Best WhatsApp CRM

The best WhatsApp CRM in Mexico

It comes down to one thing: if you need a shared inbox where your team answers faster and in order, several options here will do and the cheapest one that invoices the way you need wins; if you need an agent that quotes, books and takes payment with nobody typing, the list gets very short.

Most «best WhatsApp CRM» lists rank by entry price and describe every product in the vendor's own words. This one does not. Six options, each with what the vendor publishes today, a link and a verification date on every figure, and what each one does badly stated plainly.

Eva is our product and it is on the list: that is not neutral, which is why we say it up here rather than in a footnote. We also say when another option here fits you better, because a customer who bought the wrong tool leaves in three months.

First question: shared inbox, or an agent that does the work

Two different products are sold under the same name. A shared inbox gathers messages from several channels into one screen, distributes conversations across people, keeps labels, stages and templates, and stops a team of five from stepping on each other. Somebody still writes the reply.

An agent that executes does the job: it understands what was asked, searches your real catalog, quotes with your prices and your terms, books against genuine availability, takes payment, records the contact and follows up weeks later. A person steps in when needed, not on every message.

The question that decides the purchase is not which one has more features. It is who writes the reply at eleven on a Sunday night. If you have enough people and they answer fast, a cheap inbox is enough and you do not need anything pricier. If people are the bottleneck, buying another inbox does not clear it.

Currency, invoicing and who charges you

Three of the six bill in dollars only and publish no Mexican entity or CFDI invoicing: Kommo, Whaticket and respond.io. That does not disqualify them, but it means a dollar charge on the card at the day's exchange rate and a monthly conversation with your accountant.

Aurora Inbox publishes a peso price plus VAT and documents Mexican tax identifiers and CFDI downloads. Leadsales operates through a Mexican corporation and documents Mexican invoicing, though its rate card is in dollars today. Eva publishes pesos plus VAT inside Mexico and invoices there.

Check the other side of the invoice too: if you will charge your own customers inside the conversation, ask who issues that receipt and through which provider. That is the difference between closing in the chat and sending the person to a form.

Minimum terms, lock-in and per-seat arithmetic

Kommo is the clearest case of an entry price that misleads. It is advertised from $15 USD per paid user per month, but there is no monthly option: the published minimum is six months prepaid, meaning $90 USD per seat before the first conversation, multiplied by every person who needs access, because all users share the same plan.

Leadsales states plainly that there are no forced contracts and discounts three-, six- and twelve-month prepayments. Aurora and Whaticket are paid monthly, with an annual discount at Whaticket. respond.io charges per plan with users included and each additional user from $12 USD per month.

The detail nobody puts on the front page is what happens to the money if you leave early. Aurora states payment is in advance and non-refundable; Leadsales does not refund commitments longer than a month and asks for three days' notice before the next charge; Whaticket states there is no refund for early termination. Read those before signing, not after.

What happens when the included allowance runs out

Nearly all of them sell artificial-intelligence capacity by credit, and that is where the bill moves. Kommo includes 750 credits per paid user per month on Básico, 1,250 on Avanzado and 2,250 on Pro, publishes that one agent reply consumes about 15 credits, credits do not roll over, and extra packages cost $29 USD and $99 USD per month with three months prepaid on a first purchase.

respond.io includes credits per plan and charges $15 USD per thousand on top-up, with a hard cap: at twice the contracted volume the artificial intelligence switches off until the next cycle. Aurora includes 800 replies per month from its entry plan and publishes no overage price. Whaticket does not include the artificial-intelligence layer in the price at all: tokens are bought directly from OpenAI.

With Eva the credits belong to the plan and a 1,000-credit top-up costs $49 USD. Run the same arithmetic on all of them before deciding: how many real conversations you get a month, how many replies each one takes, and what happens on the twentieth when the allowance is gone.

Eva: the agent that executes the sale (our product)

Eva quotes from your real catalog, books against genuine availability, takes payment inside the conversation by bank transfer, issues Mexican CFDI invoices on your customers' behalf and carries follow-up for months. It brings a built-in CRM, handles WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, calls, email and your website, and answers Instagram comments and TikTok ad comments. Artificial intelligence is already in the price: each reply uses one plan credit.

It starts at $191 USD per month on an annual plan ($229 USD month to month) on the Essential plan, with 5,000 credits and 5 users included. Each extra user is $17 USD per month, and assisted setup is bought separately from $579 USD, half price with an annual plan.

The honest verdict: Eva costs more than the cheap inboxes here, and today there is no public self-serve signup and no free trial, so if all you want is to split conversations across three people you are overpaying. It earns its price when the work you want off your plate is the whole conversation, not the routing.

Leadsales: stages and a team without per-seat billing

Leadsales organizes conversations by stage, includes three to five users depending on the plan, bills month to month with no lock-in, runs through a Mexican corporation and documents Mexican invoicing. For a small team that wants to see where each conversation stands without paying per head, it is one of the most direct options in the Mexican market.

What changed in August 2026 deserves to be spelled out: its $97 USD per month Plan Básico no longer connects WhatsApp, only Messenger and website chat. The plan with the official WhatsApp API is Profesional at $133 USD per month with four users, and Avanzado costs $247 USD per month. The peso price it used to publish is gone from its page.

Its artificial-intelligence agent, Lead Agent, is billed separately: $87 USD per month on Starter, $297 USD on Growth and $793 USD on Scale, with no published breakdown of what each tier includes. The verdict: good for order and human follow-up; if you want the agent, add its cost before comparing against anything else here.

Kommo: the most complete sales CRM, with the most expensive fine print

If what you want is a real sales CRM — visual pipeline, tasks, contact records, campaign attribution, audience syncing and marketing reports — Kommo is the most complete on this list and that advantage is real. Almost nobody leaves because the product falls short.

They leave over how it is paid for. Six months prepaid as a minimum, a per-user price that multiplies with the team, and an autonomous agent that is not available on Básico to new customers: it starts on Avanzado at $25 USD per paid user per month, and the Pro plan costs $45 USD per user. Dollars only, with no published Mexican entity or CFDI.

The verdict: worth it if your team lives inside the CRM and campaign analytics decides your purchase. If what you want is to answer WhatsApp well and fast, you are buying a house to sleep in the living room.

Aurora Inbox: pesos, CFDI and three users from the entry plan

Aurora is the cleanest answer to the invoicing problem. It publishes $1,800 MXN per month plus VAT, includes three users on every plan, connects the three Meta channels, brings an artificial-intelligence agent with 800 replies a month from the entry plan, and issues downloadable CFDI invoices. Each additional user and each additional channel costs $240 MXN per month plus VAT.

It is not a sales CRM the size of Kommo: we found nothing equivalent to its campaign attribution or booking management, and it publishes no overage price for artificial-intelligence replies, so a heavy month cannot be projected.

The verdict: if your blocker is that you need Mexican invoicing and a peso price without negotiating with anyone, Aurora is the short path. Verify the overage before you grow.

Whaticket: the cheapest shared inbox for large teams

Whaticket solves one very specific problem: many people answering the same number without paying for each one. Plan BASIC costs USD 49 per month with three users and one WhatsApp connection; Plan PRO costs $109 USD per month with eight users; each additional connection is USD 20 per month. The annual plan carries a discount.

The fine print: artificial intelligence is not included in the price — tokens are bought directly from OpenAI with no published allowance or per-conversation consumption — bulk sends are billed separately and only work on QR-code connections, and the legal entity is American, so the invoice is still in dollars.

The verdict: for a high-volume support desk on a tight budget, this is the friendliest arithmetic here. For selling with an agent that executes, it is not the product.

respond.io: the most mature multi-agent inbox, with four meters

respond.io is the international reference for a multichannel inbox: serious workflows, reporting, permission control and an operation built for teams of twenty and up. Starter costs $79 USD per month with five users, Growth $159 USD with ten, and Advanced $279 USD.

The autonomous agent starts on Growth, not on the entry plan. And the bill is assembled from four meters at once: the subscription, additional users, monthly active contacts and artificial-intelligence credits, plus Meta's own conversation fees, which sit outside and are topped up separately.

The verdict: excellent if you have somebody to administer those four meters and a team big enough to use them. For a five-person business it is a bigger machine than the job needs, and it bills in dollars without CFDI.

How to choose without regretting it in three months

Start by counting one real month of conversations, not the month you imagine: how many arrive, how many require quoting something, how many end in an appointment, and how many land outside working hours. That number decides more than any comparison table.

Then answer three questions in this order. Who writes the reply, a person or an agent? How many people need access to the system, today and in a year? Do you need Mexican peso invoicing, or can you live with a dollar charge? With those three answers, six options collapse into two on their own.

Before signing, ask for three things in writing: how your WhatsApp number is released if you leave, how you export your contacts and conversations, and what happens to the money if you cancel mid-term. A vendor who answers those three quickly and in writing has already told you how it will treat you when something breaks.

Methodology

  • Entry criterion: a published list price. Darwin AI is not on the list because its pricing page publishes no figure as of 14 August 2026.
  • Every figure comes from the vendor's public page, is quoted in the currency that vendor publishes without conversion, and carries its verification date.
  • Leadsales, respond.io and Eva were verified on 14 August 2026; Kommo, Aurora Inbox and Whaticket on 28 July 2026.
  • Eva is our product and appears on the list; we chose the order, which is why every row links the page it came from.
  • Meta's per-delivered-template fees are not compared here: they sit outside the subscription on every platform on this list.
