats.
- Eva records the fields, stages and triggers we define with you. Whatever is not defined does not appear on its own, and when a value arrives ambiguous Eva does not invent it: it asks, or hands the conversation to a person on your team.
Questions
FAQ
What is CRM for WhatsApp?
It is a customer record built from the conversations themselves rather than typed in somewhere else: who wrote, which channel they came from, what they asked about, what they were quoted, what stage they are at and what comes next. WhatsApp alone does not build that. The WhatsApp Business app gives you labels and quick replies, which order chats, not a way to know how much is on its way to closing or who needs a call today.
How do I connect WhatsApp with a CRM?
There are two routes, and the right one depends on what you want written down. If you keep your CRM, your number connects to a platform running on the official WhatsApp Business API, and that platform pushes data into your system; with Eva that is assembled on the custom API primitive, configuring the base URL, the authentication and the actions that may be called. If what you are missing is the record rather than the system, the short route is to use the CRM that is already included and integrate nothing.
Is a WhatsApp CRM secure?
Two halves, and they should be judged separately. On the platform side, an official WhatsApp Business connection is a business account under your company's name, which is a different posture from a browser extension reading one employee's personal session in a tab that anybody can leave open on a shared machine. On our side, Eva encrypts data in transit, applies least-privilege access controls, and keeps monitoring and audit logging; every tool, channel and CRM function is enabled per agent, only the fields you marked visible ever reach a customer, and every action and human takeover stays visible. Whichever vendor you pick, ask two things in writing: who inside your team can export the data, and how you get it out if you leave.
Is there a free WhatsApp CRM?
What is genuinely free is what the WhatsApp Business app already includes: labels to sort conversations, quick replies, greeting and away messages, a catalog, and up to four linked devices so several people answer the same number. On top of that sit paid options where Meta offers them, such as the Meta Verified subscription, which advertises up to ten devices and agents. The other cheap route is a browser extension adding columns over WhatsApp Web. Both share the same ceiling: no ownership of work per person, no history or control per user, and nothing recorded outside the phone or the browser of whoever answered. Eva is not free, and its prices are published on the pricing page.
Can I bring my number and my contacts?
Yes. We handle the number's migration inside Meta ourselves, the same way we handle your company's verification, and your lists import from CSV or XLSX with deduplication. Ask your current vendor for the export before cancelling anything: a closed account is the worst possible moment to discover a field was missing.
