Kommo pricing

Kommo pricing in 2026

Kommo lists Básico at $15 USD, Avanzado at $25 USD, and Pro at $45 USD per paid user per month. It does not sell month to month: the minimum purchase is six months prepaid. The total grows with every paid user and with AI packages or WhatsApp usage.

Search results for Kommo pricing are dominated by Kommo itself. This guide uses those official sources while doing the arithmetic from the buyer's side: what it costs to begin, which unit multiplies the bill, and which charges sit outside the subscription.

Prices were checked on July 28, 2026 and remain in dollars without conversion. Eva is our product and appears once at the end, with figures read from its public catalog through accessors.

How much does Kommo cost in 2026?

Kommo charges per paid user and does not sell a single month. Básico is $15 USD per user monthly, Avanzado $25 USD, and Pro $45 USD, with at least six months prepaid. Empresarial is configured through a quote and carries no public amount.

The monthly figure compares tiers, but it is not the first charge. The initial purchase covers six months for every seat. Multiply the selected plan price by the term and by everyone who needs full access.

Every paid user in an account shares one plan. Kommo allows free users with limited access to specifically shared profiles, but it does not let one full seat stay on Básico while another moves to Pro.

How do you calculate the total cost of Kommo?

Calculate Kommo across four lines: selected plan, number of paid users, contract term, and additional AI or WhatsApp usage. The first commitment starts at six months for every seat. Included credits scale with paid licences, renew monthly, and do not roll into the next cycle.

First count only the people who need full account navigation. Then choose the plan whose capacity suits the whole paid team, because tiers cannot be mixed. Finally, check how many AI credits the licence count creates and whether that allowance matches expected use.

Kommo offers six-, nine-, twelve-, and twenty-four-month terms. It says longer terms receive standard discounts, but the reviewed public material does not publish the resulting amount for every combination. The quote or checkout should control that figure.

Direct subscriptions are billed in USD. An official partner may resell in another currency, but there is no standard Mexican price list covering exchange rate, tax, bundled services, or partner margin.

What does Kommo charge separately?

Kommo can charge separately for AI credit packages, while Meta charges for WhatsApp usage. Published packages cost $29 USD, $99 USD, and $199 USD per month of the package term, with at least three months prepaid on the first purchase. Their credits expire each cycle.

Inicial, Crecimiento, and Escala add capacity to the account's shared pool. They publish 5,000, 50,000, and 100,000 credits per month respectively. A first purchase requires three months upfront and cannot extend beyond the remaining CRM term.

Kommo also publishes additional capacity in blocks above Escala without stating the price per block. A high-volume budget therefore needs a written quote before purchase.

The native WhatsApp integration carries no separate Kommo installation fee, but Meta still charges for delivered template messages according to category and recipient country. Free-form messages and some utility templates inside the service window may be free; the actual mix determines the bill.

AI packageMonthly price in the termMonthly creditsInitial condition
Inicial$29 USD5,000Three months prepaid
Crecimiento$99 USD50,000Three months prepaid
Escala$199 USD100,000Three months prepaid

Does Kommo bill in pesos and issue CFDI invoices?

Kommo lists its Latin American subscription in USD. An official partner may resell in local currency, but we found no direct MXN rate, published VAT treatment, CFDI commitment, or standard Mexican partner price. Ask for each item in writing before comparing it with a local invoice.

The fact that some WhatsApp usage can be billed in MXN does not change Kommo's licence currency. They are separate charges, and the CRM subscription remains listed in dollars when bought directly.

For a partner quote, ask for separate lines covering the licence, setup, support, tax, and custom work. Two offers carrying the same plan name can have different totals because partner services are not standardised in the public rate card.

When does paying for Kommo make sense?

Kommo makes sense when the team will work inside a sales CRM with stages, tasks, profiles, reporting, and unified messaging. Avanzado fits teams needing visual automation and an AI agent; Pro adds booking and analysis. Buyers must accept per-seat pricing and a six-month minimum commitment.

Básico fits teams seeking commercial order, multiple stages, a unified inbox, and AI assistance without an autonomous agent. Avanzado is the entry point for process automation, broadcasts, and up to three active AI agents.

Pro becomes relevant when booking, audiences, attribution, and reporting belong in the same operation. It also lists unlimited WhatsApp numbers, versus one on Básico and three on Avanzado.

The model is less convenient for teams that only need shared conversations or whose headcount changes monthly. In those cases, the minimum term and multiplication by user can matter more than CRM depth.

How does Kommo compare with Eva?

Kommo is a per-user CRM with messaging and automation; Eva is an agent that completes commercial tasks and includes a CRM. Eva starts at $191 USD monthly on an annual plan or $229 USD month to month, with 5,000 credits and 5 users on Essential rather than multiplying the base by every seat.

Eva is our product. It can query a catalog, quote, create appointments or payments, and maintain follow-up from the conversation. Kommo provides a broader CRM for teams that want to configure and operate their processes inside the platform.

Choose Kommo when CRM depth, reporting, and visual automation are the main purchase. Consider Eva when the desired result is a conversation that completes work before the team joins with the context already organised.

Methodology

  • Plans, minimums, licences, and credits come from Kommo's public pricing and official guides checked on July 28, 2026.
  • Figures remain in USD and are not converted to MXN.
  • WhatsApp charges are described as a separate unit without estimating a monthly message mix.
  • Eva prices are read from the internal catalog through accessors.

FAQ

Can I pay for Kommo month to month?

No. Kommo shows monthly per-user figures for comparison, but its published minimum purchase is six months prepaid. Longer terms are available; confirm the final total and any discount in the quote.

Does every Kommo plan include WhatsApp?

Yes. The native integration is available across plans: Básico lists one number, Avanzado three, and Pro no published number limit. Meta's delivered-template charges remain outside the CRM licence.

Is the Kommo AI agent included on Básico?

Básico includes assistance for replies, tasks, summaries, and writing, but the autonomous agent for replies and automation begins on Avanzado. Pro adds the full suite, including voice-message handling and appointment scheduling.

Do Kommo AI credits roll over?

No. Included credits renew monthly and unused capacity does not move into the next cycle. Paid-package credits also reset every thirty days, so estimate usage before choosing a package term.
