Multiple accounts, one agent

Can I run multiple accounts with one AI agent?

With Eva you run multiple accounts with one AI agent: several Instagram accounts and Messenger Pages on the same agent, and several agents when the catalogs differ.

The question always arrives before the second profile goes live: to run multiple accounts with one AI agent, do you have to buy and configure a new one for every Instagram account, every Facebook Page or every brand? With Eva you do not. The new account connects to the agent you already set up.

Four things get mixed up here. The social account is the profile that receives the messages. The channel is the connection between that profile and Eva: one per Instagram account, one per Facebook Page, and a single agent takes many. The agent is what answers: its rules, its catalog and its knowledge base. A brand is not a unit of the product: one agent serves several brands when they share a catalog and the same rules, and once the catalog or the rules diverge, a separate agent is the right answer.

EvaAI works with businesses in any country. Eva is configured and answers in Spanish or English, and this site exists in both languages: we do not limit sales to Mexico.

Before and after

Today

Every new profile feels like starting over. A second setup per account, the same catalog uploaded twice, and answers that drift between one brand and the other.

With Eva

The second profile joins the agent that is already working. It answers from the same catalog and the same rules, and every conversation keeps the account it arrived on.

How it works

  1. 1. Connect each account to the same agent

Instagram allows one connection per account and Messenger one per Facebook Page, and a single Eva agent takes many of those connections. Connecting the second account does not force you to create another agent or repeat the configuration.

  2. 2. Share the catalog and rules, or split into another agent

The catalog, the knowledge base and the rules live on the agent. If two brands sell the same things under the same conditions, one agent serves both. If each brand has its own catalog or its own pricing policy, a second agent is the right answer, and that is separate capacity with a recurring charge.

  3. 3. Every conversation keeps the account it came in on

Eva records which identity received the message and, when you configure it, the opportunity is born in that account's pipeline: one routing rule per receiving identity. One team can serve several profiles without mixing their sales processes.

What Eva needs

  • Each Instagram account or Facebook Page connected from its own login, with the permissions Meta asks for.
  • The catalog and knowledge base loaded on the agent that will serve those accounts.
  • The agent's rules written once: goal, process, key information, restrictions and escalation.
  • A routing rule per receiving identity if each account should open its opportunities in a different pipeline.
  • For WhatsApp, tell us how many numbers you need to connect: we review that with you before you buy.

Good to know

  • This page publishes no commercial connection quota and does not promise that an extra connection is free.
  • Several WhatsApp numbers on one agent are reviewed case by case. Ask us how many numbers you need to connect: this page promises no count.
  • Running several agents in one workspace is normal, and each additional agent is capacity bought separately, with a recurring charge.
  • Routing by receiving identity decides which pipeline an opportunity is born in and who can see the channel. It is your configuration, not legal separation or data isolation between brands.
  • Meta's rules still apply account by account: outside the conversation window, Instagram and Messenger skip delivery and leave a visible event.
  • Kommo publishes its connection limits per plan and per seat: the Básico plan includes one WhatsApp number and one Instagram account, Avanzado includes three of each, and Pro publishes unlimited connections (support.kommo.com/docs/plans-limits, accessed 9 September 2026).
  • Manychat publishes a cap on connected channels per plan, and its subscription model varies by region and by the date the account was created (help.manychat.com, subscription guide, accessed 9 September 2026). Those are the conditions each provider publishes today, not a claim that they cannot connect several accounts.
