Agencies and software companies sell or refer Eva and earn recurring revenue on every account.
The Socio model is offered by invitation to agencies and integrators that implement. If you only want to recommend Eva, the Referral Program is for you. See the Referral Program
Two models, one per account
Socio
You sell, implement and support the account.
30% recurring for as long as the account stays active.
35% at the Plus level.
- You are EvaAI's customer: you pay the license by card and get a monthly CFDI per account, issued to your RFC at the wholesale price.
- You invoice the license to your client and price your own services separately.
- The license is always sold at list price.
Referido
You hand us the opportunity and EvaAI implements, bills and supports it.
20% of what is collected, for the first 12 months of each account.
25% at the Plus level.
- EvaAI invoices the end client and provides the support.
- You get a monthly statement, hand EvaAI your receipt and we pay within 15 days.
- No minimum in Mexico. Outside Mexico we pay from 50 US dollars.
The ten rules
The whole program fits in ten rules. Everything else is a detail of one of them.

Base level and Plus level
Your cartera activa is the sum of the monthly list price of the active accounts linked to you, across both models. Own use does not count, and an annual account counts at the monthly price of its plan.
The Plus level applies from $80,000 MXN of cartera activa. It is computed on the first day of each month: crossing the threshold raises your level immediately for the whole cartera, and you only drop after three consecutive months below it.

Frequent questions
Can I sell the license above or below list price?
No. Eva's license is always sold at list price and the client sees the public plan name in their panel. Your own services are priced freely and separately. Charging above or below the license list price ends the agreement immediately.
Can I use Eva in my own company?
Yes. Own use is contracted at list price and stays out of the cartera activa, so it neither raises your level nor receives a discount.
Do I get an account to demo Eva?
Yes. The demo account is free, capped at 300 credits per month, uses test data only and cannot connect real channels.
How do I register an opportunity, and what if someone registered it first?
You register the opportunity with evidence, a demo you ran or a proposal you sent, dated and attached. The registration lasts 90 days and can be renewed once if you document the next step. The first registration with evidence wins. If EvaAI already had that opportunity open on an earlier date, that date prevails. Two valid registrations on the same client cannot coexist: the second one is rejected and is only told that the client already has a valid registration, without us disclosing another partner's data.
What happens with an annual account?
It counts in your cartera at the monthly list price of its plan, and it pays compensation when the money is collected, not when the contract is signed.
Can the program rules change?
We announce any change 60 days ahead and changes never apply to accounts already sold. If the level threshold changes, no partner drops a level because of that change for 12 months.
What happens if I leave the program?
On a voluntary exit, Socio accounts move to direct at the end of their paid period and Referido accounts keep their compensation until their 12 months are complete. If EvaAI closes the program or ends it without cause, it gives 90 days notice and leaves a 12-month tail for eligible accounts.
What if my client wants to deal with EvaAI directly?
They can, at any renewal and without giving a reason. From that moment you stop earning on that account. If a client cancels and comes back within six months, they are still yours.

Full terms
Version 2, September 21, 2026. This version opens the Referido model to every country and spells out what pays commission. For Socio accounts no condition of version 1 changes. These commercial terms govern the Program; the EvaAI Partner Agreement governs the remaining legal conditions. The Spanish version is the one that governs.
